Fantastic Space
Lovely property on tranquil street, close to amenities. Very clean. 4 good size double bedrooms and 1 smaller single. 2 beautiful bedrooms, and very well stocked kitchen. Lots of outdoor space including courtyard with a washing machine. All in all a fantastic stay and hope to be back next year!

I am still looking for the hòt tub (advertised)! The pool was cold and there were no chairs/beds allowed in the pool area. Also Faro 2 nearby was a big disappointment (out of the owner's control). Property did not have a dishwasher, which is a big disadvantage. We were late arriving, which had been flagged but no milk, etc provided. Property could benefit from a welcome pack, showing renters where everything is and recommendations on restaurants, shopping etc..We had to find out everything the hard way. I found the ironing board on the last day! The keyholder and cleaner were v pleasant.

La casa y la ubicación son ideales. El lugar es tranquilo, y la casa es perfecta para un grupo grande, pues cuenta con suficientes habitaciones y baños. También cuenta con facilidad para aparcar justo delante. Por ponerle un aspecto negativo, a la hora de hacer el check out no fueron nada flexibles, aunque sabíamos de antemano que a las 10h había que salir de la casa. Por lo demás y siendo sinceros, muy recomendable y la anfitriona siempre estuvo localizable para atender cualquier tipo de duda. Muy recomendable.

Es hat alles super geklappt, sehr netter Kontakt.
Das Haus sehr sauber, netter Kontakt. Was vielleicht noch fehlt wäre eine Spülmaschine. Ansonsten alles top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excepcional alojamiento / Outstanding lodging
100% recomendable, volveremos seguro. Fuimos la familia, hermanas, maridos, un bebé y estuvimos sencillamente perfectos. La casa tiene 5 habitaciones, 4 dobles y una sencilla, todas amplias y cómodas, con buenas camas y armarios. En una planta hay 2 dobles+1 individual + 1 baño, y en otra planta otras 2 dobles + 1 baño. Los baños son modernos, amplios, con buenas duchas, iluminación y espacio de almacenaje. Las zonas comunes son mejores que lo que las fotos dan a entender. Hay un espacio abierto, con una cocina totalmente equipada, desde cafetera a tostadora, hervidor de agua, batidora.. (lo que tendrias en casa), cómoda, con barra americana que da a la zona de salon. El sofa es esquinero, cómodo y mas amplio de lo que parece en las fotos. Hay una segunda zona de estar en la segunda planta, que es muy útil para estar leyendo o trabajando. Desde el salón cocina se accede a la terraza/jardin que da a la piscina comun. Es perfecto. Hay un porche semi-techado para proteger del sol y acabas pasando el dia ahí. Es amplio y acogedor. Hay una barbacoa, lista para usar. La zona verde está vallada asi que la bebé podia trastear totalmente segura. La piscina es preciosa, los jardines cuidados, y los vecinos son en la mayoria residentes, de larga estancia, y simplemente encantadores y acogedores. Carmen y su madre fueron igualmente encantadoras. La comunicacion antes de la llegada fue fluida y facil, estuvieron pendientes cuando llegamos, tenian la cuna lista para que la bebe se fuera a dormir rapidamente, todas las habitaciones estaban perfectas, todo impoluto, nos enseñaron todo y respondieron a nuestras dudas. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Un placer y les estamos muy agradecidos por ello. It was a family trip, 6 adults + 1yr old baby, and the house met all our expectations and more. It has 5 br/2bthr distributed in 2 floors: 2 doubles +1 single+ 1 bathroom in main floor, and 2 doubles + 1 bathroom on the other floor. All rooms were spacious, with good beds, and wardrobes. Bathrooms were equally large, renovated, with good showers and storage space. On main floor there is an open space with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would have back home, and the living room has a large modular sofa (it is larger than what the pics reflect). There is a second large living room area on the second floor, truly useful when you needed to work or simply isolate yo

Fantastic Villa
Excellent in every way. Photos online don't quite do this Villa justice. Masses of space for all 7 of us. Really good welcome pack (especially when arriving late). Kids loved the pool and the complex. Kitchen is very well equipped, wouldn't normally cook for 7 whilst on holiday, but here it wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend to any large family or group of friends.

Carmens hus er så gennemført. Alt er iorden og der manglede absolut intet. Totalt veludstyret køkken, meget rent og masser af håndklæder, ekstra sengetøj m.m. Super hyggelig udendørs område , aflukket hvilket var trygt med små børn. Kan varmt anbefales !!!!

Unser erster Eindruck von dem Haus war sehr gut. Auch die Lage war durch die Sackgasse, in der das Haus lag, sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche standen uns auch zur Verfügung. Die Begrüßung durch Carmen war wirklich herzlich und der Kontakt zu ihr jederzeit möglich.

Estupenda estancia
Agradecer a Carmen su hospitalidad. Hemos estado 6 adultos, 3 niñas y un bebé durante 8 días y nos hemos encontrado muy cómodos. Destacar la comodidad de las camas y la terraza con pequeño jardín. Aun siendo Navidad, hemos utilizado la barbacoa y cenado fuera. Los cuartos de baño recién reformados son comodísimos, duchas amplias. Por mejorar alguna cosa, algo de iluminación en la parte del salón y colgadores en los cuartos de baño. El espacio cocina-salón no permite tener la mesa de comedor dentro, pero para alguna ocasión nosotros la metimos y bien. La zona es muy tranquila, sin ruidos. Al lado hay un supermercado para urgencias (carillo) y para algun café, pero en mi opinión se necesita coche. El jardín comunitario muy tranquilo (era Diciembre) y la piscina abierta pero helada. Un alojamiento muy recomendable y la dueña siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias Carmen.

Bekvämt för lite större sällskap
Vi bodde i huset en vecka i november, 6 vuxna och 2 barn. Huset var bra disponerat för oss, bra ytor att vara tillsammans och vara lite var för sig. Trevlig uteplats. Huset bra utrustat. Bilder och beskrivning i annonsen stämmer fint. Uteplatsen är skuggig på eftermiddagen, då hade varit trevligt med solstolar/sittplatser vid det soliga gemensamma poolområdet. Det var rätt långt att gå till stranden, men det visste vi så det var ingen överraskning. Det är värt en promenad att ta sig till den fantastiska stranden i Maspalomas. Det närliggande köpcentrat är öde och nergånget. Men det finns en bra supermarket som har bra öppettider där vi kunde handla allt vi behövde. Det är väldigt bra att ha så nära till livsmedel! Vi lagade mat i huset flera kvällar. Restaurangutbudet i närheten är sparsamt, men det finns några helt okej ställen att äta. Bussplatser finns nära med många busslinjer som passerade området, inkl flygbussen vilket var praktiskt när vi skulle hem! Poolen är inte uppvärmd så den var lite sval, men fräsch och trevlig. Området lugnt och tyst, inte mycket störande trafik.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir haben zusammen mit Oma und Opa so wie unseren zwei kleinen Kindern unseren Urlaub in dem Bungalow verbracht. Das Bungalow ist sehr schön gestaltet und sehr sauber. Durch die zwei Stockwerke hatten die Großeltern einen eigenen Bereich im Untergeschoss. Lichtschächte versorgen das Untergeschoss so mit Tageslicht, dass man gar nicht merkt unterhalb der Erdoberfläche zu leben. Ein kleiner Innenhof im Erdgeschoss macht dieses äußerst interessant. Eine in den Flur verbaute Treppe ist allerdings mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Wir hatten Angst hier in der Nacht zu stolpern. Internet (W-LAN) ist kostenlos vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur spanisches Fernsehen. Die Gartenanlagen werden fast täglich gepflegt. Der Pool ist klein aber fein und sauber. Die Außendusche funktioniert allerdings nicht wirklich. Mit den Nachbarn haben wir uns sehr gut verstanden. Die Vermieterin, Carmen, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einkaufszentrum Fargo 2 ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider ist hier aber nicht mehr wirklich etwas los. Die meisten Geschäfte und Lokalitäten sind geschlossen und mit Holzverkleidungen hässlich zugenagelt. Bauzäune versperren den Weg. Ein Supermarkt und wenige Restaurants harren hier aber noch aus. Besonders das El Roque ist für ein Abendessen zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes und günstiges Essen, dreckige Toiletten und eine sehr freundliche und bemühte Bedienung werden hier geboten. Einzig wirklich negativer Punkt sind die Matratzen in der Unterkunft. Diese sind stark durch-gelegen und nicht für Personen mit Rückenproblemen geeignet. So vergeben wir nur 4 statt 5 Sterne. Wir hoffen das diese bald erneuert werden. Dann würden wir sehr gerne wieder die Unterkunft besuchen. Viele liebe Grüße Felix mit Familie und Schwiegereltern

Very nice place to stay, House very convenient
Carmen's house is very convenient, clean, spacious. There were bunches of towels at our disposal, a lot of cooking tools The area is calm and there is a market store at 2mn of walk. Carmen is a very nice person, she gave us all the informations we needed. She made sure we were comfortable. We came with 2 children (4,5 and 1,5 years old). She manage to get a high chair and a baby bed. Her sister and her mother welcomed us at our arrival: very nice persons family oriented.

Really nice holidays in Maspalomas :-)!
We had a fantastic time in Maspalomas. The Appartment was clean and well equiped. The Owners were very friendly and helped us with good tipps and gave us helpful information where to buy fresh meat and fish to barbeque. The distance to the beach could be shorter; but taxis are cheap and easy to get. Sunchairs at the swimming pool would be nice.

Perfect location, the house is very nice and well furnished. it's close to all and also very quiet. Carmen is a perfect host and it was a very good surprise to find at the arrival some drinks. There is also a "bathroom kit" just like in an hotel. Sheets and towels are more tha, you need. To resume don't hesite all is perfect

The house is super and very confortable, it is located in a strategic place to reach the more famouse beaches in Gran Canarie (Playa del Inglés, Playa de San Agustín, Playa des Maspalomas) and the center of town. The owner is very friendly and she is very helpful.

Great accommodation and concvenient location
I recently stayed at the bungalow with my family - 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The bungalow itself is very nice, it has 4 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, plus 2 bathrooms. 2 double bedrooms and the single bedroom are on the ground floor with 1 bathroom and 2 double bedrooms are on the floor below with 1 bathroom. This worked well for us as the adults were on one floor with the teenagers on a separate floor. The bungalow is well equipped with a full kitchen - hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There was a tv and music system in the living area with a comfortable settee and armchair. Outside there is a lovely veranda with table, chairs and a barbecue. There were also sunbeds and cushions. There was also a washing machine which was very handy and meant we could cut down on luggage we took. The bungalow is situated in a quiet residential area. However, the nearest supermarket was less than 1 minute walk away. Holiday World which is a local park with fun rides, bowling alley and restaurants is just 2 minutes walk away. Here you can also get taxis up to Playa Del Ingles, Melenoras, etc. Playa Del Ingles and all the bars, restaurants and shops is only a 4 or 5 minute taxi ride and only cost 3 to 4 euros. So for us it was the best of both worlds - a nice quiet residential area to relax and sleep, but just minutes away from the pubs, clubs and nightlife. To sum up this is high quality accommodation in a quiet area, but only a few minutes away from all the action and restaurants you could want. I can also thoroughly recommend the owner Carmen who was helpful and provided good communication throughout. We would definitely return here in the future.

This bungalow is at Residencial Tinguaro, very close to Faro 2 (shopping center) and 1min distance to the beach by car. This residential is really quite and nice which makes it ideal for a family holiday. From the private garden you can get the swimming pool immediately.
