Beautiful location

This was a wonderful place with a splendid view of the sea. The home was perfectly outfitted with everything a person could need. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place

We loved the house. The terrace is huge and beautiful, the pool is nice, the house is very well equipped and very well maintained. It is quiet and the communication wirh the owner was easy despite me not knowing italian. We would love to come back in the future.

Fantastischer Blick

Das kleine Häuschen lebt von der riesigen Terrasse, die einen unglaublich schönen Blick über die Costa Paradiso und das Meer bietet. In dem eher kleinen aber wunderschönen Pool waren meistens nur unsere Kinder. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig.

Plein la vue!

La maison est simple mais confortable, spacieuse, avec une décoration un peu datée mais franchement, ça n’a pas d’importance quand on découvre la terrasse immense et cette vue magnifique, apaisante. Il y a une vraie sérénité des premiers instants dans cette maison et Annunziata Meloni est adorable ! On ne sent pas la proximité vavec voisins. La piscine partagée est un vrai plus.

Vacanza da Nunzia

Vacanza meravigliosa! La casa è situata in un posto bellissimo. È presente una terrazza con un panorama meraviglioso in cui è possibile sia pranzare che cenare in quanto a qualunque ora del giorno c'è una freschissima arietta. Avevo paura di aver caldo visto l'assenza dei climatizzatori ma al contrario alla sera ci si doveva coprire con il lenzuolo. La casa è freschissima.La piscina è comodissima in quanto se uno non ha voglia di andare in spiaggia può usufruirne in totale relax. La signora Nunzia è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha lasciato lenzuola, asciugamani, ombrellone ecc.... Vacanza veramente veramente veramente riposante.consiglio assolutamente questa location.

Es war an alles gedacht und liebevoll gestaltet . Die Terasse ist umwerfend grosszuegig mit Blick ueber die felsige Kuestenlandschaft. Nunzia ist sehr entgegenkommend und herzlich.

Schöne Unterkunft und sehenswerte Region

Die Unterkunft war super und war wie beschrieben. Costa Paradiso ist leider ein reiner Touristenort, das heißt um einzukaufen oder ein Restaurant zu finden, wo man auch auf Sarden trifft und vernünftige Preise erwarten kann, muss man immer 25 Minuten fahren. Ansonsten in der Nebensaison (Ende September/Oktober) absolut zu empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie in den anderen Bewertungen auch schon erwähnt, ist die Terrasse des Hauses einfach unschlagbar, riesengroß, teils überdacht und mit atemberaubendem Blick übers Meer. Der Pool ist ebenfalls richtig toll. Wir waren immer allein im Pool. Insgesamt war es Ende Mai/Anfang Juni in Costa Paradiso noch sehr ruhig. Von den 5 Wohnungen, die zum Komplex gehören, war nur noch eine weitere belegt. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder, so dass unsere Töchter ihr "eigenes Bad" bekommen konnten - auch nicht schlecht. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, da alles sehr weitläufig ist. Allein zum Bäcker und zur Einkaufmöglichkeit sind es schon 3 km, zum Meer ist es noch weiter. Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig ab Parkplatz Bootsanleger in ca. 10 Minuten zur erreichen (Li Cossi). Uns hat aber der Strand Cala Sarraina noch besser gefallen (mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten). Die Wohnung ist zweckgemäß eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Etwas nervig sind die vielen Wildschweine, die eigentlich immer und überall auftauchen. Sie kamen nachts auch auf die Terrasse. Einmal haben Sie auch einen Mülleimer zerstört. Unser (Jagd-)Hund war dauergestresst. Zudem hat es auch viele verwilderte, abgemagerte Katzen, die sich um die Müllsammelstationen aufhielten und dort versuchten, etwas Fressbares abzubekommen. Sonst gibt es aber gar nichts negatives zu sagen und wir können das Ferienhaus wirklich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

tolles ferienhaus in wunderbarer lage

die vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend, half bei kleinen problemen (ein stromausfall, unterbrochene wlan-verbindung) sofort. das haus ist traumhaft gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen erholsamen aufenthalt braucht.

Schönes Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus steht erhöht an der Costa Paradiso, schöne Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang. Gepflegter Swimmingpool. Auch die Vermieterin Nunzia ist sehr nett und hilft bei allfälligen Fragen (italienisch). Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet; es hat alles, was man braucht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Traumblick

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist könnte nicht besser sein. Zustand und Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war ein Genuss. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Die Wildschweine sind harmlos und tragen zur Unterhaltung bei. Traumhafte Strände sind in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Strand bei "Greuli" besonders empfehlenswert.

Ein Urlaubsparadies hoch über dem Meer

Diese Ferienwohnung toppt alles, was wir bisher in Südeuropa gebucht haben. Eingebettet in eine bizarre Felsenküste liegt die architektonisch sehr gelungene und der Natur angepasste Ferienhaussiedlung, in der sich das Haus befindet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über das Meer, jeden Abend haben wir dort den Sonnenuntergang bestaunt. Da die Terrasse rund um das Haus geht, findet man immer ein windstilles schattiges Plätzchen. Obwohl viele Häuser bewohnt waren, herrschte eine wunderbare Ruhe. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir fast immer alleine genutzt, er ist perfekt, um nach den Strandbesuchen zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Haus war super sauber, die Vermieterin außerordentlich nett und die Kommunikation + Check in einwandfrei. Willkommen im Urlaubsparadies, wir werden wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus, klasse Lage, für Familie mit Hunden

Hallo. Es war ein klasse Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist prima, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Meloni hat sehr nett und freundlich auf unsere Fragen reagiert und auch direkt ein Babybettchen für uns organisiert. Eine echte Empfehlung. Die Wildschweine sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wenn man eh tierlieb ist kein Thema. Tipp: Mülltonnen immer gut sichern 🤣. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen weil er im Oktober zu ist, sieht aber prima aus und wird uns den nächsten Aufenthalt sicher versüßen. Alles in Allem: Einfach nur toll - eine echte Empfehlung!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus 10 Tage verbracht. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse ist traumhaft. Vor allem den Sonnenuntergang konnten wir mehrfach bewundern. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Es gehört zu einer Anlage von insgesamt 5 Häusern, die jedoch versetzt liegen, so daas jeder für sich ist. Zur Anlage gehört zudem ein schöner Pool. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und besorgt um das Wohl ihrer Gäste.

Cette terrasse panoramique invite au lâcher-prise. Toute notre admiration pour le coucher de soleil

La maison paraît encore mieux que sur les photos. Il n y manque rien. L accès direct de la chambre vers la terrasse est un bonheur. La piscine fait du bien et les sangliers presque domestiqués qui traversent les chemins sont sympas. Voiture indispensable. Merci pour ce superbe endroit.

Toller kurzweiliger Aufenthalt auf der schönsten Insel der Welt

Das Haus ist in einer Top Lage mit einem wahnsinnig tollen Blick in die Landschaft davor und auf das Meer. Das Highlight ist mit Sicherheit die Terrasse des Hauses, aber auch die Zimmer mit 2 Badezimmern sind absolut OK. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, von der Liege bis zum Nudelsieb. Sehr abenteuerlich waren die Wildschweine die uns täglich besucht haben, aber diese sind friedlich und man hätte sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Da waren die Stechmücken schlimmer, aber auch das gehört dazu. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
