This house is very well located and meets all the requirements! A small urbanization, located 1 km from the city center of Catral, which will bring you everything you need, bakery, bank, communal pool, cafes and restaurants but also two supermarkets.
This beautiful house with all modern comforts, offers peace and quiet thanks to its location in the countryside, surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees. But also the modernity being located 15 minutes drive from the cities of Elche, 45 minutes from Alicante airport, about fifteen minutes from Torrevieja with excellent road links.
You can also cool off in the beautiful pool of the property or the sea by rolling 10-15 minutes to reach beautiful beaches of fine sand. The valencia region is characterized by a semi arid Mediterranean climate. Summers are hot and winters (minimum 10 ° C with sometimes days at 20 ° C and above) very short, until March.

End-of-stay cleaning is included and bed and bath linen are provided in the rental price.

The perfect finca for us!

Great villa for a relaxing holiday
We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed apart from the dishwasher which didn’t work too well. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the town and with easy access to the airport. Communication with Rudy was easy with very quick helpful responses. We would love to visit again.

Lovely villa, secure and quiet (some barely noticeable road noise). Well equipped, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous pool and plenty of seating, pool toys, etc available. Quite a few mosquitos in the evenings at this time of year (September). All in all a lovely property; would recommend.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Owners
My partner and I stayed 9 nights at Rudy and Valerie’s fantastic villa and we couldn’t have been happier. Communication with Rudy was quick and easy, as was communication with the lovely Mr Force who looks after the property. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever need. The place was spotless on our arrival and the excellent air conditioning was very welcome as temperatures topped 40 degrees during our stay. We were also grateful for the extremely fast broadband connection at the Villa. There is a vast outdoors area with seating, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen, and of course the wonderful pool which was attended to and cleaned twice during our stay. Although there was only the two of us, a family with children would be well accommodated, two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The location is quiet and traffic free, but only a few minutes from Catral which has a number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. And of course the coast is only about 30 minutes away by car. I cannot recommend both Rudy and his villa highly enough, it was a wonderful holiday and the whole reservation process along with check in and check out were seamless and trouble free. We cannot thank Rudy and Valerie enough for allowing us to stay for the dates we needed and we are already planning how soon we can return.

Geweldige woning, van alle gemakken voorzien
De woning ligt centraal in Catral, een half uurtje lopen en je bent in het levendige stadje Catral. Met de auto kun je leuke uitstapjes maken de bergen in of naar de kust. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad, de fruitbomen en de oprit met poort maken het af.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit
Wir haben mit unseren 2 Hunden in diesem schönen Haus mit einem sehr grossen Garten und Pool 3 tolle Wochen verbracht, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Für den Aufenthalt ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Murcia, Elche oder Alicante. In der Umgebung gibt es auch mehrere Naturparks zum Wandern und die Natur zu geniessen.

Maison propre et bien équipée, accueil chaleureux, calme, grand jardin et piscine vous feront passer un agréable séjour à Catral. Agréable séjour dans une maison confortable.
La maison est confortable et le jardin immense bien agencé et bien clos. Catral est une ville un peu tristounette mais les plages de la Marina à moins de 15 minutes. En octobre les restaurants sont fermés le soir sauf vendredi et samedi ce qui est un peu frustrant et il faut donc prendre la voiture pour aller vers Torrevieja ou Santa Pola. Nous cherchons à acheter une maison en Espagne et Catral ne rentre pas dans nos critères mais notre séjour restera un bon souvenir.

Varcato il grande cancello, sulla sinistra una siepe di oleandri garantiscono la privacy sulla bellissima piscina dove poter giocare e nuotare a tutte le ore. Alejandro, discretamente, garantisce la pulizia della piscina due volte la settimana. Alcuni gonfiabili a disposizione, sedie sdraio molto comode a bordo piscina, un paio di grossi ombrelloni. Doccia esterna. Un gazebo per cenare con un grande tavolo e altre sedie molto comode. Altri mobili da giardino in Rattan più avanti ma questi non sfruttati. Da questo lato, abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di peparare i pasti su una piastra a gas e un grill con la carbonella. Illuminazione ovunque per potersi godere la serata. La pavimentazione è tutta intorno alla piscina e nella parte dove si mangia. Il resto dell'enorme giardino è ricoperto da sassolini e tanti alberi di agrumi. Sarebbe utile, non essendoci ombra e visto l'enorme spazio, mettere una tettoia per l'auto così da tenerla al riparo dal sole nelle ore più calde. Dietro, dove si trova lo stendi biancheria, una porta conduce nella lavanderia dove si trova anche la lavatrice. Prima di entrare in casa, c'è un bel portico, con un altro tavolo e altre sedie. All'interno si trova una bella sala con grosso divano, la cucina super attrezzata con tutto ciò che può servire compresa una comodissima lavastoviglie. Mancava la moka del caffè, probabilmente perché non è abitudine qui. Dalla cucina una porta dà sul gazebo. Un bagno con un'ampia doccia e due camere da letto. Armadio con lenzuola, asciugamani e teli mare. I materassi non li abbiamo trovati comodissimi, ma forse solo questione di gusti. Nella stanza dei ragazzi abbiamo trovato anche una vetrinetta con diversi giochi, tra i quali un bellissimo set da ping pong. Wifi buona e stanze climatizzate anche se ogni tanto si dovevano accendere anche i ventilatori. Naturalmente anche il nostro cane si è trovato benissimo grazie all'enorme giardino a disposizione. Purtroppo il cane da queste parti non è accettato. Cartelli ovunque che proibiscono la sua presenza, dalla spiaggia ai ristoranti. Catral 2 minuti di auto o a piedi sulla pedonale. Ma ci piaceva di più raggiungere Dolores, pochi minuti di più di auto nella direzione opposta. Oltre alle spiagge, visitare Mirador del Far, Toro de Osborne, far de Guardamar e il castello, Santa Pola, Orihuela, santuario Benejúzar, Elche, Torrevieja e la sua laguna, Castello La Mola, Alicante.

Made for a great get away with my partner! The villa was in great condition with everything you needed for an enjoyable holiday. Very big for just two people and a family could easily enjoy everything the villa had to offer. Only a 15/20 minute walk from the main town where there is a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Dieses Haus ist wunderbar, alles ist tip top gepflegt. Das ganze Haus ist gut durchdacht. Man findet hier immer sonnen oder schattenplätze.liegen und Stühle sind reichlich vorhanden.Top ausgestattete Küche. Von Plastikbecher (Nutzung am pool) bis zu scharfen Messern. Auch die aussenküche ist mit Kühlschrank sowie Kohlegrill und einer plancha ausgestattet. Für den spass im Pool ist auch gesorgt, da es jede Menge aufblasbare Utensilien gibt und ist das Wetter mal nicht so toll, finden sich sogar Gesellschaftsspiele im Haus. Auch der Standort ist ideal gelegen, von hier aus ist alles gut mit dem auto erreichbar. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und wahnsinnig schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und liebe grüsse

Unas buenas vacaciones
La casa está muy equipada. Todo perfecto. La parcela es amplia y la zona es muy tranquila. Se puede ir al pueblo andando. Se puede ir a las playas en coche en 20 min. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia allí.
