Aussergewöhnlich gut

Empfangen hat uns der Bruder des Vermieters sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines abgeschlossenen Mehrfamilienhauses direkt am Strand. Die Parksituation ist großzügig, der Blick auf den Strand von einem der beiden Balkone grandios. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komplett durchdacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für den Strandbesuch stehen 2 hochwertige Liegen und ein Schirm zur Verfügung - wunderbar. Es hat uns in dieser urgemütlichen, hochwertig ausgestatteten Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Nach 3 wunderschönen Wochen sind wir schweren Herzens abgereist. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank für alles an Leonardo und Andrea!

(Fast) alles, was das Herz begehrt

Große, hallige (wie in Italien üblich) Wohnung mit viel (Schlafzimmer) bis ausreichend (Wohnküche) Schrankraum und sehr guten Kochgeschirr und scharfen(!) Messern. Bei Belegung mit 4 oder mehr Personen würde ich den Geschirrspüler doch sehr vermissen. Schönes, sauber verarbeitetes Bad, Ablage für Shampoo etc. in der Duschkabine. Balkon mit Meerblick vor dem Schlafzimmer - hier möchte man gern zu zweit essen, aber etwas klein und ohne Tisch. An vielen Kleinigkeiten merkt man, dass Leonardo, der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer, bei der Ausstattung an das Wohlergehen der Mieter gedacht hat. Er spricht auch fließend Englisch und erklärt einem alles, was man wissen muss oder will. Leonardo wohnt 1,5 Autostunden entfernt und kommt selbst zur Übergabe - also bei Verspätungen rechtzeitig Nachricht senden! Wir wollten es zwischen Bologna und Florenz machen, aber dort gab es meist kein Internet. Das Schönste an der Wohnung: die Lage mit fantastischem Meerblick direkt am Mitte September wenig belegten Strand. Vorsicht bei Regen: Schon nach kurzen heftigen Schauern bilden sich größere Wasserpfützen direkt vor der Haustür und auf dem Parkplatz. Zum Glück hatten wir keinen längeren Starkregen... Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier - denn nichts ist perfekt!

Geniale Lage

Wir hatten supertolle Ferien in San Vincenzo. Die Wohnung ist für Strandferien perfekt, da man direkten Zugang zum Strand hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es war alles sehr sauber. Auch das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Leonardo war klar und er antwortete immer sehr schnell. Die Übergabe klappte reibungslos und es wurde alles tiptop erklärt. Alles in allem für uns perfekte Ferien, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Direkt am Stand, alles genau wie beschrieben

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut, der Gastgeber spricht perfekt Englisch. Alles wurde ausführlich erläutert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in der Küche gibt es reichlich Geschirr. Zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm gibt es auch. Der Parkplatz und die Einfahrt passen auch für ein großes Auto. Mücken gibt es keine bzw. nur ganz einzelne. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, unmittelbar an einem sehr schönen (freien) Strand. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer und viele Geschäfte ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß, großer Supermarkt 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ottima location

Alloggio pulitissimo, ben composto, una vista mozzafiato, a portata di spiaggia, basta scendere prendere i lettini e ombrellone in dotazione e sei in riva al mare. Il Sig. Leonardo un ottimo oste che ci ha ben accolti, molto gentile e disponibile. Una vacanza di relax e serenità che consiglio per tutti, giovani anziani e bambini piccoli. Mare basso e sabbia fine. Un po’ ventoso ma aiuta a sopportare il sole e stare freschi nella notte. Non so se è l’annata fortunata ma zero zanzare! Ci torneremo sicuramente 👍.

Entspannter Urlaub am Meer

Gut gelegene und funktional ausgestattete FeWo direkt am Strand von San Vincenzo mit direktem Meerblick vom Balkon im zweiten Stock. Ein zweiter Balkon liegt im willkommenen Schatten. Das Mehrfamilienhaus mit eigenem Parkplatz und Süßwasserdusche war in der Zeit vor Pfingsten kaum belegt, danach wurde es, auch am Strand, deutlich lebhafter. Der Standort ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge in die südliche Toskana. Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar. Leonardo hat sich ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert. Er spricht sehr gut englisch.

Ottima sistemazione in posizione affascinante

Anche impegnandomi, non riesco a trovare difetti a questo appartamento e alla sua conduzione: facilità di contatto e relazione col proprietario, appartamento ampio, ben esposto, arredato con semplice funzionalità e dotato di servizi confortevoli. La posizione? Impareggiabile! Sembra di dormire sulla spiaggia col mare ad un passo e di notte il cielo stellato a portata di sguardo. Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuol vivere a diretto contatto del mare.

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles super sauber! Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter spricht englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Hat uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und unsere Fragen zur vollen Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden. Einziger, winziger Nachteil: es gibt kein W-lan.

Wunderschön :-)

Sehr schöne , sehr saubere , und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung . Wir haben einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in San Vincenzo verbracht. Die Wohnung , die Umgebung und vor allem die direkte Strandlage lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder zur Ferienwohnung , sowie zur Umgebung , passen zu hundert Prozent ! Den Vermieter konnten wir jeder Zeit erreichen und bekamen zu vielen Themen Unterstützung. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub !!! Viele liebe Grüße , Dirk , Nataliya , Maxine und Max :-)

Lovely, beautiful apartment directly by the sea!

We stayed two weeks at this nice place, The view from the apartment is so wonderful as shown in the foto. There are two balconies for every time of the day and temperature. The apartment is absolutely clean and has everything inside you need: The Equipment of the kitchen was great. The beach was very clean and was never crowded. Our landlord is a really kind, nice and helpful person. He gave us some good advice for buying food or groceries. He gave us nice trip tips, too. It was a fantastic holiday for us!

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit tollem Meerblick

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer von zwei der drei Schlafzimmer aus. Kleiner Balkon zum Meer hin von einem der Schlafzimmer. Größerer Balkon auf der Nordseite mit großem Tisch, Zugang von der Küche aus. Die Küche ist groß, mit Esstisch, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand gehören zur Ausstattung. Zum Zentrum braucht man zu Fuß etwa eine Viertelstunde am Strand entlang. Wir haben besonders die Sonnenuntergänge vom kleineren Balkon aus sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei Problemen gut erreichbar.

incantevole appartamento a 2 passi dal mare

Casa spaziosa, ben equipaggiata pulita e comodissima (a soli 2mt dal mare). Proprietari attenti e disponibili. Possiamo dire di esserci sentiti a casa. Nota aggiuntiva: dormire con vista mare cullati dal rumore delle onde regala un piacevole surplus al soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio Elisabetta

Casa famiglia Marchetti

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Appartamento grande e spazioso con tutti i comfort direttamente sulla spiaggia con splendida vista mare, con tramonti stupendi. Area parcheggio, attrezzatura spiaggia fornita dal proprietario. Luogo molto silenzioso e tranquillo a solo 800 metri dal centro. Questo è stato il terzo anno consecutivo di soggiorno e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e contenti Fam.Terzi
