A corner of paradise, a piece of Sardinia almost uncontaminated. This is Nebida, where the village "Tanca Piras" rises. In the heart of the village, in a privileged position and with one of the best panoramic views, is our chalet. Newly constructed, equipped with all comforts, the house is tastefully furnished with care and attention, in complete harmony with the colors of the surrounding landscape, making pleasant short and long stays. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The really strategic location allows you to reach the pool within walking distance and enjoy all the amenities of the resort with ease. The accommodation of about 60 sqm is spread over 2 floors and has a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms and a furnished garden where you can eat while enjoying the splendid view of the Gulf. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.

Wir reisten am 5. Oktober nach Nebida ins Dörfchen Tanca Piras. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Concierge war extrem angenehm. Das Häuschen liegt am Rand eines hübschen Feriendörfchen unterhalb Nebida. Im Oktober wäre es sehr ruhig, hat kaum Leute, wäre da nicht genau in unserer Woche ein Drummer Camp, das ab 10.00 Uhr morgens gute, aber sehr laute Rhythmen verströmt. Lesen oder Ruhe ade.... Die umliegenden Strände sind schön und wenig bevölkert, nur wenn die Drummers aufkreuzen, hat man Pech. Leider konnte man dank den Drummers auch das Restaurant nicht benutzen. Diese Info ist leider nicht bis zu uns gekommen. Ebenso fehlte die Info, dass der Pool nur mit Bademeister und nur zu gewissen Zeiten benutzt werden kann. Ich würde hier nicht in der Hochsaison im Sommer hinfahren. Im Herbst ist es normalerweise ein guter Ort für Ruhesuchende und solche, denen das rauhe Klima nichts ausmacht. Der Wind war schon eher kühl, das Wasser aber immer noch angenehm. Sehr schöne Wanderwege entlang der Küste. Super Kletterlebnis am Zuckerbrot. Interesaantes Gebiet für geologisch Interessierte. Wir wären gerne 2 Wochen geblieben, mussten dann leider nach 5 Tagen bereits Hals über Kopf abreisen, da die Schweiz Sardinien auf die schwarze Liste setzte. Jetzt hoffen wir, dass wir noch einen Teil der Miete zurückerstattet bekommen....

Ferien im Oktober

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit Blick zum Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Dorf 2 kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants in denen man alles bekommt was das Herz begehrt. Die Anlage mit mehreren Häuser war um diese Zeit kaum belegt, so daß wir unseren Urlaub gut genießen konnten. Landschaftlich wunderbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an Nikola und Danielle die jederzeit zur Verfügung gestanden hätten und wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen sind. Herzlichen Dank.

Eine Oase an der Küste

Eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Ferienhaus ist in der Nähe des Pools. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und konnten so richtig entspannen. Nico und Danielle waren vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Neben Ausflugstips haben wir auch Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen und sogar einen Vorschlage für eine Laufstrecke am Morgen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Most Amazing Location in Sardinia !

Our Belgian family 2 adults and 3 teenagers 17-15-12 years old did spend a week in the House of mr Albanesi. This small community-village with colourfull well equiped houses was a very nice stay. The view from the house , next to the swimming pool , on the Pan Zuchero was very beautifull and relaxing it its own way. This place was an excellent base for excursions to the amazing beaches nearby : Cala Domestica , Masua , Costa Verde , Iglesias , San Antioco and other . The boat excursion out of Masua beach is a must do when in the neighbourhood . Swimming , snorkling , relaxing was the main thing we did . Drink the Local wine and local Bear Ichnusa and Marduk , and Sardine people are very thankfull. Prices at local restaurants are not expensive , menu's for 35 euro pp , Pizza 8-9 euro , etc..We recommend this place for everybody who looks for A relax holiday with beach, history ,cities .. Do not forget the Siesta between 13.30 and evening . Tempo goes low and if the heat is a bit gone people start going out again from 17-18 hours and shops open tille evening. We might just get used to it .. . Would love to come back some day ,. Excellent place .

Una vacanza meravigliosa, proprio come le sognavo

Ho trascorso due settimane indimenticabili a Villa Laura, presso il villaggio Tanca Piras di Nebida. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso, dove vorrei tornare presto. La Sardegna selvaggia e poco turistica, le spiagge incantevoli e sempre diverse, i colori del tramonto ed un paesaggio mozzafiato hanno reso il mio soggiorno davvero memorabile! La casa e' sicuramente molto accogliente, arredata con gusto e attenzione, proprio come nelle foto. A mio avviso si trova in uno degli angoli migliori del villaggio, a pochi passi dalla piscina ma in una zona piuttosto riservata. Se si hanno bambini ma si vuole comunque godere di un po' di privacy e' sicuramente il luogo ideale. Al mattino aprendo le finestre lo sguardo si perde sul golfo del leone, una vista davvero unica, mentre la sera ci si gode il tramonto, magari con un calice di vino in mano. Non c'è nulla che non ricordi con gioia e nostalgia: il luogo, il cibo, le persone accoglienti e amichevoli. Pur avendo soggiornato in Agosto non c'è mai stata confusione nel villaggio e neppure nelle spiagge. I ristoratori della locanda l'Agusteri, dove spesso abbiamo cenato, sono delle persone squisite e sempre molto disponibili. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di conoscere personalmente i proprietari che hanno sempre risposto con tempestività alle nostre richieste e sono sempre stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Spero davvero di poter ritornare anche il prossimo anno in questo angolo di Sardegna unico e indescrivibile e di poter soggiornare nuovamente in questa incantevole casa

Location dans un cadre magnifique

Petite maison mitoyenne fonctionnelle et propre. Elle est très bien située dans le village, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la piscine. Le propriétaire est très disponible, et remet des informations pratiques sur la région avant le séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

.. wir hätten allzu gerne verlängert

Wir – eine Familie von 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen – verbrachten heuer unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem reizenden Reihenhäuschen mit unbeschreiblich schöner Aussicht auf raue Felsen und tiefblaues Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt mit teilweiser Selbstversorgung braucht: einen riesigen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, Herd mit Backofen, italienischer Kaffeekocher, Waschmaschine, aber auch die notwendigsten Lebensmittel, wie Salz, Essig, Öl, Mehl waren vorzufinden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und meerseitig ausgerichtet. Die Terrasse mit Holztisch und –stühlen haben wir gerade für das Frühstück, aber auch für das Gläschen Wein zum Sonnenuntergang sehr genossen (die Weingläser aber selbst mitbringen, es sind in der Wohnung keine vorhanden). Ein großer und sauberer Gemeinschaftsswimmingpool liegt direkt vor der Wohnung und bietet auch einen wunderschönen Blick auf Meer und Natur. Gleich anschließend daran findet man das Restaurant der niedlichen, nostalgisch wirkenden, relativ neuen Ferienanlage, welches wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen können. Besonders die Fischgerichte sind sehr delikat. Und wenn man einen Abend mit guter Pizza zum Sonnenuntergang erleben möchte: die nahegelegene Bar Al 906 Operaio am Panoramaweg Belvedere ist mehr als ein Abendprogramm wert (15 min Fußweg). Aber ganz besonders angetan waren wir von den netten Wegen zu den verschiedenen (einsamen) Buchten und Meerzugängen und den stillgelegten Ruinen der Erz-Waschanlage mit Kunstausstellung. Zusammengefasst: es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir hätten allzu gerne verlängert … :-) Und: Vermieter Alberto ist sehr, sehr gemüht, und beantwortet über E-Mail gestellte Fragen "im Handumdrehen".

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kinder Ende Mai für eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Garten mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer und die Felsküste. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Türe und hat eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hübsch, wie auf den Bildern. Das Restaurant war von den Öffnungszeiten etwas undurchschaubar, das Essen, wenn es klappt aber sehr gut. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung der Ferienwohnung könnte, wenn man selbst kochen möchte, etwas besser sein. Neben Wasserkocher und/oder Mikrowelle haben uns auch so einfache Dinge wie Weingläser gefehlt. Alles in Allem können wir es auf jeden Fall weiteremfehlen!

splendida location, anche fuori stagione

ho soggiornato nella struttura, assieme a due colleghi, per motivi di lavoro. Ho però potuto apprezzare la fantastica ubicazione del villino, all'interno di un bellissimo villaggio, con un affaccio spettacolare sulle bellezze naturali del posto. La casa è molto carina, pulita e confortevole, nonchè posizionata perfettamente per l'uso della piscina. Il servizio di accettazione e pulizia ineccepibile, anche grazie alla cordialità della sig.ra Gabriella. Ci tornerò sicuramente durante il periodo estivo

Traumurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön. Mit kurzen Wegen zum Pool und zur Bucht. Alles war sehr sauber und der Platz war für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend. Der Warmwasserboiler war defekt und wurde umgehend repariert. Die Informationen im Vorfeld unserer Reise waren sehr interessant und dadurch haben wir einige tolle Orte und Restaurants kennengelernt. Das Restaurant im Tanca Piras hatte ausgewählte sehr gute und frische Speisen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und waren traurig, dass wir nach einer Woche abreisen mussten. Es war traumhaft schön :-)

Beautiful place, customer service could be better.

House was nice, clean but there was not wi-fi which should be there according to the annoucement. Poor contact with the owner and the landlady unhelpful. Summarising the place is worth of visiting ,but one needs patience. Sylwia

Soggiorno incantevole

Abbiamo trascorso uan settimana magnifica. La casa deliziosa, perfetta per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone con arredamento curato e in perfetto stile marinaro. L'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata gentile e professionale. Il residence magnifico, con una passeggiata abbastanza agevole si scende nelle caletta privata dove il mare e il panorama sono a dir poco mozzafiato. E che dire poi della cucina di Max e Gabriella, i due gestori del ristorante del residence...senza parole. il perfetto coronamento ad una vacanza indimenticabile. Sicuramente ritorneremo

We decided to buy this property because we rarely saw a more beautiful and enchanted place. It was truly love at first sight. When we first saw the Gulf of the Lion, in the heart of the Sulcis Iglesiente we thought that was the place where we wanted to spend quality time with our family and friends and share with them the beauty of this untouched place, amazing in its simplicity.
