Master bedroom with king sized bed and 48' TV, 2 queen beds, two twin beds in two rooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 10. Private resort like back yard with a pool (not heated), and built in BBQ and fire place. Family room with 60' smart TV and blue ray player. Conversation area next to game room with air hockey table. Very nice home with lots of space
Big, beautiful home with plenty of room for 10 adults. Outside patio is large enough to accommodate everyone. Convenient to the north and west side of the Phoenix area. Our visit to the area was for spring training and we’re looking forward to returning next year.

Nice stay!
Kyle, the owner, was really helpful. We had a lot of moving parts for our stay, including check in days and check out days. Kyle was very accommodating and helped us out howeverhe possibly could! If we visit, Arizona, again, in the near future… We will definitely reach back out!

It’s a keeper
We were there in December with three young children. The house is very spacious—plenty of play room. Kitchen very well stocked. Some issue with bedroom lighting and temperature in one end of the house, but overall we were pleased and would definitely stay again.

Spacious and very Comfortable!
Plenty of space, close to groceries and other amenities. Maybe extra TV in other bedrooms and a welcome book with information on house (wi-fi, garage doors, trash day, etc.). Overall great place and will definitely book again. Thanks.

The property was wonderful after we finally found it. We had to call the owner for directions as our GPS took us to a different location with the same street name. There were three different properties with the same street address. After talking with the owner we found it easily. Need better directions.

The location and floor plan of property were excellent. Loved the gated neighborhood. Always felt safe. The floor plan worked well for 2 couples. The house was very clean and outdoor space was very nice. Only problem was the place needed a little TLC. Property manager was sent a list of these issues. Nothing major.

Best Place to Stay in Phoenix is Just Outside Phoenix
Kyle and Lynn offer a beautiful and spacious property. They are very accessible hosts and made the process easy-squeezy. The house is well appointed - spacious and in a beautiful gated quiet neighborhood. There were a few MINOR maintenance issues but they in no way made our stay less enjoyable. We definitely hope this VRBO would be available when we all meet again in Phoenix. OH ... did I mention it takes no time to go into Phoenix or Old Town Scottsdale. Like my title suggests - the best place to stay in Phoenix is actually in Litchfield.

Great for our purposes
The house was great for my family of 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 dogs. We chose the home as it was in the area of the new house we were in the process of purchasing, it had a pool, and was pet friendly without stipulations. You can definitely tell that the property is well used, and the only real down side of the stay was the fact the pool was never swimmable and stayed green. This is really more of an issue with the pool company the owner uses as we would call the owner who would then call the pool company who would often never come out or do a half job. This pretty much went on the whole 3 weeks that we stayed at the property.

Annual Phoenix Trip
This is a beautiful home, quite roomy, very nice gated neighborhood and beautiful back yard. Owner was great with communication. There were 6 adults - all retired. It was a consensus that this lovely home could use a little TLC and that is why we didn't give it 5 stars for all questions.. Upon our arrival, several light bulbs were burnt out. Owner came with light bulbs, said he could hire someone to come and change them out. Not a big deal, we did that ourselves. 3 of the bathrooms had burned out bulbs...small, hard to find bulbs, so those were not changed out. Garage door openers did not work...needed to replace the batteries,- we did that. The floors were not clean throughout the house. We did not contact the owner regarding this as we knew he was going to be out of town. We used the mop ourselves, but a few of us wore white socks and they were very dirty on the bottom after walking around the house the first day. Like I said, I think with a good, deep cleaning and a little TLC this place would definitly be a 5 start place. Very close to everything you could possibly need or want.

Absolutely beautiful accomadation
Everything was clean and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. We did have rain so cooking was inside but there is a large gas grill and a gorgeous patio. We came for a graduation and family gathering and found the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect family getaway
This property was perfect for our family getaway. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed hanging out in the patio and by the pool. May want to include directions to the house since Google seems confused about whether it is Ave, Court or Street. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great Property
We couldn't have had a better time. Plenty of space, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Lovely home with everything we could have needed. We would stay here again. The rental, arrival, stay and check out were simple and quick. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean,classy, and beautiful stay. The lemon tree was loaded and smelled so good.
