AssisiRelax apartment, spacious and bright. Love at first sight!

Out of the chaos of the historic center. Stunning views, privacy and tranquility. Allow yourself at least a week in Assisi and live it without hurry .... the apartment is located in the Umbrian countryside, a 2-minute drive from the historic center of Assisi, the Assisi Relax offers a modern apartment of 120sqm with free Wi-Fi and private parking.
There are two bedrooms with double beds while the third bedroom has a bed for one and a half. There are two bathrooms and have within them the showers. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and kitchen linens. It will be provided for each guest a set of towels. In summer you can take advantage of the beautiful terrace that rotates around the house where you can have lunch when they have a beautiful view over the valley of Assisi.
You can reach downtown by walking with
 great view in just 20 min.
Excellent base for day trips to the nearby medieval town centers like Gubbio (40 min), Spello Bevagna and Montefalco (15-30 min), Spoleto, Perugia.

The apartment comes with a rooftop terrace, during the summer is air conditioned, it has hardwood floors, a seating area and a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
In the warm months you can dine on the terrace, with table and chairs.
The Assisi Relax is located within the Mount Subasio Park and is 25 km from Perugia.

The apartment is located in the first floor of a detached house surrounded by greenery.
Access is easy by car, parking is in private and closed by a gate.
The house is not suitable for disabled people because it has no elevator.
Guests will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. A large living room with kitchen open space, terraces and garden.
Scattered houses in the area are arranged in reverse all the hill to watch the beautiful valley, behind is Mount Subasio.

Beautifully appointed apartment

This was one of the nicest Vrbo's I've rented. Beautiful views from the balcony. We had the whole upstairs of the house, with all the amenities we could want. Roberto stayed in touch with us if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place.

Our Assisi home away from home

So beautiful! So clean! So quiet! The property was beyond our expectations, in a good way. The views were breathtaking. If traveling into town, ask host for a referral taxi if you don't have a car. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Umbrienurlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung in Assisi verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Diese Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend um die tolle Region Umbrien zu erkunden. Sollte es uns nochmal in diese Gegend ziehen, wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Roberto

This was a perfect get away for our family, and I was extremely impressed with our host, Roberto.

Best to have a car when staying here but we did fine with the public transportation and a taxi. The host is really helpful and helped us figure out the bus system and even arranged an early cab for us. The apartment is beautiful and is about a mile from Assisi proper. This was a great place to stay after being in chaotic Rome. Thank you Roberto and family!

Hard to relax...

The house has a great view, but it's hard to relax because of the noise (dogs and cars at night). Beware of the owners. At last minute, they will ask for extra $ for air conditioned. If you say it's supposed to be included, they will want you to show them where it says it is even if it's not true. Since I honestly wanted everything clear and simple, i waited for the owners... 7 hours, but when they came, they didn't want to discuss anything. I felt like I was one of their employees. You should know that... 1. The air conditioned is actually not working properly to make you sleep well, but you will need it anyway to get rid of the noise of dogs and cars. 2. Don't leave any food out of the fridge or you will be invaded by ants. 3. If you need more than 2 beds, tell it in advance to the owners or the 3rd bed will have no sheets. 4. Make an appointment with the owners at a precise time if you don't want to wait all day like us. In conclusion, it seems like these owners want extra money from you but know they are wrong and prefer to avoid to meet you or explain things clearly. Don't expect to sleep well if it's hot. During 2 months in Europe, Assisirelax was for sure the worst moment because of its owners...

Even MORE Lovely and Perfect Than Photos Indicate!

AssisiRelax is everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The house itself is beautifully and comfortably furnished -- and the views over the Umbrian hills are gorgeous. It's a very spacious house -- plenty of room to spread out and, well, relax! The hosts make you feel as if you are a part of their family -- and believe me, you will wish you were so you could stay with them forever. I don't have one negative thing to say -- the beds are completely comfortable, the linens great quality, the house and grounds are immaculate, bathrooms are excellent with great showers and water pressure, kitchen is fully equipped. The wonderful deck is where I was every evening to watch the sun set in a blaze of glory right in front of me -- and watching the lights wink on all over the countryside and seeing the cathedral up on the hill light up was just amazing. The hosts were so warm and so accommodating -- anything we needed, they helped us with, even driving us into Assisi our first night to pick up some take-out dinner since they have a resident pass for driving inside the walls. There's so much more I could write about this terrific place, but I'm out of superlatives. I'm sure there are other places to stay in this area, but I can't imagine you'd be able to find a nicer one than AssisiRelax. I recommend it to you without hesitation.

Più che soddisfatti. Alloggio meraviglioso

Siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi ed abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 21 al 25 aprile 2014. L'appartamento si trova a circa 1,5 km dal centro storico di Assisi, in collina, in una posizione davvero splendida che domina tutto il circondario. Possiede una terrazza coperta, con tavolo e sedie, che consente di pranzare tranquillamente all'aperto, con vista magnifica. L'appartamento è molto ampio, ben arredato e la pulizia ineccepibile. E' dotato di molti dettagli che rendono l'ambiente molto famigliare. La cucina sembra nuova e dispone anche di una lavastoviglie. L'ambiente della cucina è corpo unico con la sala in cui al centro risalta un bel camino. Nella medesima sala c'è un tv led e un modem wi-fi adsl. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose così come i 2 bagni. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma facilmente raggiungibili in auto. D'altro canto però la tranquillità in cui è immerso l'appartamento vale questo piccolissimo disagio. Sia il proprietario, sig. Roberto, che la sorella, sig.ra Stafania si sono rivelate persone davvero molto gentili e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità avessimo. Che altro dire? Lo consigliamo vivamente e sicuramente se dovessi tornare cercherei di soggiornarvi nuovamente.
