The perfect way to combine nature and relax, just 30 minutes drive from Rome, 5 minutes from Rainbow Magic Land (https://www.magicland.it) and the Fashion District Outlet (http://www.fashiondistrict.it).
Immersed in the quiet of the Roman countryside, in a lovely location, Artena is a small, old village with the Europe’s largest pedestrianized historical center and it is famous for its cluster of houses set in the rock.
In the Middle Ages it was a fief of various Roman baronal families, such as the Colonna, the Orsini and the Borghese. On the mountain (600 m) above the village are the fine remains of the fortifications of a city built in the 6th or 5th century BC.
The house, originally a monastery, built in 1700 a.C. in a typical tower shape, can host up to 13 people.
The house has two floors. The first floor has a large entrance hall, a big living room with fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities. In the same floor there is a big bathroom and two bedrooms. The second floor has three bedrooms, a kitchen with fireplace and another big bathroom.
The property includes an exterior covered wooden gazebo, a terrace on the ground floor and a large garden with a shed.
