Accessible via the A10 motorway, 20 minutes from downtown Tours, 13 km from the airport.
The cottage is an accommodation Bungalow for 2 persons.

* Dining area and relaxation: table - chairs - buffet- - 2 armchairs - TV - small desk with lamp
* A sleeping area: 140 cm bed - wardrobe - table night
b - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - cupboard - door towels
c - an equipped kitchen fridge, ceramic hob - oven - microwave ondes- coffee - toaster bread- buffet dishes and cookware - kettle
A private garden, terrace with garden furniture where you can eventually take meals with a parasol, a barbecue, deck chairs. a place on private parking.
