Who doesn’t love Florence? And staying right I. The heart with an easy walking distance from the central station, the sumo and all that Florence has to offer was a wonderful treat. The check in/ check out process is completely independent so you can arrive at your very own convenience. Prompt answer from the host regarding questions. The only thing I would say is that it is easy to hear neighbours. This did not bother us, however if you are a light sleeper, you may want to take this into your consideration.

Laura made my daughter and I very welcome . Her apartment is lovely. Nothing is overlooked for an enjoyable stay. Close to the station, Duomo, David and the markets making it easy to enjoy beautiful Firenze

Perfect Firenze flat

This is a wonderful little Flat in the heart of Florence. When you got there, park the car put away your keys and use this perfect location to walk everywhere in the city. Our host was very responsive and super accommodating. Our stay here, revitalized our families love for Florence

This flat was absolutely perfect. The location was close to everything. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was huge and very comfortable. They had coffee available in either pods or drip so that was a nice surprise, I’m always worried about getting my morning coffee lol. The instructions of how to get in were easy and the communication of the host was excellent. When I come back I will be staying here again for sure.

Great Florence apartment near San Lorenzo market

We had a great stay at the apartment for 3 days. It is in a superb location and we would book it again. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated all of the amenities provided, like coffee, laundry soap, and wifi.

Amazing stay in Florence

This property was absolutely perfect. The location is walkable from the train station, it’s steps from the market and many restaurants. And major attractions are all relatively close by. Check in was very easy and the gated lobby entrance is very safe. The building also has an elevator. Once inside, accommodations are EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and every appliance works as it should. There’s even a small washing machine available for use. Air conditioning and wifi worked well and the place was a perfect spot for our family’s stay. The host was easy to communicate with and gave us many suggestions of things relating to our interests. We will definitely book here whenever we return to Florence! Thanks for providing such a great place to stay! Erick L

Great place, close to everything

While communication was a bit slow when we were first booking, as we got closer to the check-in date, Laura was very responsive. Check-in was very easy and Laura consistently checked to make sure everything was good. The apartment is clean, quiet, and located conveniently near the Mercato Centrale. It was a quick walk to the Gallerie dell’Academia and Santa Maria del Fiore. We would certainly consider staying there again. Thanks, Laura!

If you want to immersed into the center of Firenze, this is the place. There was 3 of us and I slept on a pull out sofa, daughter and boyfriend stayed in the bedroom. 2nd floor apartment tastefully decorated, felt like home. Lock box, 2 sets of keys was essential. About a 8 minute walk to the train station, Frecciarossa! A great B&B experience.

A+++ Stay!

My 11 day stay at Laura's flat was incredible! It is described exactly as it is and seemed even bigger to me than the pictures showed. I had everything I needed in the kitchen and the bed was extremely comfortable. Laura is the best host I have had the pleasure of working with by far. She responded very quickly and was always ready with recommendations and information for me, even tracking down someone to do alterations for me! The location is perfect with many wonderful restaurants and sites close by. I cannot recommend her place more highly.

Great Location/Wonderful Host!

My family and I choose this property because of its location. The reviews for this property also helped us decide on this location. The property is very clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to wonderful restaurants and of course walking distance to the important museums, churches and others. There are great markets near by as well, to help with what you are looking for. Laura was a wonderful communicator and made our stay simple and easy.

Excellent location, spacious one bedroom apartment

We choose this property after reading all the good reviews posted by previous guests. Indeed the location is excellent, just on the corner there is ZA ZA the best restaurant you can imagine but you must reserve or be ready to wait for 30 mts; across the square you find the most beautiful Central Market with all fresh products and on first floor you can seat and eat from a great variety of stands all great. On top of that there is the local street market with all kind of leather goods, some cloths and souvenirs. You can really walk to the train station and all the museums, churches, and tourist places. Laura has all the necessary information available on a Guest Book. She will answer any additional question in minutes, she is a wonderful Host. We also went to other restaurants she recommended like Mario (open for lunch across the street) and Cammillo also excellent choices. The apartment has 2 important extra features which are elevator and air conditioning for summer hot months. We can highly recommend this place where we stayed for 7 days and never had a problem. Perfect location in Florence

This apartment was in a perfect part of a Florence. Very easy to get anywhere by walking. Only negative is some noise Snd barking dog from neighbors coming from the atrium if the building but this happens in a urban apartment building. Bed was comfy, plenty of storage, fully furnished kitchen And a coveted elevator. Yeh
