Great villa in Grimaud

The house was the perfect size for our family, and the pool was great for our 2 grandchildren who loved all the toys that came with it. The host, Rose, was always available to answer our questions, and she was a real pleasure to deal with. The villa itself can be reached by going through a wine coop, and then a very narrow dirtroad which was not great, but it was worth it. Merci Rose pour votre gentillesse!

Das Haus liegt fast allein auf einem schönen Grundstück mit sehr gepflegtem, großen Pool. Die Wege zum Einkaufen und in den Ort sind dennoch auch zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto machbar. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr aufmerksam um alles. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Ruhig und komfortabel

Die Villa "La Bastide de Grimaux" liegt recht ruhig in der Nähe der Winzergenossenschaft von Grimaux. Viel Platz, WLAN (16 MBit/s Download), gut ausgestattet, viel Platz. Klimaanlage über der Treppe kühlt das ganze Haus ausreichend. Große Betten (zum Teil 160x200 cm). Schöne, von Wein überwachsene große Terrasse, Pool 8x4 m mit acht Liegen, eigener Boule-Platz. Gute Lage, um die sommerlichen Staus um Saint Tropez zu vermeiden. Rose hat sich sehr nett um alles gekümmert, auch den Müll entsorgt.

Grimaud

We could only stay for a few days, but had the best time. We have stayed in Grimaud many times so know where most things are locally. The property was clean, with plenty of room for bigger parties than just the 4 of us with a great pool. There are restaurants nearby but a car is useful. I cycled in the local hills and along the St Tropez peninsular. There are plenty of bike routes and lanes for the less confident. We would certainly come again. Finally Rose was very helpful and maintained the pool regularly during our stay without intruding on our privacy.

A wonderful stay

From the moment we stepped out of the car we immediately felt the authenticity of this property and it’s surroundings. Nothing about this place feels staged to look better in photos. If anything, the photos do not do justice to the delightful charm of the home. It was a perfect and much needed retreat from our hectic life in NY, In addition to the beauty and charm, the property’s proximity to Grimaud, St Trooez, Azur Park and even the local grocery was perfect. The house is rustic Provençal style . Rose is fantastic and could not have done more . I had initial reservations about the air con unit being on the landing not in each bedroom but in fact any worries were unfounded as the bedrooms were perfectly cool all night . We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay . Thank you Rose

Very close to Hubside Jumping

We were competing at the Hubside Jumping which is a one minute drive from this house. Rose was extremely helpful, we had a wonderful week.

Wonderful stay in Provence

In late September, we rested in Provence and stayed at this villa for 10 days. We were 6 people and we enjoyed our trip very much. Of great importance was the fact that we returned to the villa as home. The villa is large and comfortable and has everything you need. Very good that there was a pool. Quiet location, no noise. The hostess is friendly and welcoming.So we recommend this place!

Stunning house beautifully maintained nestled in the vineyards. Very clean and tidy with all amenities you will ever need. Gardens are lovely with private pool. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Bastide des Vignaux . La maison est une superbe maison provençale pleine de charme et très bien entretenue avec tout a disposition pour se sentir chez soi. La propriété est calme, dans un écrin de verdure, la vue sur les vignes est superbe , la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable. Un havre de paix au soleil

La Bastide des Vignauds est un havre de paix sur la Cote d'Azur : c'est une très belle maison, parfaitement équipée, avec une magnifique terrasse et une grande piscine notamment. Elle est située au milieu des vignes, au calme, à 5 min en voiture du centre de Grimaud et de Cogolin. Entre amis et avec des enfants, c'est un lieu parfait et l'accueil y est toujours très chaleureux. Nous y venons pour la 3e année avec toujours autant de plaisir. Si vous cherchez le soleil de la côte d'Azur, avec le calme en plus, c'est le lieu idéal!

C est génial pour tout age !!!!

Nouds avons loué cette maison ,2 ans de suite ,2 semaines et tout le monde a adoré. Mes 2 enfants 18 et 20ans adorent car c est vraiment à coté de st tropez ,ma fille de 10 ans adore car elle peut inviter une amie et la piscine est superbe et nous les parents ,on adore car l endroit et superbe, loin du bruit ,de la foule ,on est à la compagne c est le bonheur . La maison est tres bien,tres confortable, propre, bien équipé ,bien décoré et l emplacement idéal avec une vue dégagée sur les vignes et pres du village . On peut faire des course au village ,aller au restaurant ..Grimaud est un village ravissant !!! Il y a un super marché a 1km ou il n y a pas la queue . Les propriétaires sont adorable , il n y a aucun probleme . Je conseille cette maison a tout le monde à tout age ! Si je peux,je reviendrai chaque année .
