you will discover a large cosy fully equiped space. On the ground floor you will appreciate the living and dining room represeting 40m2 with fire place, a modern kitchen with all equipment. Another, living room with TV, library, children game place, the bathroom (with show ère and bath tub),toilet, Washing room. On the frits floor, 3 rooms with King size bed and one childroom, toilet. Outside, a large south situated wooden deck with a view on the country side and a water hole. You can find all the outdoor équipment (BBK, relax chair). The house is full of children or baby equipment (2 stollers, changing table, toys, babychair)

Ein Ort zum Entspannen!
Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen, wie auch draußen. Die Ausrichtung ist des Hauses ist super, da man Morgen und Abendsonne genießen kann. Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig, auch für den Hund ein Traum. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind traumhaft schön und leer. Wir waren jetzt Ende August/Anfang September oftmals völlig alleine dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

einfach wunderbar!
Ein mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Absolut ruhig gelegen, mit dem Auto ist aber alles was man braucht (von Einkaufen in La Haye bis zum Meer mit Strand) alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderbar erholt. Mecri Céline pour les bonnes vacances!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Zeit erlebt. Traumstrände ( insbesondere mit Hund ) unfassbar gute Austern !!! Alles Strände sind in ca 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. La Haye hat alles incl großem Supermarche, Mittwochs Markttag und tolle Böckereien! Das Haus war so toll das wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen wenn es passt !

Das Ferienhaus ist schön und gemütlich, durch die grossen Fenster ist es auch bei schlechtem Wetter hell und freundlich. Die grosse Küche hat uns besonders gefallen, aber auch die gemütliche Sofaecke. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und abgelegen.Gleichzeitig ist es nicht weit bis zum nächsten Ort. Dieser ist eine schöne lebendige Kleinstadt, sowohl mit grösserem Supemarkt, wie auch mit schönen kleinen Geschäften und wöchendlichem Markt. Die Gegend ist touristisch nicht überlaufen, die Strände waren manchmal menschenleer. Man ist schnell am Strand (10-15 Minuten), und auch in verschiedenen Orten. Die Distanzen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind kleiner, als wir es sonst aus anderen Regionen in Frankreich gewohnt sind. In 30-60 Minuten kann man sehr viel Unterschiedliches erreichen: Strände kleinere Orte Burgen, geschichtliche Museen D-Day Museen in Caretan, Saint-Mère-Eglise, Utah Beach etwas mehr als eine Stunde Fahrtzeit hat man bis Cherbourg, Caen, Bayeux. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.

A great week in this beautiful spacious house and gardens. Quiet and private, fantastic facilities, we all had a wonderful time. Maybe the ONLY thing I’d say was the pillows - very soft so maybe 2 each would be good? Half hour walk into the town or a 5 minute drive.

Sehr großes, ruhiges und komfortables Haus zum Super-Preis
Das Haus ist erstklassig. Es war das beste Haus was wir bis jetzt hatten: - gute Lage zur Erkundung der Normandie - Haus ist sehr groß und komfortabel - sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts - gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - Betten sind sehr bequem - sehr ruhige Lage. Man hört wirklich nichts. - fantastischer Garten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen :)

Une maison remarquable pour d'excellentes vacances
Très bel espace intérieur lumineux, fonctionnel, chaleureux, confortable avec équipement ultra complet et décoré avec goût. Extérieur au top avec 2 terrasses permettant de bénéficier du soleil toute la journée, un grand jardin, belles vues sur l'étang et les champs, aménagement qui garantit une intimité, mobilier de jardin complet et de qualité. Situation idéale pour rayonner dans tout le Cotentin. Une maison pleine d'attentions et de ressources à laquelle on s'attache et qui donne envie de revenir. Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderbarem Haus
Wir waren 3 Wochen im Haus La Brosse und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen großen Garten mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war der Knüller! Wir konnten alles Kochen und Backen: von Crepes bis Hummer, Austern bis Schmorlamm, Brot und Kuchen und noch vieles mehr. So eine vollständige Kücheneinrichtung haben wir in 30 Jahren nicht erlebt. Auch Kinder hätten alles vorgefunden, was das Herz begehrt. Unser Hund war ebenfalls sehr glücklich, wobei man wissen sollte, dass Hunde nur in der unteren Etage erwünscht sind und nicht im Schlaftrakt, was wir als gute Regel empfunden haben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abwechslungsreich: Radtouren, Wandern, schöne Dörfer, leckeres Essen, tolle Strände alles möglich.

We really enjoed it...
We spent a perfect week in that nice and well equipped house, there was plenty of space for us three and our small dog. It is especially really quiet, so we could sleep even with open windows. Also the contact with Celine and the information given, how to travel best and find the house, was really good. So from our side thank you very much, maybe we will see again in the future!

Fantastique découverte
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en Normandie. La Brosse était une vraie découverte, un lieu on l'on peut se ressourcer en toute quétude et, admirer les splendeurs du patrimoine du Cotentin. Un lieu propice au repos et à la sérénité
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme. La maison est idéalement située, à la fois très au vert, et proche de toutes les commodités. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour séjourner en famille avec nos ados. Nous en avons profité pour rayonner et découvrir le Cotentin, une partie de la Normandie que nous connaissions moins. Malgré l'absence de présence sur place, la communication avec la propriétaire était parfaitement fluide et sans délais. Bref, les vraies vacances.

Splendide !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région et cette superbe maison. Décorée et meublée avec goût nous n'avons manqué de rien et nos petits enfants se sont régalés avec les jouets. L'aîné nous a défié dans des parties de baby-foot endiablées. (Vrai baby-foot de bar) Wi-fi excellent, cuisine superbe et entièrement équipée, salle de bain immense, chambres très spacieuses, pièce de vie lumineuse, et inutile d'amener votre enceinte sans fil car même ça est à disposition, jardin magnifique... Les superlatifs nous manquent... Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus von Céline und Adrien einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und man ist schnell in La Haye. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos und wir haben schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Auch unsere beiden Hunde waren willkommen und fanden den großen Garten super (nicht eingezäunt).

Tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung
Das Haus ist toll, mit allem ausgetsattet und in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen rund um die bzw. auf der Halbinsel Cotentin. Idyllisch gelegen, haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen. Auch die Strände sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt bequem zu erreichen. Auf jeden Fall ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Danke Celine für alles!

Séjour en tranquillité
Nous avons passé un séjour excellent à la Brosse. L'emplacement de la maison est superbe, dans le calme absolu mais à proximité de la plage et de plusieurs sites à visiter. La maison est très confortable et propre, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. La cheminée était un plus pendant les jours hivernaux (grand merci à Céline d'avoir fourni du bois!).

Great trip
We stayed in this lovely house for one week after Christmas. The house is on the one hand located in a calm neighborhood and on the other hand it’s only a three minute drive to the city center where you can buy everything you need for living. It has a nice living room with a fireplace and garden view. The kitchen is really big and you can find everything you need for cooking. Everything was clean and tidy. The caretaker and the landlords took good care of everything and you can contact them whenever you needed help with anything. We had a great week there!

Alles in allem...ok
Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Haus in Ordnung, wenn man nicht besonders pingelig ist. Es liegt sehr schön in der Nähe mehrerer Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Hausmeisterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dennoch würden wir das Haus nicht mehr buchen aus den folgenden Gründen: Das Haus ist zwar sehr gut ausgestattet, doch leider war es überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Mobiliar im Garten war von den Vögeln beschmutzt und überall hingen Spinnweben. Die Küche war klebrig und mit Essensresten von den Vormietern versehen. An den Vorhängen und den Lampen klebten zerdatschte Fliegen. Insgesamt leider sehr staubig. Direkt neben dem Anwesen ist ein Bauhof. Dieser war zwar nur früh am Morgen besetzt, dennoch war an Ruhe beim Kaffee am Morgen im Garten nicht zu denken. Drinnen hat man es nicht gehört. Für Hundebesitzer nicht wirklich geeignet, da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist und sich direkt nebendran ein Teich befindet der mit Blaualgen versehen ist. Ins obere Stockwerk darf der Hund auch nicht. Schwierige Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Offensichtlich haben wir permanent aneinander vorbei geredet.
