Modern luxury villa with SWIMMING POOL
New house. 170m2 habitable space on a plot of 2000 m2 fully clôturé.Au ground floor large modern kitchen with lounge dining room of 55m2, 2 large bedrooms, one with pool view, 1wc and a large bathroom with tub and shower with jets.
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with views of the pool, 1wc and a bathroom with shower with jets.
The villa is 70 km from Frejus, Ste Maxime, 25 km from the Verdon Gorges with beautiful Lake St. Croix where you can indulge in the joys of water sports. There is an equestrian center at the entrance of the village and many tourist sites to visit (Moustiers Ste Marie, Aiguine, Draguignan, the Gorges du Verdon where you can practice canoying, there is also a wildlife park where the you can practice tree climbing etc). Provencal market in Régusse on Sunday morning and in Aups on Wednesday and Saturday morning. To see, the night market in Fréjus on Thursday evening in season.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
