Lovely 45 square meters apartment in the heart of Monopoli's old town centre, with a wonderful sight of the seaside . The house is sat 30 mt away from Carlo V castle, 50 mt away from the beach (rocky beach) and 5 minutes away (by foot) from well-known beaches of Portavecchia, Porto Rosso e Porto Bianco; you can also choose between free beaches and equipped ones. The location of the apartment makes you able to live the town in the total serenity, without the need of using a car.

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Monopoli è stato una fantastica scoperta. Eravamo solo di passaggio ci sarebbe piaciuto fermarci più a lungo in questa struttura.

Nice apartment in the Hart of the old city

Clean, well maintained with a comfy bed. It is advertised as two bedroom apt but the other room had a bed that wasn't really suitable for adults. Another thing that lacked was natural light (there are no windows - only the glass on the entrance door) but it didn't bother me as I wasn't spending my day time in there. Great sleeping though!

Comoda e accogliente!

La casa è fatta a misura di turista! Vicina al centro cittadino e al mare, ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza meravigliosa in una città splendida come Monopoli! Ci torneremo sicuramente e certo ci rivolgeremo di nuovo a questi padroni di casa, super gentili e accoglienti!

ECCEZIONALE!!

Di ritorno da questa bellissima vacanza con le mie amiche sono qui a raccontarvi questa esperienza indimenticabile! Al di la della bellissima location ci complimentiamo cn i SUPER HOST della casa Francesco e Rocco. Due ragazzi davvero eccezionali super accoglienti pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza dei loro ospiti, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta e esigenza.. DAVVERO COMPLIMENTI.. Che dire del loro appartamento UNA VERA CHICCA, completa di ogni singola cosa, pulitissima, accogliente, rispecchiava esattamente la descrizione. Poi grande punto di forza è la posizione vicinissima da tutto, mare, divertimento e qualsiasi attrazione. Lo consiglio vivamente nn ve ne pentirete! Ormai è diventata la mia tappa se dovessi ritornare a Monopoli so già dove andare! Ancora GRAZIE Francesco e Rocco.

Bel posticino :D

Un bel posticino; una bella casetta in una zona a mio parere tranquilla nel centro storico e vicino alla piazza, il ragazzo della casetta molto simpatico e disponibile per ogni singola cosa (stima infinita per lui :P ) e boh, non so cos'altro dire, mi sono goduto questa bella settimana in santa pace. Se lo consiglio? Certo. Appena ritorno a Monopoli so a chi chiedere :D.

Connubio perfetto tra mare, storia e comfort

L’appartamento è grazioso, pulito, confortevole, fornito di tutto e si affaccia su un bel cortiletto rigoglioso di piante. Il contesto è tranquillo e permette di assaporare cultura, storia e tradizioni della Puglia. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, così come gli abitanti di questa storica cittadina. Tutto è vicinissimo: mare, negozi, ristoranti, divertimenti e mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Dimenticate l’auto e fatevi rapire dalle sfumature di blu del mare e dalla bellezza di questa ridente cittadina.

Perfetto

Stupenda vacanza per il ponte del 25 aprile a monopoli, proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, la casa bellissima ma soprattutto pulita e molto confortevole, siamo stati benissimo, la casa è nel centro storico quindi vicino a tutti i punti di interesse ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla lontano dal chiasso della movida. Posto consigliatissimo spero di tornare da voi, complimenti ottimo lavoro!

Andateci, ottima zona, tutto perfetto

Ottima location, personale molto disponibile e cordiale, la casa era in perfette condizioni pulita e molto confortevole, la casa è in una zona tranquilla nel centro storico lontano dal chiasso della movida ma vicino a tutte le zone centrali che abbiamo visitato. Se dovessi visitare nuovamente la splendida Monopoli ritornerò da voi, ottimo lavoro ragazzi, complimenti!!

super location

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une petite ruelle de Monopoli, à deux pas de la cathédrale et à 100m de la plage. Idéal pour se balader dans la vieille ville. A 15 minutes à pied de la gare ou des bus pour la région. Il est très joli, assez grand pour 2. Il y a un balcon avec une table. Le propriétaire est très sympa, disponible. Si je devais retourner à Monopoli, je relouerais cet appartement.

Posto stupendo

Monopoli casa vacanza 6670414 La casa stupenda conforme all'annuncio, posta in un zona strategica a due passi dal mare e dalla movida serale, con una splendida terrazza vista mare.
