Belle maison mais mitoyenne

Belle maison mitoyenne (une personne habite le premier étage), au calme. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Dommage qu'il y ait si peu de couverts, fait d'assemblages d'anciennes vaisselles récupérées de-ci de-là. Impression de squatter la maison des propriétaires. A notre arrivée, on aurait apprécié une bouteille d'eau, ainsi que du papier toilettes (et pas seulement 3 carrés restants.....).

Agréable séjour

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est très propre et très spacieuse (nous étions 6 personnes). Lucrece est très accueillante, disponible et gentille. L'emplacement est très bien, à proximité de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter. Toutefois il y a un bémol, la cuisine n'est pas suffisamment équipée, pour 6 personnes nous avons manqué de nécessaire pour cuisiner.

SUPERBE LOCATION

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette magnifique villa. Le jardin est magnifique. l'intérieur de la villa est superbe et propre. Nous avons profité du concert des cigales à la tombée de la nuit. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Des figues violettes nous attendaient à notre arrivés. Un parasol nous a été livré le lendemain par la propriétaire avec des figues blanches délicieuses. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Ca été un plaisir d'échanger et passer un moment en sa compagnie. Nous n'oublierons pas sa gentillesse, nous en gardons un bon souvenir. Elle fait parti de notre magnifique voyage dans les Pouilles. Nous lui envoyons une bise de la France. De la part de nous 6

Evaluation ambigùe, difficile à faire

Autant la maison et le jardin sont agréables, autant nous avons eu des déboires au cours de notre séjour: A commencer par le chauffage non en service, il faisait 16°C , nous avons dû utiliser un radiateur soufflant pour chauffer "un peu" les salles de bain, mais pour le reste de la maison ce n'était pas possible. Et en soirée nous avons voulu mettre le four en service...coupure générale d'électricité(le contrat est minimal je pense). Le lendemain, au lever du jour ,pas d'eau ou si peu ! A deux reprises sur les 4 jours! Il faudrait apporter plus d'équipements de base dans la cuisine(assiette, couverts, verres,....)A 5, nous étions obligés de faire la vaisselle à chaque repas. Prévoir des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain avec baignoire/douche.... Enfin de nombreux détails qui n'ont pas rendus le séjour très agréable Au regret!!

Accoglienza e simpatia della signora Lucrezia Longo oltre alla effettiva corrispondenza delle dimensioni pulizia delle stanze e annessi spazi esterni, la vicinanza di luoghi di interesse hanno contribuito a rendere gradevole la vacanza al nostro gruppo composto da da tre coppie ed un ragazzo dodicenne, lo consiglio a tutti

Bellissima villa!

La villa è bellissima, grande e molto pulita. Ha un giardino esterno perfetto per i bambini (tutto chiuso) e il tavolo per mangiare sotto il porticato. 4 camere e due bagni, è ideale per due nuclei familiari con figli. Dotata di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. La posizione della villa è ideale per visitare la Valle d'Itria (Bari, Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni - tutto nel giro di 30 minuti.). Matera dista solo 1 ora di auto. La signora Lucrezia e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi. Immobile consigliatissimo!

Belles vacances en Pouilles

La maison ou meme la villa etait excellente, belle et tres commode; situee dans le jardin avec de grands arbres, avec une terrasse spacieuse pour passer les repas te les soirees. A l’interieur, il faisait frais malgre la chaleur dehors. Nous etions 5 (parfois 6), alors on a eu beaucoup de place. La cuisine bien equipee. La proprietrice, Lucrezia, accueillante et charmante. La maison est situee dans les banlieue de Castellana Grotte, un peu difficile a trouver, mais pleine du calme. Castellana Grotte c’est une ville ou il est difficile de se deplacer en voiture, la circulation n’est pas d’accord avec la navigation. Un restaurant fantastique (Al Pozzo), conseille par la proprietrice est a 5 minutes de la maison. Je reviendrai, peut-etre,! Merci!

Fantastico soggiorno

Scrivo a nome delle mie figlie ed amici che hanno soggiornato in questa splendida villa. Le foto non rendono merito alla bellezza di questa villa situata in mezzo alla natura ma a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Castellana Grotte. La casa è fresca, pulita, silenziosa e dotata di ampi spazi che rendono agevole anche la convivenza di più persone, nel nostro caso 8 amici. La posizione è ottimale per gli spostamenti verso le più belle mete che si trovano nei dintorni: Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni, etc., ma anche per essere goduta nei momenti di relax avendo in dotazione: amache, barbecue ed una bella veranda. La signora Lucrezia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile sin dal primo contatto telefonico ed a lei va il nostro grazie di cuore per l'accoglienza dimostrata.

Confortevole e rilassante!

Villa dei ciliegi è esattamente come descritta dalla Signora Lucrezia e le foto rispecchiano esattamente come è composta! Spazi grandissimi sia interni che esterni e ottima accoglienza da parte della Signora Lucrezia! La casa è in una posizione ottima per chi desidera visitare il meraviglioso territorio della Valle d'Itria,praticamente equidistante dalle bellissime Polignano, Ostuni, Monopoli,Fasano,Locorotondo,Cisternino,Martina Franca e dalle spiagge di Ostuni e Monopoli e Polognano. Ritornerei sicuramente dalla Signora Lucrezia! Grazie mille per la bellissima ospitalità nella sua casa e nella sua gerra!

spacious but not perfect

We had a good week in Castellan Grotte. The house was spacious and while we had all we needed there were things missing, for example no kettle, there was only 1 chopping board, no sharp cooking knives and only 3 tea/coffee mugs and a limited selection of glasses (no wine glasses). There were also very few serving platters or oven dishes. There were also no beach towels for guests to use. We also did not have cushions on the outside chairs as seem to be available from the house pictures. We were asked to not use one of the showers and the other was very small with a difficult to use tap. There were insect screens on some of the windows but not all and we had to buy mosquito plug ins. The owner had unfortunately double booked and there was much confusion on the evening after we had arrived as we spoke limited Italian and she spoke limited English but the issue was resolved with the other family that arrived later on the first night. We had let ourselves in earlier in the afternoon as there was a key in the door as our last communication was that we would arrive at around 2pm on the check in day. This too caused confusion as she didn't seem to know how we had let ourselves in. Communication during the booking process and on the day of our arrival was difficult and even though I sent a message on the day of our departure we received no reply. We did, however receive another fan when I messaged during the week. I would not recommend this accommodation to friends even though we certainly did not have a bad time but we had been travelling in Italy for some time and so were chilled out and made the most of our time there.

Magnifique séjour

La villa est vraiment magnifique très propre et très fonctionnelle avec une très grande terrasse. Elle est située dans une impasse très calme. Il existe un supermarché à quelques centaines de mètres. Tout en étant un peu dans les terres nous étions à environ 10 km de la plage et des principaux sites à visiter (les grottes, Alberobello, Polignano....) De plus, Lucrezia, la propriétaire, est une personne charmante. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location et nous espérons bien avoir l'occasion de revenir. Un grand merci à Lucrezia et à très bientôt.

séjour, villa et accueil parfait

Castellana Grotte est l'endroit idéal pour visiter les pouilles (Conversano, Polignano a mare, Alberobello, Ostuni et bien sur Matera... ) La villa est superbe bien située au calme à 7 minutes à pied du village avec tout le confort. Mais surtout merci pour l'accueil de Lucrezia qui a été d'une grande gentillesse. Tout était parfait dans notre séjour.

Relax e tranquillità nella campagna pugliese

La casa ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative; eravamo alla ricerca di un posto tranquillo in campagna ma non lontano dal mare. Qui siamo stati benissimo; la casa è molto grande, accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort. L'abbiamo trovata pulita e in ottimo stato e abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi, nella pace dello splendido giardino che la circonda. Da lì in pochissimi tempo si raggiungono le spiagge di Monopoli e Polignano e tanti altri posti interessanti da visitare in Puglia. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questa casa; inizialmente avevamo prenotato per 15 giorni e alla fine abbiamo rimasti tre settimane!

Very spacious house with nice garden

We stayed for one week in this beautiful house. It is very spacious with a large veranda and a nice garden with lots of shade. It is close to many nice towns, the beach is about 30 minutes by car. The house is in a quiet neighborhood.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana presso ''Villa dei ciliegi'' La villa è comoda, spaziosa, confortevole (eravamo due famiglie con 4 ragazzi) Nella veranda è presente un barbecue che abbiamo utilizzati per un ottima grigliata. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere mete e spiagge suggestive come Capitolo, Monopolio, Polignano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Ostuni nonchè le vicine Gotte di Castellana. A tutto si aggiunge la cordialità e la disponibilità della proprietaria . La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Donatella

Una bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo passato una fantastica vacanza…. Casa molto pulita di ampia metratura e con un contesto naturale di grande effetto. La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile; ottima vacanza anche per famiglie. Il contesto è ottimo su tutti i punti riguardanti la casa per le comodità, per le attrezzature posso dire tutto pulitissimo, è confortevole e curata nella struttura e nell’arredamento. La casa è in una zona tranquillissima, posizione strategica per raggiungere il mare e località meravigliose come, le Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello , Polignano, Monopoli. Se posso dire la mia, è il posto giusto e sicuramente ci tornerò.

Bellissima villa per una vacanza tranquilla

Ho soggiornato recentemente in questa bellissima villa con la mia famiglia e un'altra famiglia, con ragazzi tra i 13 e i 16 anni. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e con tutti i confort, la proprietaria è gentilissima. Inoltre è un punto di partenza ideale per visitare i caratteristici paesi della zona e godersi un po' di mare pulito sulla costa tra Bari e Brindisi. La consiglio a tutti!!
