Modern air-conditioned apartment located in Monticello (5 minutes from Ile Rousse). The apartment is at the bottom of the villa, next to it is another apartment where the owner lives. It can accommodate 4 people, it contains 2 bedrooms with 140cm double bed, a bathroom with wc. Kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, washing machine. Lounge dining area with high table. Excellentes vacances !!!

Très agréable séjour au calme avec une belle vue sur l'Ile Rousse. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la plage, visiter les jolis vilages de la Balagne, randonner... L'appartement est lumineux, fonctionnel, bien équipé, et la terrase très agréable. Le wifi serait peut-être un petit plus. Merci à Valerie et sa fille pour leur réactivité et leur accueil!

Herbsturlaub in Monticello

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, Valerie Canava ist eine ausgezeichnete und äußerst hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir sind erst ziemlich spät in Monticello eingetroffen, Valerie hat uns dann kurzerhand zur einer nahe gelegen Pizzeria begleitet und dafür gesorgt, dass wir noch etwas zu Essen bekamen. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Etwas negativ ist vielleicht, dass lediglich ein Restaurant einigermaßen gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zum Einkaufen und Essengehen im nahe gelegenen Ile Rouse oder Monticello benötigt man mindestens Fahrräder und ein wenig Kondition, besser jedoch ein Auto. Jahreszeitlich bedingt (wir waren die erste Oktoberwoche da) erreicht die Sonne das Grundstück erst um ca. 10:00 Uhr, die Terrasse sogar erst gegen Mittag. Im Frühjahr und Sommer kann man dort vermutlich herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen, wir waren zu dieser Uhrzeit jedoch immer noch unterwegs. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, das nächste mal vermutlich jedoch zu einer anderen Jahreszeit.

Super-Sympa.

Bien située, grands espaces au calme, on voit la mer au loin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, que ce soit à la cuisine, au salon ou dans les chambres. Il y a même la climatisation. On peut garer sa voiture devant l'entrée. De plus, la propriétaire est super sympathique.

BELLA VACANZA A ILE ROUSSE

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bell'appartamento a Ile Rousse trovando tutto coerente e veritiero con quanto mostrato sul sito. Tutto comodo: vicinanza alle spiagge, supermercati e centro citta'. Molto attenta e precisa anche Valerie alle nostre richieste.

Wundervoll

Valerie und ihre Tochter waren supernett und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Wir konnten sogar noch etwas länger bleiben, weil unser Flug später ging. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Wohnung war genauso, wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht, auch noch schöner. Die Terrasse wunderschön, der tolle Blick auf Ille rousse und das Meer. Mit dem Auto auch nur 10 Min bis zum Ort und Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr angegenehm. In der Nähe ist auch ein nettes Restaurant. Für uns war das der perfekte Ort auf einer wunderschönenen Insel. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

A louer sans hésiter

Super appartement

L'appartement était très bien situé (à moins de 10 min du centre ville de L'Ile Rousse) et très agréable à vivre. Il est très bien équipé et bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la ville et la mer. Merci à Valerie pour son chaleureux accueil. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bien !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé (à 5-6 minutes en voiture du centre de L'Ile Rousse et des plages), avec une belle vue sur L'Ile Rousse. L'appartement est très cosy et bien équipé. Merci à Valérie qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et qui a été disponible et serviable tout le long de notre séjour.

A louer sans hésiter !

Location absolument charmante conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est de très bon goût et parfaitement propre. Vue sur la mer et le maquis pour savourer de beaux couchers de soleil une Pietra à la main , grand calme avec juste le bêlement de quelques chèvres que l'on entend depuis la montagne ! Le village de Monticello est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture ainsi que l'accès à l'Ile Rousse et aux plages. La propriétaire et sa fille sont adorables, disponibles et très attentionnées. Que dire de plus si ce n'est j'espère de vous avoir donné envie !

Séjour bien réussi

Elisabeth P. Accueil de la propriétaire très chaleureux. Maison très agréable, propre et tout a fait conforme à l'annonce. Bien située au coeur de la Balagne, à 10 mn en voiture du centre ville et des plages. Je vous recommande cette location si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour sur cette Ile si merveilleuse.

Location à recommander

Location conforme à l'annonce et de très bonne qualité avec clim, TV... L'appartement est aménagé de manière très confortable et avec gout. Linge de maison fourni- Le quartier est très calme et on dispose d'une jolie vue sur la mer. L 'accès aux plages est assez facile en une dizaine de minutes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec un seul regret : une semaine c'est beaucoup trop court pour profiter de toutes les possibilités qu'offre cette belle région. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Merci à Mme Canava pour ce bon moment...

Très bien

Location correspondant tout à fait à l'annonce. Etat impeccable, confortable, bien équipé. Adapté pour une famille avec 2 enfants (lit bébé et baignoire bébé bien utiles). Propriétaire très sympathique, accueillante et attentive aux souhaits du locataire. Merci pour ce séjour, on s'est régalés. Site idéal pour découvrir la Corse : proximité mer, montagne, calanches, agriates, et très beaux villages de Balagne.
