Lovely house in hills near San Sebastian
Great house for a small group (family or friends) to stay in, away from the bustle of the city. Convenient, well furbished, lovely hosts who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. A car is required but parking near the local station is easy if going into San Sebastian. We used the wood-fired BBQ and also lit the house fire on cool nights. This house feels like a home away from home. Beds were a little hard for us but that might not be the case for everyone.

Beautiful home in a wooded area
We met the owner at a nearby hotel since the short drive up to the house would have been difficult to find. Lasarte-Oria is not a tourist Mecca but San Sebastián isn’t too far away and taking the train is the best way to get there. It’s amazing that this house is on the VRBO rental program with its beautiful classy decor and art. Once you arrive, you’re not aware that you’re so close to Lasarte. There’s a lovely garden and it’s surrounded by woods. Up the hill are farms so the felling is quite rural. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this special place!

Nice stay in a well furnitured house
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t so good. The covered terrace gave us the possibility to sit outside even when it rained. The house has enough place and is well equipped. Insect screen in the windows could however be helpfull. The owners were very kind and informed us about the region.

Maison tres spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est tres bien entretenu. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. Les hôtes étaient tres sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! The host was great with communication and answered all of our questions promptly and with plenty of detail. The villa was absolutely beautiful, and very private. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves traveling to the area again.

Buscamos tranquilidad pero a la vez buena situación para conocer la zona. Hemos dado en el clavo. Casa fantástica y acogedora y rodeada de tranquilidad y naturaleza. Los anfitriones (Javi y Miguel) nos explicaron todo con detalle y que sitios visitar y dieron en el clavo. Volvería, sin duda.

Very comfortable house and the host is very friendly and helpful. It is a short easy drive into San Sebastián and parking was not hard as parking areas are well marked. The stairs are a little steep for older guests, but other than that we were very happy with the house.

Rustig gelegen vrijstaand huis in het groen
Het huis is ruim, mooi en smaakvol ingericht, maar we hebben eigenlijk alleen maar buiten gewoond op het grote overdekte terras met zit- en eethoek, zelfs als het regende. Het huis heeft een fantastisch uitzicht en ligt midden in het groen. De fraaie tuin biedt volop privacy. Vanuit het huis kun je het bos in lopen om te wandelen. En als kers op de taart een heerlijk klein zwembad om heerlijk af te koelen. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en respecteren je privacy.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar y relajarse
Es una casa perfecta para disfrutarla en familia, fuera del caos de la ciudad pero suficientemente cerca de Donostia para visitarla sin problemas. Viajabamos con un niño de 2 años y un perro. Los huspedes han sido muy amables y nos han ayudado con todo lo que necesitabamos.
