Wer eine Alleinlage inmitten der Natur schätzt (so wie wir) ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in einem schönen Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung und mit einer netten Gastgeberin. Danke

Das Haus war sehr schön und abseits gelegen. Leider war die Sauberkeit sehr schlecht! Außerdem war der Abfluss der einen Dusche zu! Man könnte mehr aus dem Haus machen!!

Ruhige Abgeschiedenheit im Olivenhain in der Toscana nahe wunderbaren Stränden
Sehr schönes alleinstehendes Haus mit riesigen Grundstück. Ideal einfach zum Ausspannen fernab vom Massentourismus alleine oder mit der ganzen Familie. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert, das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage etwas außerhalb von San Vincenzo setzt ein Auto voraus, man kann aber alles innerhalb weniger Minuten problemlos erreichen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen und können uns weitere Reisen hierher durchaus vorstellen. P.S.: Absoluter Geheimtipp für Hundebesitzer auch wegen des gepflegten Hundestrandes von San Vincenzo

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Es passt alles. Gute Lage, sehr schöne Einrichtung und sehr nette Besitzerin! Auch der Grill ist super. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

sehr schönes Haus. ohne Auto geht wenig.
Die Toskana ist umwerfend schön. Das Haus gibt genau den Flair der Toskana wieder. Einfach umwerfend. Einziger Nachteil, man kann das Grundstück ohne Auto nich verlassen ohne Gefahr zu laufen von den Lkw überfahren zu werden. Das Haus liegt in einer Privatstrasse die anscheinend zu einem Steinbruch führt. Die dort verkehrenden Lkw Fahrer fahren dort wie auf einer Rennstrecke. Für jeden der dort unterwegs ist, wird es lebensgefährlich sich auf der Strasse zwischen dem Haus und dem Dorf aufzuhalten. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, also für Hunde oder Kinder sehr gut. Da es ein Riesen Grundstück ist auf dem man sich frei bewegen kann. Bis auf dem weg zum Ort, war alles super.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Podere Santa Rosa. Unsere Hunde hatten ein riesengroßes Gelände zum Austoben. Man hört etwas einige LKWs und den Zug, die aber nur früh morgens stören. Mit geschlossenem Fenster hört man sie kaum. Leider kann man nicht zu fuss zum Meer. Das haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit alten familienmöbeln. Mit Hunden zu empfehlen, da der Dogbeach wirklich ideal ist.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è fuori dal centro abitato per cui è necessario avere un mezzo per gli spostamenti. Tutto coincide con la descrizione dell'annuncio. La casa è ideale per 5/6 persone ed è ben accessoriata. La signora Alessandra è stata molto discreta ma anche molto disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza

Relax tra gli ulivi
Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto: la casa è molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole; il contesto è perfetto, vicinissimo al mare e alle spiagge, ma in una zona collinare silenziosa e tranquilla. Avevamo due cani che hanno apprezzato moltissimo il giardino circostante la casa. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. Non ci sono negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, quindi è consigliato l'uso dell'auto. I cellulari (specialmente TIM) non prendono, ma il wi-fi funziona egregiamente. Molto raccomandata.

casa di campagna a due passi dal mare
La casa è in una posizione molto comoda, vicinissima al mare pur rimanendo isolata in campagna. Abbiamo apprezzato il parco che la circonda, l'uliveto e le piante che donano una piacevole ombra. La casa è comoda, arredata con gusto e la cucina spaziosa e ben fornita di accessori.

Schönes einfaches Haus, es hatt alles was man braucht , es war sauber und sehr ruhig… Würden es wieder mieten hab den kurzen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
