The house has 2 floors that are practically two independent apartments which are communicated via an external staircase. The villa offers 4 rooms for 8 people. There are 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, Flatscreen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning in 2 rooms, central heating, patio, pergola, 2 private parking lots, Solarium, large and private garden etc.
The holiday home Villa le Terrazze has a beautiful garden with secluded corners and a small forest for your exclusive use. It is very close to the beautiful sea, 6 minutes walking distance, on a small hill, in a natural park with lots of Oxigen, far from industry and stress.

Easily accessible by plane to Brindisi (105km), direct night train to Lecce (63km), or on good highways and roads. Car rentals from the airport or in Lecce. It has numerous direct flights to Brindisi from many towns like London, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich, Geneva, Berlin, Brussels, Manchester and several times a day from Rome and Milan.
