The property is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Saint Jorioz, 300 m from Lake Annecy, at the foot of the regional park Bauges.
Built in 2013, our bright and spacious architect-designed house combines the charm of a traditional wooden construction and modern comfort. It has a capacity of 14 persons with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living space of 70 m2 with a kitchen, TV games mezzanine, 3 terraces.
Amidst a garden of 2000 m2 bordered by a stream bordered by tall trees, the property offers lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
You can do everything on foot or by bike: sailing club, marina, beach (quality label Pavillon Bleu), tennis in the area, supermarket and shops 900 m from the house.
Annecy is 9 km that can be reached by bike with a beautiful secure bike path, bus or boat from the pier (summer).

Tout le confort dans cette maison ! Idéalement située. On peut aller en centre ville à pied ainsi qu’au lac ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactifs. Merci pour ce séjour Seul bémol : les salles de bain mériteraient quelques travaux…

Exzellente Unterkunft in Top-Lage
Wir waren drei befreundete Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kindern. Das Haus war exakt wie beschrieben und wie für uns gemacht. Jeder hatte seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, ausreichend Bäder und der großzügige Ess- und Wohnbereich lud zum geselligen Miteinander ein. Die Nähe zum See, Strand, Minigolf und Ortszentrum sind große Vorteile. Annecy ist bequem erreichbar. Ein- und Auschecken erfolgten absolut problemlos durch hinterlegten Schlüssel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen, vielen Dank!

Superbe grande maison au calme
Nous étions 13, la maison est très bien disposée, 7 chambres, les salles de bain et toilettes permettent de ne pas se gêner, grand terrain pour bronzer ou jouer. Emplacement très calme à quelques centaines de mètres d’une plage du lac d’Annecy, et à 10km d’Annecy. Sur place à St Jorioz on trouve tous les commerces. Cadre idéal. Souplesse pour arriver et repartir très bons contacts avec propriétaire par mail et sur place par tél avec la personne assurant la conciergerie.

Magnifique grande maison
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances à plusieurs familles. La maison est adéquate pour des grands groupes car elle est spacieuse et le jardin est vaste. Nous avons loué cette maison pour un week-end entre amis et elle s'y prête totalement. Elle est très spacieuse. Il y a suffisamment de chambres et de salles de bain pour un grand groupe comme le notre (6 couples). La literie est très confortable. Le rez-de-chaussée est immense et très bien agencé. La terrasse est très agréable, permettant de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Le quartier est très calme. La proximité du lac, de la piste cyclable et des commerces est un atout. Bref, c'était parfait!

Nice property, views not as spectacular as when we have stayed in Talloires and the outside area is a little spartan. Close to the bike path which is a good warm up and down either end of a ride.

Spacious house near the lake of Annecy
It's a nice family house, everything you need is there. You feel at home right away. 3 minutes to the lake by bike. Very calm neighbourhood, a big garden and south facing. The house looks bigger on the picture, part of it is garage which is not possible to use. Check-in was very easy. Nice places nearby. At and around the lake of Annecy there are many things to do. Beautiful area!!!

Amazing house and location
Fantastic house and location. Perfect for large groups. There were 14 of us staying from 4 families and it always felt like there was plenty of room. In the local area we particularly enjoyed going up to Semnoz in the mountains. Sledging in plenty of snow and sunshine on Christmas Eve was a highlight of our stay! Would definitely recommend a visit to the house and Annecy.

Un lieu de vie parfait pour un groupe
La maison est très bien agencée avec plusieurs lieux de vie très conviviaux : idéal pour un groupe. La personne sur place réalisant l'accueil est particulièrement serviable et c'est un vrai plus pour la location. Un petit bémol : les photos laissent penser une vue direct sur le lac, alors que la maison est en réalité à 300m.

The house is modern, comfortable and roomy!! It is wonderful for families and friends. We loved it!!
The house is in a great location, close to Annecy and walking distance to Annecy lake, which is beautiful, clean and safe. The views are spectacular from the kitchen, bedrooms, balconies and back yard. There are bedrooms downstairs and upstairs which allows for privacy and flexibility for families and friends. Shopping is nearby for groceries, bakeries, gas, etc. Very clean rooms, plenty of bathrooms and awesome kitchen add to the charm and family experience. It is close to the highway for day trips. Easy access to the Geneva airport. We highly recommend it for winter and/or summer.
