Schöner Urlaub!
Marina und Roberto haben uns sehr nett empfangen und uns rundum bestens versorgt!! Sie haben uns mit leckeren Speisen und einem Umtrunk sehr lieb willkommen geheißen und uns auch bei der Parkplatzsuche sehr geholfen, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren. Solche Gastgeber kann man sich nur wünschen, wir haben die Zeit in Sestri Levante sehr genossen! Marina und Roberto sind wunberbare Gastgeber

sejour chez Marina et Roberto
Roberto et Marina sont vraiment adorables. ils sont venus nous chercher à la gare en voiture et un apéro préparé par marina nous attendait à l'appartement. le jour de notre départ Marina nous a reconduit à la gare en voiture. appartement très bien placé ,gare accéssible en 10 min à pieds, facile d'aller sur Gënes ou les cinque terre, les plages sont à 200 mètres. Par contre l'été assez bruyant en fin de semaine, beaucoup d'animation dans la rue jusqu'à tard et la chaleur fait qu'il n'est pas toujours facile de fermer les fenêtres la nuit.

right in the heart of the beautiful town. Great restaurants and bars, outstanding ice cream parlor, dreamy beach...: everything right next to the accommodation. However, this does result in a small disadvantage: it is very loud every night for a long time. The hosts' reception and helpfulness was outstanding. The size of the apartment and especially the bathroom were a bit small for a family of 6 …

Wunderbar Italienisch
Zwei Freundinnen mit Tochter und deren 3 Freundinnen haben eine Woche lang einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht im Herzen von Sestri Levante. Auch ohne Auto ist ein abwechslungsreiches Programm möglich, weil alles in der Nähe ist: tolle Strände, Hügel zum Wandern und Spazieren, typisch italienische Orte zu entdecken, buntes und fröhliches Treiben in den Straßen - vor allem auch in den Abend-(und Nacht-)Stunden. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 10 min für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Und das Allerbeste: die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und mit Hilfe einer italienisch-englischen Kommunikation, miteinander auch viel Spaß gehabt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Marina und Roberto- ihr seid die Besten!

Nice appartment in a perfect spot
The appartment with living room, three bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen is situated on the second floor of a palazzo right in the pedestrian zone of Sestri Levante. Shops, restaurants and both beaches are only a stone's throw away. On weekends it gets somewhat noisy in the evenings, but that's to be expected. The rooms are clean and reasonably furnished. Sure, the furniture is not new, the bathroom is tiny, and so is the kitchen - but we didn't expect luxury for the cheap price. For the money, it was just great. Roberto and Marina are wonderful landlords. They welcomed us with a tasty supper, since we arrived late, and were always available for questions and help. They are very friendly, warm persons. If ever we should come back to Liguria, we will stay with them again.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von herzlichen Gastgebern empfangen, vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und auch mal für einen Regentag mit Familie sehr gut! Die Lage der Wohnung ist topp - Sestri Levante natürlich auch!

Optimale, zentrale Lage - Vorteil und Nachteil
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar zentral - mitten in der Fußgängerzone, jede Menge Restaurants in Laufweite, genau wie der Strand der Baia del Silenzio. Bei Anreise und nachts kann dies aber auch ein Nachteil sein, denn die Parkmöglichkeiten an der Promenade sind eingeschränkt und auch von dort muss man das Gepäck eine gute Strecke tragen. Danach stellt man das Auto außerhalb ab - was aber nicht schlimm ist, denn man braucht es aufgrund der Lage nicht. Nachts ist es eigentlich zu laut, um die Fenster offen zu lassen (Restaurants & Trubel bis weit nach MItternacht, danach bzw. morgens kommt aber auch noch die Straßenreinigung / Entsorgung), andererseits im Sommer zu warm um die Fenster zu schließen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber, funktional und die Vermieter unterstützen wo es nur geht.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Sestri Levante
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Sestri Levante. Am Ankunftstag sind wir sehr freundlich von den Vermietern Marina und Roberto mit Kuchen, Pizza und Getränken begrüßt worden. Wir sind mit drei Erwachsenen und einem 7 jährigen Kind angereist und fanden zwei sehr geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer vor. Es gab eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Einkaufsstraße und zu den Stränden gelegen. Zu Fuß dauerte der Weg zu den Stränden nicht länger als fünf Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Restaurants, Bäckereien, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Apotheken. Ein unbezahlter Parkplatz liegt etwas außerhalb, war aber auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof war in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, noch einmal diese schöne Ferienwohnung zu buchen.

Vacanza perfetta! Siamo stati accolti da Roberto e Marina con un aperitivo di benvenuto, gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito alcune informazioni sulla localita'. L'appartamento in pieno centro storico è a due passi dalla Baia del Silenzio, dai ristoranti, bar, farmacia e negozi, dotato di tutto quello che può servire e veramente molto pulito.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in Sestri Levante verbracht. Das Appartement liegt in der Fußgängerzone in idealer Laufnähe zu den Stränden, auch ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Ebenso Bahnhof, wir haben viele Ausflüge mit dem Zug unternommen, was unkompliziert und günstig war. Das Appartement selbst ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, einziges Manko ist, dass es durch die Lage in der belebten Altstadt nachts, vor allem am Wochenende und in der Hochsaison, recht laut werden kann. Alternativ gibt es für 2 Personen die Möglichkeit, zum Hinterhof hin zu schlafen, wo es wesentlich ruhiger ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Vermieter extrem nett und hilfsbereit sind... wir wurden mit Kuchen, Pizza und Sekt empfangen, ein kostenfreier Parkplatz wurde gezeigt und auch beim Gepäcktransport geholfen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und bleibt uns in guter Erinnerung 😃 Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 👍

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar - direkt in der Altstadt, einen Steinwurf entfernt vom Meer. Gut ausgestattet, geräumig, rustikal-gemütlich. Einziges Manko: nachts sehr lautes Nachtleben vor den Fenstern. Aber das kann auch einfach dem Zeitpunkt geschuldet gewesen sein: Fußball-EM und jugendliche Nach-Corona-Ausgelassenheit. Die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Ganzen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Un ottimo soggiorno Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla Baia del Silenzio che per me è affascinante. Centro storico con tutto quanto può servire, ristoranti, bar negozi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno accolto con una merenda a base di torta fatta da loro, pizzette e focaccine abbondanti. Da tenere presente per un prossimo soggiorno. Meravigliosa vacanza in famiglia
Marina e Roberto sono due persone fantastiche e molto premurose. Ci hanno accolto con torta di mele fatta in casa, focaccia con le acciughe e prosecco. Comoda la posizione della casa, a 2minuti dalla spiaggia e con tutte le comodità a portata di mano. Vacanza bellissima, Sestri Levante sempre affascinante!

Appartamento completto di tutto e pulito, situato nella zona pedonale. Vicino alla Baia del silenzio e alle altre spiaggie di Sestri. Posizione comoda alla stazione ferroviaria (10-15 min a piedi) per visitare le Cinque Terre e altri paesi del golfo di Tigullio Roberto e Marina, due host gentilissimi e molto ospitali (da leccare i baffi l'aperitivo di benvenuto, una vera sorpresa). Un grande aiuto per parcheggiare l'auto. Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente ritorneremo appena possibile

'A little piece of real Italy'
Our stay in Sestri Levante was perfect. The position of our apartment was close all the best Sestri had to offer including the beautiful Bay of Silence. It was very comfortable and fulfilled all our needs for our stay. Roberto and Marina Gotelli went the extra mile to make us welcome. They met us from the train and took us back on departure. Great time! You have to visit Sestri Levante .
We were warmly welcomed. Everything was shown to us exactly and we felt very comfortable. We have never had such a great reception. Sestri Levante is a place where you have to go on holiday. The city is beautiful and the scenery on the sea is wonderful.
