To see is to believe! This is a home loaded with extras. With over 3,060 sq/ft and a total of 5,000 sq/ft indoor/outdoor space, this 5 bedroom home is designed to entertain. Relax on the oversized third floor veranda with outdoor kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets while you entertain your friends and family.

On the ground level, the first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and the second bedroom on this floor has a king size bed. There is a full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and single sink vanity. A sitting room and laundry room are also on this level. The garage has been converted into a fun game room for some friendly competition after a beautiful beach day!.The game room includes a large flat screen TV, ping pong, ice maker, and a fridge! 

Hop on the elevator to the second floor main living area, kitchen, dining, and two guest bedrooms. The kitchen opens up to a large living and dining area with tons of light and a beautiful balcony. The dining table seats eight with four bar stools at the island. The oversized kitchen offers custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms and a shared full size bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The first bedroom on this floor features a queen sized bed and access to the attached bathroom. The smaller bedroom on this floor has a twin over twin bunk bed.

The third floor consists of the master bedroom with king size bed and HUGE glass enclosed steam shower in the master bath and a double vanity. The master bedroom closet has been retrofitted with a twin size bunk bed for the kiddos! The third floor veranda is the jewel of this home with its ocean breeze, bar with sink and mini-fridge, grill, TV! Can't do stairs, no problem! Ride the elevator from the ground floor to the third floor to enjoy the sunsets.

Seacrest Beach is a wonderful community that features the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. The house is just a few minutes walk to the pool. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool. The tram makes it much more convenient when you have coolers, beach bags, etc.

Family Beach Vacation
We chose this house for it's number of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 11 and its great location. We enjoyed the 3rd floor patio and the bicycles. The HOA Tram was helpful for those who did not want the short walk to the pool or beach. Somewhat disappointed that the elevator was not working as that would have helped with getting luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors but overall it was a great place to stay. We loved the neighborhood and the pool and the beach!

Disappointing
Our stay here was overall disappointing. The house was nice but it wasn’t cleaned well at all. There were blood stains on the comforter and dried throw up on the balcony which made us concerned as to whether the place had been cleaned at all. Also the elevator didn’t work and maintenance said that it’s been out of operation for a while so that would have been nice to know. Despite these issues, the house was in a great location, accommodated our large group, and management did work with us to try to resolve the concerns we mentioned. It’s a shame the cleaning company is subpar because that would have changed our opinion of this house completely.

It wasn't ready by 4 when advised to arrive, but we were in around 4:20. Mold in bathrooms is a priority that needs addressed. TV on upper balcony didn't work and when called to service, she said they would fix it when we left. Maintenance arrived the morning we left. Icemaker in kitchen didn't work. Icemaker in garage was appreciated. Stains on the couch when we arrived- she said they would address it when we left. Washer and dryer worked great! Blender lid missing so we couldn't use it, -she said they would replace it, but didn't while we were there. Door code has a learning curve. More specific details as to how to open with the code is needed. Location nice being on a dead end street. Not too far from pool or the beach. Need a stroller if you have a baby. Luckily, there was one in the garage which we appreciated very much!

Fun time with family despite crowded resort
The property is wonderful! We loved the outdoor space, and the home was beautiful and comfortable. We had a couple of issues with the security codes, but it was quickly dealt with by the management. They were very quick to answer and respond to us. 30A Escapes management is great! The only drawback to the property is the resort itself. All of the beach chairs are crammed onto a short part of the beach, so you were lucky if you got the 5th row because all the others had been spoken for since the February. To get a pool chair, you had to arrive 45 minutes or so before the pool opened to wait in line, and then it was a race to get chairs. I was never able to use the resort facilities because I refuse to get up on my vacation to wait in line for the hope of getting a chair. Instead we went to Inlet Beach which was a mile down the road where there was plenty of space. You could also rent chairs and umbrellas, and they would be placed in a spot that you could actually see the water! All in all, I will be happy to go through 30A Escapes management in the future, but I will not be staying at this resort.

The house is beautiful and satisfied our every need! The only downfall is the beach. Even though it was beautiful, there needs to be some expansion for the Seacrest patrons!

Wonderful week
The house was perfect for our stay! Everything was super functional for a family vacation. The top deck was awesome and we enjoyed spending many nights relaxing with great views. The garage was actually a hidden gem we didn't see when we booked, it had a ping pong table, pop a shot, air hockey and kept the kids busy every night. Great vacation home!

Amazing Rooftop
We loved our stay here! The kitchen area was super spacious and inviting and we absolutely loved the rooftop. We spent most of our time at the house on the rooftop. Great seating and views (you can see the water!). Definitely a great getaway for a large group!

Beautiful home in need of major repair!!
This is a beautiful home, but has issues mostly relating to water. The veranda on the top floor was the selling point for us, but with daily Florida showers, it becomes a small pond. We found a squeegee brush/roller, but gave up after a few days. There are many water spots on the kitchen ceiling and part of the wall and wallpaper began to peel and come down in the family room above the TV. The main floor toilet overflowed and leaked into the floor below onto a bed that our son was sleeping in. They sent a plumber and someone to steam clean the mattress the next day. As we checked out, a truck full of men in Sherwin Williams shirts said they were there to fix a few things. I would NOT AT ALL recommend renting this house until you can be assured the underlying water issues have been addressed and fixed by the owners!! 30a escapes and Brittany were attentive, but they can only do so much!

Good to fantastic.
When we arrived there were several things wrong with the house. I called Anna Catherine immediately. She is an amazing person, took care of everything by noon the next day. We would have ended up in a mess if Anna hadn't stepped up and totally taken charge. Thank you Anna so much!!!

Amazing Beach View Home
Enjoyed this home very much. Our large family had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The 3rd floor extended balcony was amazing and we spent every night up there. Kitchen was very well equipped as well. We definitely hope to return!

The house is beautiful and pretty well kept up. Few minor things were just ok .
Needs another TV in the bedroom on main floor. We HV teens 14 thru 18 would have loved to had access to the ping pong table in the garage especially on rainy days. The main thing wrong was bugs. Lots of bugs ... little flying red ant size. In kitchen and bottom floor bedrooms. Needs hand rail for getting in and out of the tub. Otherwise we enjoyed very much. Beautifully decorated. Would recommend but we probably wouldn't stay again. 10 of us there for the week. 4 adults and 6 teens. It works well for 10. Teresa

This place is a Winner!!
This property is truly amazing, it had plenty of room for my large family of 10. The bikes included in the home made travel super easy. We really enjoyed the large kitchen, and family living area. The outdoor areas were a huge plus, the views from the third floor balcony were incredible, we could easily see the Gulf of Mexico. This made our cocktails at sunset taste especially good. Overall we were very impressed with this home and its location, we cannot wait to get back here next year!

Gorgeous Home in Seacrest Beach
This home on Beach Bike is an excellent house for a vacation, and accommodated our family beautifully. It was spacious, clean, and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Our 3 kids could not get enough of the area, we felt safe letting our kids play freely in this family friendly neighborhood. We will not hesitate to come back to his house next year, Seacrest Beach is a very special place.

Great house and location!
We had an amazing stay at this house this summer. There was plenty of space for our whole family to spread out. We especially loved hanging out on the top floor! It is the perfect spot to dine, have a cocktail, lounge or have your morning coffee. The location of the house is great as well. It was a short walk to the beach, pool and the Seacrest shops.

Property with great potential but came up short because of uncleanliness and other negatives
I was really let down by this property, it had such great potential, beautiful veranda, great view, wonderful layout and in such a nice neighborhood. However there were just too many negative aspects on this property to make our stay here a positive one. The positives: The view from the 3rd floor Veranda was spectacular, beautiful 360 degree view with the gulf in site. The view was actually better than what the online pictures had showed it to be, I loved cooking up there and having the view, the bar, and the TV. The veranda and view were definitely the #1 selling feature of this property. The layout of this house was perfect for large families or multiple families. We were able to divide our group up comfortable among it's three floors. No one felt cramped and everyone had ample space. The negatives: Overall the house was not clean, not to the degree I expect when paying that sort of money per night plus a "cleaning fee." The floors on all three levels of the house we're dirty and made everyone's feet black throughout the day. We came in contact with multiple insects both inside the house and out on the veranda, the majority of which were cockroaches. I understand it's outside and I understand it's Florida. But how hard would it of been to have the cleaning crew give the floors a good wipe down and have access to a couple citronella candles? There was mold and pink grime in the master bathroom and dried blood on one of the guest room sheets. We found candy wrappers and trash under pieces of furniture on all three levels of the house. Leaving us wondering if the cleaning crew had changed any of the sheets or cleaned any of the floors. We contacted management about these issues, including emailing them with pictures, they did try to rectify the situation by having the cleaning crew come out a second time. However the house remained dirty and not to my expectations, especially with having such a large cleaning fee associated to this property. Other properties in the neighborhood seemed to have functional outdoor showers, this property only had an unfinished unusable outdoor shower. We could only enter and leave through a side door blocked by large garbage cans. No front door key was supplied to use making leaving the house difficult I've stayed in this same neighborhood several times before and never had so many issues with a property. I will return to Seacrest Beach again but will most likely not rent this particular property.

Great Property!!!
My family and I had a great memorable time! We did most of our gathering outside on the veranda! Absolutely perfect! Close to the large lagoon pool and a short walk to the beach, but we used the free tram. The rooms were perfect for us and the house was gorgeous! We had a great time entertaining everyone! Will return again.

Great House!!
We loved staying here. The location of this house is perfect. It is close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The layout of this house was perfect for us. The Veranda on the top floor is priceless. We will for sure be back.
