Relax in giardino

La Sardegna è magica. È stato molto semplice raggiungere l'appartamento e seguire le procedure di check -in inviateci da Rita. Il punto forte dell' appartamento è il giardino, ove poter arrostare nel barbecue, mangiare all' aperto e rilassarsi in serata. L'interno era pulito. Rita è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e spero di poterci tornare.

Maison avec jardin

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette petite maison, le jardin est très agréable et la plage est accessible à pied. Nous avons profité de la terrasse et de son barbecue tous les soirs.

Vacanze in Sardegna

E stata una bella esperienza, una casa comoda vicino al mare con spiaggia libera molto bella e comoda per fare giornate su altre spiagge bellissime nei dintorni. Un posto da ritornare fra qualche anno. Grazie per la disponibilità alla signora Michela sempre atenta e gentile.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten ein paar schöne tage hier verbracht. Die FeWo ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und überdacht. Leider kein WLAN und keine Spülmaschine sonst ist alles vorhanden.

Appartement avec jardin très bien placé

L appartement situé en Rdv possède un jardin très ombragé et agréable par des fortes chaleurs. La climatisation est très appréciable le soir après une grosse journée sous le soleil sarde. Rita est très attentionnée, arrivée très tardive vers 23 h et des petits gâteaux nous attendaient pour les enfants. Je recommande vraiment ce gite ou tout est compris.

La casa es más pequeña de lo que salía en el anuncio, a 5 min caminando de la playa y ubicación lejos del centro. Los fallos fueron el ruido de la obra de la casa de al lado que empezaba a las 8 y no dejaba descansar y también que se fue la luz y nos quedamos sin gas. A todo esto la anfitriona es muy amable y simpática, en todo momento nos ayudó con los problemas surgidos.

Jolie petite maison tout près de la plage.

Belle petite maison avec terrasse à 200 m de la plage. Effectivement 5 couchages, mais un peu petit. Pour une famille avec 3 petits enfants ou 2 adolescents. Propriétaire charmante et super disponible. Prévoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, magasins et restaurants un peu loin à pied. Merci Rita nous reviendrons. B.Z

Maison à Marine Résidence

Bonjour, nous avons passé un agréable séjour durant 3 semaines en septembre, la maison est mignonne est bien rangé. Vous avez une plage à 5mn à pied, très agréable. En sortant de la résidence à gauche vous avez à 5mn des commerçants (boucher, pharmacien, boulangerie, et une poste etc...), et sur la droite toujours en sortant de la résidence (un restaurant et un supermarché COOP). Vous avez une superbe plage KALA MOURU à 15mn en prenant la SS125 ou si vous le souhaitai vous pouvez emprunter le littoral, ou tout le long vous avez une superbe vue. La maison est très bien située.

Ottima vacanza!

Posizione della casa vicinissima alla spiaggia libera residenziale 200 mtl a piedi. Vicino a supermercati e negozi di prima necessità (farmacia, bar macelleria e panetteria) si devono comunque raggiungere in auto dalla statale circa 1 km. Abbiamo raggiunto le principali spiagge da visitare. La casa era provvista di tutti i confort. Grazie alla disponibilità della Signora.ra Rita per check in e check out e grazie ai consigli delle spiagge visitate. Se torneremo in questa zona sarà questa la nostra scelta.

Maison faite pour 3 couchages et pas 5

Un logement un peu petit pour 5 couchages la maisonnette est mignonne faite pour deux adultes et 1 enfants nous étions un couple avec 1 ado et 1 enfants 12 ans c etait compliqué pour les couchages car le le canapé n est pas confortable et une fois ouvert on ne peut plus accéder a l entrée de la maison et matériel vétuste draps déchirés,transats du jardin inutilisables il manquait des verres à vin...sinon très bon emplacement et proprietaire très gentille

maison raffinée ambiance vacances

décorée avec gout et tres bien équipée, cette petite maison est agréable,la literie est trés confortable et de bonne qualité. le jardin arboré et une jolie terrasse pour manger dehors toute la journée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c'est un point de chute pour visiter le sud de la Sardaigne. Merci à Rita pour son accueil chaleureux et sa confiance. Nous recommandons ce gite.

Great place to stay in the South

Very nice host, despite the flight delay she waited for us till 1am to hand over the key. Very spacious property and we particularly enjoyed the garden. Got a bit confused with all rubbish bin rules - sorry!

Great house well located to discover Sardinia

We really enjoyed our vacations in Sardinia in this peaceful, comfortable and well equipped house nicely placed in a residence few hundred meters near a local beach, wonderful for childrens... You feel at home ! The area is ideal as starting point to visit the Island south from west to east, even the center, without too long drive (1h30 maximum). The owner is available with good advices and discreet, perfect .... To recommend... Rudy L.

Die Beschreibung des Ortes entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit.

"Haus mit Garten am Meer" verspricht die Beschreibung. Von "Haus" kann nicht die Rede sein, da es sich um eine Wohn-Esszimmer-Erdgeschosswohnung mit Küchennische handelt, ein Schlafzimmer kommt dazu. Wie in diesem Angebot bis zu fünf Personen unterkommen sollen, ist schleierhaft. Wir waren zum Glück nur zu zweit. Das Meer ist nicht zu sehen, der Weg dorthin nicht einfach zu finden. Der Garten - wenn man diesen Vorplatz so bezeichnen will - ist ein Kiesplatz mit Unkraut durchsetzt. Die auf dem Foto sichtbare stattliche Palme wurde offenbar gefällt. Es gibt Fotos und Beschreibungen von Feriendomizilen, die der Wirklichkeit entsprechen. Das ist hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Im Schlafzimmer gibt's ein Fenster, das man mit Vorteil geschlossen hält, weil das Mückennetz zerrissen ist. Die einzige Tageslichtquelle ist damit die Eingangstür. Das Bad ist so eng, dass sich wirklich nur eine Person dort aufhalten kann. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Das Sofa im Wohnraum ist fleckig und musste mit einem Badetuch überdeckt werden. Küchenschränke und Kühlschrank waren zum Teil besetzt mit Nahrungsmitteln, welche von Vermietern zurückgelassen worden waren. Die Sauberkeit des Kühlschranks liess zu wünschen übrig. An gewissen Wänden waren Blutspuren von zerdrückten Stechmücken zu sehen. Am ersten Abend gab's kein warmes Wasser, Defekt der von der Vermieterin allerdings speditiv behoben wurde. Das war wohl auch schon das einzig Positive, das wir über das "Haus am Meer" sagen können. Oder müsste man auch vermerken, dass es in der Wohnung zwei Fernseher mit praktisch ausschliesslich italienischen Programmen gibt? Wi-Fi wäre an einem solchen Ort von grosser Hilfe, da auch kein Telefon vorhanden ist. Der Preis des Apartments ist günstig, doch darf das nicht Anlass dazu sein, die Wirklichkeit des Objekts in ein besseres Licht zu stellen. Die Verantwortlichen von FeWo-direkt täten gut daran, den Ort einer Prüfung zu unterziehen.

hat uns gut gefallen , für die Erholung ideal ruhige Anlage.

kein Luxus und etwas renovierungsbedürtig aber sauber und voll Ausgestattet wie in Beschreibung steht.Preis-Leistung ist ok. Türklinken und Türen knarren, keine Türdiichtung daher nachts etwas störend. haben viel Stechmücken im Haus gehabt, hier sollte der Vermieter auf jeden Fall eine dafür geeignete Netzausstattung an der Eingangstüre anbringen, bzw. die alte deffekte Netz am Schlafzimmerfenster austauschen. schöner Garten zum draußen sitzen und grillen. Ruhig gelegen ohne Lärm. Öffentlicher Strand ca.3- 4 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, Hund darf mit auf Strand.

siamo stai benissimo

casa veramente completa di tutto, molto oltre la normale dotazione delle case vacanza, in posizione riservata e comodissima per raggiungere il mare a piedi, ma non distante anche da market e altri servizi essenziali. addirittura 2 televisori HD, di grandi dimensioni sia in camera da letto sia nel soggiorno con angolo cottura, pulitissima, con un comodo giardino di dimensioni vivibili, dotato di barbecue. ma soprattutto le proprietarie sono state di gentilezza squisita e sono venute incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. ci torneremo volentieri

Super vacances ! Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. La maison est très agréable et la commodité des restaurants à côté et de la mer juste à côté est un atout pour passer de super vacances. Rita la propriétaire de la maison est disponible et donne des conseils sur les endroits à visiter ce qui est pratique et non négligeable. A l'année prochaine 😁

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und entspricht genau den Bildern.Sie ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und alles lief unkompliziert ab. Es gibt einen Strand, der fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Aber dieser gehört wirklich nicht zu den schönsten Stränden. Der Flughafen ist in ca. 35 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings unerlässlich, sowohl um die vielen herrlichen Strände zu besuchen, als auch um abends etwas zu unternehmen oder auch, um einzukaufen. Aber das wussten wir schon davor. Daher kann ich diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Aardig huisje

Het huis komt overeen met de omschrijving. Het is een huisje met 1 slaapkamer en een slaapbank in. De huiskamer. Het is schoon en Rita ontving ons heel goed. Je kunt vanaf het huis naar het strand lopen binnen 4 minuten. Het huis zit aan de rand van een rustige wik. Er zijn geen voorzieningen op loopafstand

Vacanza perfetta

Trascorse belle giornate in vacanza con la mia famiglia, la villetta è carinissima , climatizzata ma già fresca di suo, con uno splendido giardino e ampia veranda, situata in un residence con centro sportivo ....per raggiungere le splendide spiagge occorre spostarsi in auto , ma ne vale la pena assolutamente.
