Between sea and countryside, this cottage has been opened in a farmhouse of 100 m2 recently restored. It is located in the countryside in a valley surrounded by woods, meadows and orchards grown organic method .In this place, the calm is assured.
In a concern of respect for the environment, this restoration was mainly carried out with ecological and quality materials (lime and hemp plaster, organic paintings on the ground floor, natural wood and organic paintings on the floor).

Erholung in der liebevoll renovierten Ölmühle

Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 großen Hunden haben wir zwei super entspannte Wochen in der liebevoll renovierten Ölmühle verbracht. Es waren nur das Rauschen des Baches hinter dem Haus und das Wiehern bzw. das IA-hen des Esels Elvis zu hören. Eine große eingezäunte Wiese und der zugängliche Bach waren auch ein Paradies für die Hunde. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, nach den Erfahrungen in vielen anderen Ferienhäusern hatten wir vieles mitgenommen was wir nicht benötigt hätten. Messer, Wetzstahl, Reibe, Eierbecher, Salatschleuder tolle große Pfannen und Töpfe u.v.m. waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber Paulette und André haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit Cidre und leckerem französischem Brot versorgt. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn man auf Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe aus ist. Die nächste größere Stadt (Granville) ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt.

Nous avons passé un séjour dans un cadre apaisant, calme, au milieu de la nature...tout ça en étant à 10 minutes des plages. La maison a été rénovée de très belle manière et le jardin avec sa petite rivière est magnifique. Nos hôtes ont été de très bon conseil pour les balades et activités et toujours très disponibles et extrêmement gentils. Un endroit à découvrir pour se ressourcer loin de l'agitation.

Herrlicher Urlaubsaufenthalt in einer ehemaligen Ölmühle in Hudimesnil

Wir haben zwei Wochen erholsamen Urlaub an einer der schönsten Gegenden Frankreichs in einem einzigartigen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt gut erreichbar in idyllischster, ruhiger Lage ohne direkte Nachbarschaft. Durch den Garten fließt ein Bach, der zu der Erholung enorm beiträgt. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Ofen sorgt bei kühlen Abenden für gemütliche Wärme. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und können mit guten Ratschlägen und Vorschlägen die Urlaubstage für jede Wetterlage noch aufwerten. Ausflüge nach Granville, das Christian Dior-Museum, den Mont St. Michel, in eine berühmte Glockengießerei sowie an die wunderschönen Sandstrände sind einfach aufgrund der geografischen Lage möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert und lädt zur Wiederkehr förmlich ein.

Reposant et confortable

c'était la première fois que nous venions en Normandie et nous avons beaucoup aimé malgré le temps plutôt maussade. Des kilomètres de plages magnifiques, beaucoup de curiosités et des gens très gentils. La maison de vacances nous a également beaucoup plu - elle est confortable, bien équipée (surtout la douche, super, poêle à bois). De plus, nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la tranquillité, juste ce qu'il faut pour déconnecter ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Unglaubliche Schönheit der Natur...und den freundluxhen Menschen im Dorf

Der Aufenthalt wird unvergesslich bleiben Und die Eigentümer waren so herzlich und lieb....das Spiegelbild ihrer aufgebauteb Ölmühle....und das Beste war auch der Esel Elvis...und der traumhaft angelegte Garten...in duesem Haus kann man einfach nur träumen und glücklich sein...

Séjour agréable dans une jolie maison normande

On a été très à l'aise pendant tout le séjour - la maison est bien équipée,même pour six personnes. L'accueil par les propriétaires ainsi que les rapports suivants avec eux était très sympa et chaleureux. On a profité du calme du lieu et de la nature du terrain. A recommender!

Endroit merveilleux

Les propriétaires et ce gîte resteront notre best of de nos expériences de locations estivales. le bâtiment est grand, propre et fonctionnel, bien exposé, le jardin est splendide et la vue sur les arbustes fleuris, plus loin l'âne et la jument et encore plus loin le pré où les vaches paissent est un régal pour les yeux. La douche à l'italienne et la chambre en bas ont permis à ma maman (88 ans) de profiter au mieux de son séjour. Nous avons le plus souvent déjeuné et parfois diné au bord de l'eau dans la verdure. Un séjour parfait avec des hôtes attentionnés, souriants et fort sympathiques.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir durften 14 Tage in diesem tollen Haus sein, die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig, auch wenn vom naheliegenden Zeltplatz die Musik abends zu hören war. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Betten bequem. Proche de la nature, séjour ressourçant

Grand gite bien équipé dans un décor de verdure et de calme. Situé entre Granville et Bréhal, à15 mn de la mer pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité. Très bon accueil de Mr et Mme Josselin. Merci pour le cidre et la confiture. Mr Josselin raconte avec intérêt l'histoire de son domaine et son jardin mérite la visite. Bonne continuation.

Séjour très agréable en Normandie

Accueil et gîte au top ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Le gîte est très bien agencé. Il est grand et la cheminée est un plus pour les soirées encore un peu fraîches.

Sehr ruhige, einsame Lage. Perfekt zum Abschalten.

Schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Riesiges Areal. Bach plätschert praktisch am Wohnzimmer vorbei. Reichhaltige Flora und Fauna. Kurze Wege zur Smaragdküste/ Bretagne (sehr empfehlenswert) und an der Küste entlang Richtung Norden. Strand 10 min mit dem PKW, Traumstrände ab 30min...

Isolé - Calme - en pleine campagne et pourtant proche de la mer

Besser geht nicht

Wir haben zu zweit mit unseren Hunden ein traumhaft ruhiges Silvester verbracht. Dass die Ausstattung perfekt ist wurde ja schon in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben und dem können wir uns nur anschließen .Hervorheben möchte ich deshalb die große Gastfreundschaft der Familie Josselin .Wir wurden mit einem brennenden Kamin,leckerem Brioche ,selbstgemachten Apfelgelee und Cidre empfangen .Ein Traum nach der langen Fahrt ! Madame Josselin machte mit ihren guten Deutschkenntnissen unser leider fehlendes Französisch wieder wett und gab uns viele gute Ausflugstips . Das Haus war perfekt sauber und gemütlich, es gab Spiele und sogar deutschsprachige Bücher und Reiseführer, was ich ein sehr nettes Detail fand .Der Hof ist wunderschön in einem Tal gelegen ,das Haus liebevoll restauriert.Tolle ewig lange Strände in der Nähe und genug interessante Ausflugsziele die auch einen Urlaub um diese Jahreszeit abwechslungsreich machen. Un grand merci à la famille Josselin et des salutations particulières de la part d'Oz et Calli aux petits-enfants. Familie Schattner

Komm zur Ruhe in der Ölmühle

Abgeschieden liegt die Ölmühle mitten im Tal umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern. Der kleine Bach am Hause sorgt für Entspannung. Wer Erholung benötigt vom Alltagsstress ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die sehr netten Vermieter Andre und Paulette helfen bei Fragen und geben gute Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat ausreichend Platz für uns fünf gehabt. Wir Empfehlen daher die Ölmühle sehr gerne weiter.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Hudimesnis verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und entspach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Zudem nochmals ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die lieben Vermieter, die uns nicht nur mit selbstgebrautem Cidre und eigener Marmelade verwöhnten, sondern auch unsere "Rettungsengel" waren, als user Auto liegenblieb!
