About this property

Building with private pool and private garden, all equipped and furnished. It has a balcony, bright, very sunny. Renovated kitchen. 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown. Concierge service
Surrounded by shops, restaurants, medical center, very well located.
Bus and taxi lines.
The apartment is at the heart of Costa Brava. It´s located on the 4th floor of a building with 2 elevators. The building is provided with direct access to the swimming pool, garden area and playground private.
Everything you need is at close vicinity, beach, various restaurants, night clubs, coffee shops, many stores for shopping. Basically there is no need to have a car here! This area gives you the access to join the Lloret de Mar, lifestyle and enjoy the many tourist attractions nearby which mostly are on Avenida America where the apartment is located.
We have a pollout sofa. There is one TV, and towels and sheets are provided. You also have a complete kitchen with a coffe maker, toaster, refrigerator and the essentials for cooking and dining in. There is a lovely balcony with table and chairs.

arrivate la proprietaria non si è presentata e nel momento in cui la chiamiamo per problemi con l'apertura della porta ci chiude il telefono in faccia. entrate la casa non penso nemmeno fosse stata pulita, lavandino del bagno che non scaricava, materassi macchiati. piscina molto bella in cui abbiamo trascorso il nostro tempo in quanto nonostante la finestra sempre aperta c'erano 31 gradi costanti

Quase um desastre total

O checkin foi fácil mas a proprietária atrasou em quase 2 horas, só entramos no apartamento depois das 17:00. No apartamento não tem camas somente um sofá cama e um outro mini sofá que parece colchonete de acampamento . O apartamento não possui ar condicionado e nem ventilador. Passamos 6 dias de calor intenso e a cortina quebrada não baixava então ficamos expostos as gaivotas e aos mosquitos durante toda a espedafem. Não tinham lençóis e fronhas suficientes. Informamos tudo no primeiro dia. Assim como faltou papel higiênico foi deixado um rolo pela metade para 6 dias de locação. O imóvel só tem uma chave e não possui internet. O imóvel precisa de reparos a cortina está amarrada com um fio. Os condutores do banheiro presos com cola a televisão não funciona. Realmente o valor é muito alto para uma estrutura assim. A localização é boa e próxima ao centro e a praia.

Remplacement parfait, L’appartement manque d’équipement et de confort et la propreté était juste correct mais le prix est abordable et l’emplacement fait oublier tout le reste.

Endroit fort sympathique appartement bien situé pas besoin de voiture place pour ce garer trouvé en cinq minute nous remercions notre hôte nous avons passé un agréable séjour à refaire

Appartement propre mais le couchage est pas bien du tt aussi bien le clic clac que le bout de canapé . Deux poêle tellement noirci que j ai pas voulu cuisiner dedans Le grille Paim on le branche il faut sauter les plombs Un frigo qui a besoin d être changer il fait peu de froid Et ce que il faut préciser dans l annonce c est que on peux pas se garer là bas aucune place j ai tourner 30 mn jamais de place du coup obligée d aller payer un parking à 80 euros la semaine ( pas prévue pourtant dans mon budget ) . Propriétaire agréable

Idéalement située pas besoin de voiture , Appartement dans un mauvaise état , pas d'accueil , clic clac inconfortable , fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain cuisine non équipé . Déçu de cette appartement qui n'est pas entretenue du tout aucun accueil je ne recommande pas du tout . Photo à l'appui .

No idea how to enter property nor was I informed by owner.

The front door was locked and owner had keys for us inside the Complex to pick up, but did not tell us how we were going to get into complex. The pillows had no cases. I understand that there was no air con, but there also was no fan in the property to which we had to buy as was impossible to sleep without it. Also there was no key for the back gate to enter from the back into the complex to which we had to walk around the block back to front door of complex to get in. The location is good, the safety also of the location is perfect, the pool is lovely.
