Home cozy and furnished to measure. Facing southwest (sun from 8. 30 am to sunset). Two large halls of residence (with sofas) allow to differentiate the activities of relaxation: television (with DVD and satellite) in one and read / play another. Large garden with wooden balcony: usable as a sun. 2 fireplaces perfectly usable for an even more welcoming. Apartment also suitable for partial cohabitation (2 separate sleeping areas, each with two bathrooms) of two families. Large laundry room with washing machine. Central heating.

Decent apartment for 6 adults

House is comfortable for 6 adults, but we were very frustrated that there was no WiFi available. WiFi access in Western Europe is a given in 2019, so it presented challenges for working professionals when we arrived and found none available. Nonetheless, the flat is as described, 10 minute walk from the town and a short drive to the various ski areas.

Casa veramente molto confortevole. Risponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Tranquillità impagabile.

La Signora Ilaria si è dimostrata non solo gentile e cortese ma anche molto sollecita nel risolvere un problema alla ricezione TV. La casa dista pochi minuti dal centro a scendere un pochino in più a risalire ma è comunque servita da due linee di bus che fermano a 200 m. Per me e mia moglie che frequentiamo Cortina da quasi 40 anni, sia in casa che in albergo, è stata una piacevole scoperta. Ci ha permesso di ospitare figli e nipoti nella massima comodità. Sicuramente è una esperienza da ripetere anche per un periodo più lungo

Perfect stay

Nice and spacious apartment perfectly equiped and maintained. Nicely decorated, plenty of light, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Direct access to garden with river. Great location, 7 mins walk from the town centre. Great deal.

A Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely chalet just on the outskirts of beautiful Cortina. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town. The Chalet has lovely views of the mountains and a stream with a waterfall runs along the back of the chalet. I would recommend this to anyone. 10/10 Andy Pumphrey Brighton England

Family Holiday

We had an amazing holiday in Cortina! The house was perfect for a family - 2 couples, 2 children and grandmother. The house overlooks a beautiful creek and has a basic but comfortable decoration. The location is close enough to the city centre, although in winter you do have to drive there. Ilaria was very kind and helpful before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this house for a skiing holiday!

Comfortable apartment for two families with view

The apartment was great for two families of four each with our own private area and two bathrooms. It was generally well equipped and as described and the location was excellent. It is a steep walk into town but reasonably close. There are some excellent restaurants a sort drive away (Lago Scin and El Brite da Larieto, Agriturismo) recommended by the owner. A perfect base for mountain hiking in summer being a short drive from some of the best hikes in the Dolomites, Cinque Torri, Tres Cime etc. (and no doubt similarly excellent for skiing in winter). The owner was very responsive and helpful particularly when we stupidly left some items behind, for which many thanks.

Vacanze di Natale

Ho affittato questo appartamento per le vacanze di Natale di questo anno e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Appartamento molto confortevole e ottima suddivisione degli spazi. Eravamo due famiglie con bambini e non potevamo trovare alloggio migliore! La proprietaria poi è molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso che consigliarlo e tenerlo presente per le mie prossime vacanze!
