Old house, 70km from Paris to the south by the highway and 100m from the forest garden courtyard and double walled garden of 2000m2 for parents barbecues and children's swing. Two living rooms with fireplaces. Large tables for meals inside in winter and outside in the summer under the awning. One room is on the ground floor, the other upstairs. Television, music, books for all ages. Nearby, the rocks for lovers of rock climbing, or who is interested in the history of France, the Châteaux including the famous Palace of Fontainebleau, jewel Renaissance- and churches and museums in the area, A little further, Eurodisney.

Une vraie maison de famille
Vieille maison de famille pleine de charme au cœur du village. Parfaite pour notre groupe d’amis. Outre tous les équipements nécessaires nous avons profité du jardin. Les coins de toilette de chaque chambre sont un plus appréciable. Merci.

Lovely big traditional property
We visited for 1 week, as a base for bouldering. 3 x couples, each with 2 small children (aged 1-5). We had a lovely stay - the house was ideal for our needs. In particular, the gardens are large and secure and lovely, and the kids room (2 x bunk beds) was great and the toys kept them amused. Plenty of space for parking, eating inside/outside, and relaxing. Boulangerie within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Maison avec beaucoup de charme
Grande maison parfaite pour un groupe assez nombreux. Bien équipée. Plusieurs lieux (salons, jardins) pour avoir des activités différentes si on veut. Plein de ballades sympa à proximité immédiate. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Idyllic stay at Villiers-sous-Grez
We spent 5 days at the house in Villiers-sous-Grez with my family and parents and had a delightful time there! The house is great and beautifully decorated, the garden is wonderful, and the area is just a gem! There are great walks to do in the forest nearby, including near the rocks, the villages are beautiful, and the people around are very friendly. My toddler also loved the toys and books in the small bedroom. We will definitely return there soon!

Large farmhouse, great location
We were a large family group - 8 adults and 4 children and this large beautiful old farmhouse offered all the space inside and a large garden. Peaceful location with lots to do a short car ride away. We were there in the heatwave and the outdoor pool close by was a big hit. All in all a fun week in a lovely old farmhouse. Thank you Sylvie.

Great house with wonderful, huge garden
The house has a lot of space, also for 14 people. We had a great week. Many Bouldering-areas are nearby. Silvie was very nice and the hand-over was uncomplicated. Thank you for this wonderful week!!!

Magnifique demeure très bien aménagée, idéale pour une réunion de famille
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est splendide avec ses salons et sa grande cuisine. Les 5 salles d'eau ont été particulièrement appréciées. Située dans un village très calme, cette demeure est proche de Larchant où nous avons pu déambuler au milieu des rochers magnifiques. De plus, elle n'est qu'à 13 Kms de Fontainebleau.

Maison très agréable et confortable, très beaux jardins, lieu très dépaysant, région intéressante
Maison convenant très bien à plusieurs couples avec des enfants (jeux et livres pour enfants, grands jardins avec portique). Le lieu est très calme, la maison confortable et spacieuse (chacun sa salle de bain, c'est appréciable !), les jardins sont magnifiques,... à tel point que l'on y passe facilement la journée sans sortir...ne pas oublier une balade dans le jardin, de nuit sous les étoiles ! La région propose des activités (forêt, escalade des rochers) et visites intéressantes (chapelle St Blaise des Simples à Milly-la-forêt, Barbizon, Moret-sur-Loing, château de Fontainebleau...)...Nos enfants, nos petits-enfants et nous-mêmes avons passé un magnifique weekend, le temps ensoleillé nous permettant de profiter pleinement des jardins (petits-déjeuners et repas dehors) ! Merci aux propriétaires !

Sehr schönes Landhaus, perfekt für Urlaub mit mehreren Familien
Wir waren mit fünf Familien bei Sylvie zu Gast. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Haushälterin vor Ort begrüßt und sie hat uns in alles wissenswerte eingewiesen. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und alles, was man benötigt und hat einen schönen großen Garten, in dem sich die Kinder austoben konnten. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass es fünf Bäder gibt. So kam kein Stress auf. Im Ort befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung eine Bäckerei und der nächste Supermarkt ist ungefähr 4 km entfernt. Wir waren hier zum Bouldern und auch diesbezüglich war das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um in die Gebiete zu fahren. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Comme chez soi
Beaucoup de charme pour cette maison de famille où l’on se sent très vite chez soi. Avec une mauvaise météo Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux salons indépendants du rez-de-chaussée où petits et grands ont pu trouver leur espace de vie sans se déranger. Un regret de ne pas avoir pu Profiter des deux grands jardins et de la forêt voisine. Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers en famille ou entre amis ( beaucoup de chambres à lit double ce qui n’est pas si fréquent). L’accueil est simple et chaleureux.

A great house with a lovely atmosphere in a sleepy village south of Paris. Fantastic gardens!
We were 12 persons (10 adults and 2 kids) and stayed in the house for 5 nights. Fireplace, modern kitchen, barbeque in the evenings, and nice French wine. We loved it, comes highly recommended.

Home from home!
Our third annual stay in this wonderful house, which we now regard as our home from home! We appreciated the new kitchen, especially the cooker. A little rain this year, so we used the garden a bit less, but we were still able to climb every day. The run/walk to the Elephant along GR13 is also glorious. Everything about this property and its location makes it perfect for our group of seven adults and five children.

Beautiful house
For the second time we enjoyed a glorious week in this beautiful characterful old house. Both house and garden are spacious and comfortable. Boulangerie in village a great asset. We were lucky to have sunny weather every day and spent each day climbing in the forest.

Wonderful house!
A charming spacious comfortable house of character with beautiful gardens in a lovely village. We were 7 adults and 5 children, and we spent a glorious week here. Clean and well-equipped with many 'extras'. Superb location for bouldering. We've stayed in Fontainebleau many times and this is the best place we've found. We can't wait to be back!

Maison de famille chaleureuse !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de Noel en famille malgré une météo capricieuse. Maison très agréable avec des jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécier le charmes des 2 cheminée et le confort du chauffage et eau chaude. Chacun avait son autonomie grâce aux chambres et salle de bains. Dommage de n'avoir pas pu profiter des jardins ! Une remarque peut être : avoir plus de nappes pour la salle à manger.
