appartement agréable

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, très calme et fonctionnel dans une résidence sécurisée. Conforme à la description et aux photos. Terrasse agréable mais qui gagnerait à être nettoyée et débarrassée de ses vieux objets pour profiter pleinement de ce petit coin de verdure bien sympathique! Accueil agréable de Jocelyne et son mari, merci à eux.

Très bon séjour au calme et sous le soleil..

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé avec une belle terrasse ombragée. Résidence très calme et bien située à quelques minutes des plages et des commerces. Très bon accueil également. Merci pour tout !

Bonjour l'appartement était super plus que conforme à l'annonce, très propre et très bien placé il ne manquait rien pour passer des belles vacances. Appartement confortable et lumineux

Appartement spacieux et lumineux , propre et bien équipé, juste pas de four ( 1 micro-onde) .Sans oublier une grande terrasse très agréable. Accueil agréable de Jocelyne ! Seul bémol : 2 km de la plage .

Superbe séjour

Superbe accueil de la gérante Jocelyne lors de notre arrivée sur St Raphaël. L’appartement est magnifique, spacieux et superbement climatisée. La résidence privée est très calme, proches de tous commencés et à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage. Nous étions comme à la maison car il y avait vraiment tout sur place Nous reviendrons plus longuement la prochaine fois. Merci beaucoup Mme Molinié et Mr Brochard de nous avoir permis de partager de superbes moments durant notre séjour. Au plaisir de revenir vers vous pour de prochaines vacances. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement

Notre famille a passé un excellent séjour chez Michel et Françoise. L'appartement est très joli avec un immense jardin que notre fille de 4 ans a adoré. Le logement est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Saint-Raphaël, et à 10 à 15 minutes de toutes les belles plages, sites de randonnées, et domaines viticoles de la région. L'appartement est entièrement équipé, les seules choses que vous devez apporter avec vous sont les draps et les serviettes. La communication avec les propriétaires était excellente. Ils sont très réactifs et professionnels, et nous ont fourni toutes les informations et conseils nécessaires pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour à St Raphael. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

très bien

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. La terrasse est superbe et nous avons bien profité du figuier, l'appartement est propre, calme et bien situé. En dehors d'un petit souci de climatisation déjà évoqué par des précédents locataires et qui sera certainement très vite réparé, il n'y a rien de négatif à dire. Nous recommandons fortement.

Bien dans l'ensemble

La résidence est calme propre et sécurisée. Le logement est spacieux et bien agencé. Nous avons eu des problèmes de climatisation. Celle d'une chambre n'a jamais fonctionné et celle du salon s'est mise à couler l'eau sur le canapé pendant le séjour. La porte d'entrée a une serrure de sûreté et elle est assez difficile à manipuler. Attention dans l'annonce il était indiqué lit 135x190 alors qu'il fait 160x200 nos draps étaient donc trop petits nous avons dû en racheter. Le logement est bien équipé le petit plus les condiments sont fournis.

Einfach gut

Eine sehr gute schöne Wohnung. Alles war bestens. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell an allen interessanten Orten der Umgebung. Insgesamt einfach super.

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Terasse

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geplegt und gut eingerichtet. Wir wurden durch unsere Vermieter sehr gut betreut und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle nochmals für alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und verbrachten schöne 2 Wochen dort. Das Areal ist abgeschlossen und nur durch Pincode zu betreten. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt etwas zurückgesetzt von der Straße und den Verkehr hört man kaum. Zur Strandpromenade fährt man ca. 5 min und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreicht. Empfehlenswert sind die Strände von Frejus und Saint Aygulf, wobei für kleine Kinder der Strand von Saint Aygulf durch die angelegten Badebuchten optimal ist. Ausflugsziele, Restaurants und Märkte gibt es jede Menge und es wird uns auch nach 15 Jahre in dieser Gegend nie langweilig. Alles in allem von uns die Bewertung "empfehlenswert"
