Cosy, Clean, Comfortable

Laura is a wonderful host! Communicates well and greets you personally to welcome you to her family property. We had all we needed for our stay in Venice. Many restaurants and all types of eating places all throughout the area.

Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in Laura’s flat very much. She started with great communication and shared clear directions including pictures, so that we had no problem finding the home. It was exceptionally clean and lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to reach by vaporetto. Laura also shared tips and suggestions in a thorough notebook she has put together. I can highly recommend staying in this home to anyone visiting Venice.

Excellent choice

The stay was delightful. The place is great, well-furnished and comfortable. And Laura greeted us with a thorough explanation of everything we needed to be self-sufficient, as well as providing a comprehensive binder on things to do in Venice. We liked the fact that we were close to the market, and not too close to the hustle and bustle of St. Mark's square, but close enough to get there easily. Laura's recommendation of the nearby Vino di Pinta restaurant was also deeply appreciated. We've already recommended this place to friends.

Great spacious apartment in Venice

My husband and I stayed at Laura's apartment and had a wonderful time. She was incredibly attentive and kind during our correspondence and check-in. I appreciated how conveniently located the apartment was to a local vaparetto stop which meant we did not have to haul luggage very far. The apartment was beautifully furnished and renovated. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

Very good apartment

The apartment is in a great position - not far from the main sights but a bit away from the crowds. Laura was really helpful and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Definitely recommended.

Perfect

What a perfect place to stay when in Venice. It is so easy to get to by the Waterbus from the airport and is a short walks from the Sante Stae stop. The apartment is spotless and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. A short walk takes you to food, drinks, groceries and little stores. Laura is so helpful and supplies a wealth of info to make your stay perfect. Thanks Laura for everything, if I get back to Venice I'll be calling you.

The perfect place for a trip to Venice!

Ideal Setup and Location for a Venetian Adventure

Everything was exactly as Laura described it. The apartment was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a few steps (and 3 small bridges) from the San Stae vaporetto stop. Directions for getting to the apartment and to other places (market, etc.) were clear. Alas, street names are hit-or-miss, but you can't be lost for long in such a small area. Be adventuresome and enjoy yourself! The only negative for me was the shower. If this is your first trip to Europe, don't expect anything similar to what you have at home in many places in the U.S. Showers in Europe are small. It simply is what it is. This is not a reflection on the apartment overall, because the shower was brand new and nicely designed. Finally, Laura was most helpful, both during our planning phase and while we were there. We recommend this apartment most highly. If we were going to be in Venice again she would be the first person we contact.

The property was cute and provided all we needed.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your accommodations. Our only complaint was the temperature in the unit. I know it was not your fault that the heat had been turned off already but it was cold within the unit. We needed some big fuzzy housecoats to keep warm.

Right where we needed to be

This apartment is GREAT. It is roomy for two people and has everything anyone would want to have a comfortable stay for a few days. Beautifully located, close to cafes, restuarants and the, of course, walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and on to St. Mark's Square. Laura was a perfect host and gave us a voucher to a local restuarant, which provided excellent food and top service for a good price. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene, appartamento pulito e organizzato. Per due persone bello spazioso e silenzioso. Vicino al vaporetto per grandi spostamenti e possibilità di dirigerci a piedi in ogni direzione facilmente. Proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Grazie
