3 STAR CLASS APARTMENT, built in the Savoyard architectural style.

IDEAL RESIDENCE TO BE PEACEFUL AND QUIET; you have a superb view of the
mountains including 'LE CRIOU'. SAMOENS has kept the charm of an authentic village with a warm atmosphere. The 1st shops are 800 meters away (10 minutes on foot, 1 minute by car.).

IN WINTER: Skiers embark on the GRAND MASSIF EXPRESS to access the slopes. The GRAND MASSIF area includes 265 km of alpine ski slopes: 14 black, 46 red, 67 blue and 17 green served by 78 ski lifts without forgetting 76km of cross-country ski trail, and the ESF school. For the rental of equipment (ski, shoes ......), we have a partner store in order to benefit from a reduction of -15% on the price.

IN SUMMER: you are near the alpine botanical garden of JAYSINIA in order to discover the 5000 floral species, but also the swimming pool, the lakes of the leisure center, and all the fun and sporting activities.

Un séjour très agréable

Charmant village de Samoens. Le gite est parfait pour 8 personnes. Prévoir une voiture pour aller sur les pistes mais grand parking gratuit

superbe experience

beaucoup de place pour dormir (jusqu'a 10), nous etions 8 plus 1 chien; alors c'etait suffisant, bemol sur les lits 1 personnes (trop nombreux et pas approprié pour des couples). le lieu est bien pourvu nous n'avons manqué de rien, la salle de sejour petite, mais heureusement, a 8, la mezzanine peut servir de salon.. on aurait apprécié une petite flambée à la noel dans la jolie cheminée, mais pas possible. Nous avons eu de superbes conditions pour le ski (decembre, neige et soleil - trop top).; preferable de prendre la voiture pour aller skier.

Chouette location pour des vacances au ski en groupe

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, bien décoré. Grandes douches, matelats confortables, grand balcon. Notre groupe de11 personnes recommande cette location qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Ski holiday

Thank you Patrice for sharing your home, making us welcome and for answering all my questions. The apartment was very clean and warm, it is well maintained, has great morning views from the balcony, and a welcoming , helpful housekeeper. It has a well equipped kitchen, though the oven is a little small to cook for a group. The property is good value, and was suitable for our size group of 7 adults. The stairs are very steep , with narrow tread and the upstairs bedrooms are low sloped ceilings, typical of many properties in the area . If the pin on the map were changed, the details would be more accurate. I chose this apartment over others, because of the central location highlighted on the VRBO map. But infact the apartment is 1.3km from the pindrop, and is outside the town. I have mobility issues and the map location was what decided me on booking the apartment. Tips: you'll need cash for the deposit, sheet and towel payment, which was more than I could withdraw from an ATM. Book eating out a few weeks in advance if your stay. Bring your own hand soap and also t towels to dry dishes. We loved Samoens and hope to visit again

Très belle location avec toutes les commodités. Propriétaire très à l’écoute et efficace. A l’arrivée vous serez reçu par Carmen, jeune femme très sympa, efficace et à votre écoute. Location nickel 👍🏻

Location fidèle à l'annonce, situé au calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre de samoëns (15min) et location bien équipée. Superbe vue depuis la pièce à vivre et du balcon. Je recommande. Propriétaire et gérante sur place très agréable.

Une semaine idéale à la montagne

A notre arrivée, le printemps ; puis l'hiver est venu avec la neige et la fabrication... d'igloo géant devant le chalet ! Pour nous, cette semaine restera un très bon souvenir.

Appartement confortable et bien situé.

Appartement confortable, au calme et très soigné. 2 chambres fermées, une chambre non fermée et une mezzanine pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. L'équipement de la cuisine est très complet (vaisselle, plats, etc...). Belle vue sur le village. 10 mn pour descendre au village, 15 mn pour remonter. Beau balcon. Très bon accueil. Parking.

Lieu calme et ensoleillé . Vue sur les montagnes et sur le vieux village de Samoens.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à 9 dans ce duplex situé à 15mn à pied du vieux village. Duplex bien conçu qui permet une cohabitation agréable avec différentes générations. L'endroit est très calme et reposant pour les non skieurs et permet aux enfants de faire de la luge si la neige est tombée au village.

Bon séjour

Appartement dans une résidence d'une quinzaine de logements situé à 10 min à pied du centre du village. Pas de navette à proximité pour aller jusqu'aux télécabines, il faut y aller en voiture. Très jolie vue sur le village. 4 chambres, 2 salles de douche, 2 toilettes, beaucoup d'équipements ( lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, petit four, micro-onde, appareil à raclette, à fondue...) Seul bémol : la pièce de vie un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes qui peuvent être accueillies dans le logement. Malgré la mezzanine, il n'y a que la grande table pour se retrouver tous ensemble. Le propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui nous accueille sont très sympathiques. Ils font tout pour nous satisfaire.

Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes, il y a de la place pour tout le monde ! Spacieux, très propre, et à 10 mn du centre ville, à moins de 10 mn en voiture du grand massif express Belles prestations.

Que du bonheur !

Appartement très agréable , bien entretenu , avec une vue magnifique, dans une résidence à 10mn à pieds du centre de Samoëns. Bien préciser si on souhaite tout l appartement ou une seule partie , car il y a un étage pour 4 personnes qui peut être fermé. La montagne , un vrai bonheur !

La casa está muy bien, muy limpia y grande. El único “problema” que hay que coger coche para ir a esquiar. El autobús pilla lejos y andando tienes 15 minutos.

Excellente semaine

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre amis dans cette location. Logement agréable, correspondant à la description fournie. Nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés du logement. Après la journée de ski ou de randonnée, nous étions ravis de nous retrouver au chaud et de pouvoir profiter de la vue sur le village illuminé. La vue sur le "Criou" nous enchantait le matin. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont toujours été charmants lors de nos différents contacts téléphoniques.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Modern take on French traditional, with plenty of well maintained charm.

We were an extended family of 5 - grandparents, parent and two older grandchildren plus on other (female) skiing friend. The apartment worked well for us - lots of crocks and cutlery + washing up machine, comfortable beds to suit singles and couples. Although it has to be said that myself and grandson at 1m90 tall, could not have coped with the two upstairs bedrooms. We were OK downstairs. We enjoyed the walks into Samoens past waterfalls along the rural Lane. it was snow free for our stay. The secure garage was a bonus, keeping our car ice free and ready to go to the ski lift. Good value and helpful hosts. Many thanks.
