Awesome location.

Great location, all the amenities and lots of space. Saturday night is loud in Naples so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Schöne Wohnung, aber zu weit zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Wohnung war groß und schön eingerichtet. Zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe, der Markt auch. Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr schwer zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, wenn man die Koffer tragen muss. Die Straßen sind alt und der Weg ist überhaupt nicht dafür gedacht, mit den Koffern zu flanieren. Also, lieber Taxi, eigenes Auto oder anderswo buchen. Aus diesem Viertel raus zu kommen ist auch ziemlich problematisch, da man nur zu Fuß gehen muss. Zwei U-Bahn Stationen sind ca.1km und 1,4 km von der Wohnung entfernt. Evtl.fährt irgendwo in erreichbarer Nähe ein Bus. Auch wenn die Wohnung an sich in Ordnung ist, nachts wird allerdings etwa um 2 oder erst um 3 Uhr früh still, wenn man schlafen will, ist die Lage nicht geeignet, um in Neapel wirklich effektiv die Zeit zu nutzen.

À éviter !

Quartier très bruyant même la nuit ! 2ème étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier trop raide pour les + de 40 ans... Point positif, un grand marché de fruits et légumes ainsi que d'articles en tout genre. Métro un peu loin (1km) Appartement très chaud avec des ventilateurs hors fonction et non adaptés aux pièces. Chaudière en panne presque chaque jour. Pas de contact du propriétaire malgré des messages vocaux !!! Il a fallu se débrouiller seul... Fer à repasser hors d'usage et dangereux (fils dénudés) La liste serait trop longue !!! À FUIR.

Séjour à Naples

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Naples, le logement fait parti des points positifs. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, spacieux, propre, confortable, 2 salles de bain pour 2 couples c'est l'idéal, la literie est propre très important. Rien à redire sur l'accueil, la personne qui nous attendait nous a bien reçu et informé sur les questions pratiques et sur le tourisme. On peut envoyer des SMS au propriétaire qui répond avec gentillesse. Ne pas oublier il faut payer la taxe de séjour à l'arrivée 2.5 euro par jour et par personne. L'appartement est bien situé permettant beaucoup de visites à pieds, proche du métro qui amène jusqu'au train (train direct vers Pompéi) ou du port pour aller vers les îles. Point négatif nous avons mal dormi car nous ne sommes pas habitués au bruit (Naples ville très bruyante jusqu'à 3 heure du matin) et nous avons eu chaud (la clim serait appréciable). Par rapport au voyage de belles choses à voir surtout la côte, les îles. Ah ! les babas, pizzas, glaces ! On nous avez mis en garde concernant l'insécurité, nous ne l'avons pas ressentie. Nous sommes sortis les soirs pour aller au restaurant autour de la rue de l'appartement, personne nous a agressé.

Erg prettig appartment

We hebben genoten van dit heerlijke appartement. Het was keurig schoon en ruimer dan op de foto’s. De keuken was netjes en compleet. De badkamer heeft een heerlijk bad, perfect om te ontspannen na een dagje napels. Bedden waren goed. Omgeving kan wat roemeurig zijn maar dat is de charme van de plek. Wij hebben alles wat we wilde zien lopend gedaan met af en toe een stukje metro hulp. Er zit een goede afhaalpizzeria vlakbij, ook diverse leuke restaurantjes.

un bel appartement dans le vieux Naples

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 30 Août au 13 Septembre 2018. L'appartement est conforme à la description - un grand séjour, une petite cuisine, trois chambres dont une à l'étage avec sa salle de douche, une salle de bain en bas. Seules deux chambres donnent sur la rue. Les autres pièces donnent sur une cour. L'appartement est au deuxième étage. On y accède par un escalier aux 43 hautes marches en pierre. . Excellent pour se muscler les jambes!!!! L'appartement se situe dans une rue étroite du vieux Naples - Petits magasins de quartier où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Pain, fruits et légumes, épicerie... Linge qui sèche à toutes les fenêtres, .vie de la rue avec ses scooters et ses vélomoteurs... Ambiance Italie du Sud garantie!!!!!. A 10 minutes à pied, sur la via Foria se trouve un supermarché Carrefour qui livre à domicile. Pratique lorsqu'on arrive surtout pour les packs d'eau.( Attention le personnel ne parle pas français!) La livraison se fait en scooter !!!! Le centre historique se trouve à quelques minutes à pied. Cathédrale, musées, églises.....enfin tout ce qu'il a à visiter. Bien sûr il y a aussi les rues avec les boutiques et les restaurants. On peut prendre le bus sur la via Foria et rattraper le métro à Cavour pour les destinations plus lointaines. De la gare Garibaldi on prend le train pour PompéÏ. A voir absolument ! La situation de l'appartement est vraiment au top pour toutes les visites. L'appartement est clair et agréable et on apprécie d'y revenir le soir après une longue journée de marche. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples. Peut être reviendrons nous un jour et c'est sûr nous reprendrons cet appartement.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples. L'appartement est vaste, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est situé près de tout ce qu'il y a à voir et visiter à Naples. Commerces et restaurants à deux pas. Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement et gentiment à toutes nos questions. Il a même réservé pour nous le taxi pour le départ. Un lieu parfait pour partir à la découverte de Naples!
