Location au top !

Emplacement idéal. L'immeuble ne paye pas de mine mais l'appartement est impeccable avec une superbe vue. Accueil très chaleureux.

Schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick aufs Meer

Wir sind von Madame Roland vom Bahnhof abgeholt worden und der Check in war somit problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt schön im Stadtteil St. Servan und ist gut eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Der Blick aus dem großen Balkonfenster ist zu jeder Tageszeit sehenswert. Wir haben das Angebot, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen einen Aufpreis, angenommen. Intra-muros ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell auf evtl. Anfragen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Zauberhaft

Nach einem freundlichen Empfang konnten wir, die für uns zwei, sehr großzügige Wohnung mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer genießen. Eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche mit großem Balkon machten die Regenstunden schön. Zentral, in einem entspannten Stadtteil von Saint Malo unweit der beeindruckenden und quirligen Altstadt, gelegen und somit toller Startpunkt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die Tiefgarage löste das Parkplatzproblem hervorragend. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter:-) Die Bretagne ist auf alle Fälle mehr als eine Reise wert……

Appartement mit Superlage und sehr netter Vermieterin

Wir hatten nach dem Sommer 2022 erneut das Glück im Sommer 2023 in diesem schönen Appartement eine tolle Woche in St. Malo verbringen zu dürfen. Wie im Jahr zuvor waren die Absprachen zur An- und Abreise mit Madame Roland unkomkliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Tipp für den Aufenthalt am Strand ... Plage du Minihic ... mit dem Bus zu erreichen ... mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Merci beaucoup.

Über den Dächern von Saint Malo

Sehr schön. Modern renovierte Wohnung mit guten Fenstern und elektrischen Rolläden. Alle Geräte und der Aufzug funktionierten. Wunderbarer Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer auf den Hafen mit Segelbooten. Die Tiefgarage war eng, aber groß genug für unseren Golf Combi.

Très bon accueil par Mme Claude Roland, appartement bien situé, avec vue sur le port de St servan et les remparts de Saint Malo. Situé à environ 15mn à pieds du centre ville. Très bon séjour. Location à recommander.

Tout était parfait.

L accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied la plupart du séjour. Les commerces, le marché et la plage sont à proximité. L appartement est super et très propre. Nous espérons le relouer.

Très bon séjour

Logement propre, calme, fonctionnel... nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Situé à 1 petit kilomètre à pied de l'intramuros dans le quartier de Saint-Servan, cet appartement est très bien placé avec ses nombreux commerces à proximité et une plage à moins de 2 minutes. L'accueil de Mme Roland a été chaleureux. Un séjour très appréciable (et apprécié) sur toute la ligne.

Excellent séjour.

Appartement idéalement situé, très bien aménagé, avec une belle vue sur le port de plaisance et la mer, un parking en sous-sol indispensable dans cet agréable quartier de Saint Servan. Mme Roland est très sympathique.
