Nous avons passé 12 jours de rêve dans cette merveilleuse villa Starbay à Bouillante, avec une hôte exceptionnelle ! Merci à Line et Françoise pour leur accueil très chaleureux et leur gentillesse !

Belle villa fonctionnelle et spacieuse !

Tout est parfait. C'est sans aucune retenue que nous pouvons recommander cette location. Contact préalable avec Emilie très professionnel (qui s'occupe de l'entretien et accueille les clients), nous avons reçu des explications claires afin de localiser la villa (facile à trouver sans GPS). Accueil tout aussi apprécié, en prenant le temps de nous donner quelques conseils et bonnes adresses. Le logement est impeccable, propre et bien entretenu, très belles pièces et jolie décoration, tout est soigné et confortable. Environnement très calme, zone résidentielle. Relevons juste qu'il n'y a pas de dégagement au delà de la propriété (vue sur petits palmiers de 4 ou 5 mètres). Emplacement parfait, en 2 ou 3 minutes de voiture, vous avez tout sous la main (supermarchés, vente de fruits et légumes de la région, essence, restaurants et et plage de Malendure avec l'Ilet Pigeon à côté pour la plongée). De plus, la localisation est vraiment idéale pour visiter Basse-Terre (bien centrée) et notamment profiter des très belles plages en allant en direction de Deshaies (30 à 60 minutes en voiture). Merci à Mme Pourcheresse d'être venue lors de notre départ, personne vraiment très aimable et soucieuse de bien faire les choses.

Relaxed upscale property on beautiful and quiet side of the island

The pictures on the listing accurately portray this upscale property. Although it lacks a sea view, it is lushly landscaped with sleek and modern decor, very clean, and on a quiet lane away from the main road, yet convenient (5 min drive) to the dive sites at Pigeon Island (dive operator Les Heures Saines recommended - they are very service-oriented and accommodate non-French speakers) and Malendure beach, as well as the Carrefour grocery store and the adjacent local bakery, and only a 35 min drive to the beautiful beaches of Deshaies (Tropicalsub Diving also recommended). Don’t hesitate to book this property even if your French is very limited. The owner kindly made her communications in English and the greeter, Emilie, was fantastic as well. She made sure to check in with us during our stay and made sure all was well. A thoroughly welcoming and positive experience!

Une villa superbe

La villa starbay est une villa absolument superbe et fonctionnelle, dotée d'une végétation magnifique et variée. Nous avons voyagé en groupe d'amis et chaque couple avait son propre espace et la terrasse et la piscine au centre pour nous retrouver. L'accueil de May et Françoise est absolument formidable et chaleureux.

Peaceful haven

This property was a delight to experience and included everything we could have hoped for and then some. We arrived to an impeccably clean house with all the comforts of home and a thoughtful welcome gift. The garden is private, lush and adorned with a multitude of hummingbirds. Mme Pourcheresse the owner, and her concierge May, were lovely, attentive and always made us feel welcome. Communication between parties was easy, efficient and based on our needs. The location could not have been better for us. We scuba dived with Atlantis at the Ilets Pigeon (Cousteau Reserve) which was minutes away by car. Truly spectacular experience. We could not have chosen a better location with proximity to amenities, diving, and delicious local restaurants. May offered us some wonderful recommendations for local fare. Merci beaucoup et au plaisir de se revoir!

Une villa paradisiaque

Nous cherchions une maison proche de Malendure pour passer quelques jours àBasse Terre et nous avons eu l'énorme chance de tomber sur cette superbe maison qui a totalement répondu à notre attente. Elle est superbe et idéalement situé. L'accueuil de Françoise fut également un véritable plaisir et participe aux superbes souvenirs que nous nous sommes faits làbas. Je sais où venir m'installer si une prochaine occasion se présente.

Location et localisation chaudement recommandées

Très jolie villa, décorée avec simplicité et goût, très fonctionnelle et très agréable. Nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire ni sur la villa elle-même, ni sur l'accueil à la fois prévenant et chaleureux qui nous a été réservé par Mme Pourcheresse (et sa collaboratrice) ni sur la localisation de cette villa. Pigeon/Bouillante est l'endroit parfait pour séjourner sur Basse Terre et rayonner sur cette île luxuriante et authentique. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner et notre fille de 5 ans nous a déjà dit que la Guadeloupe lui manquait :-)

Location très agréable

Vacances réussies dans une très belle villa ayant tout le confort et tranquillité. Françoise propriétaire du logement est très accueillante et fait le maximum pour satisfaire le locataire.L'habitation est très propre et bien entretenue. Je recommande cette location sans aucun problème. Belles plongées au rocher de Malendure avec le club les Heures saines situé à 5 minutes de la villa. Marc D.

Maison d'exception

L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, la villa Starbay est récente avec une qualité et une propreté irréprochable. L'accueil de Madame POURCHERESSE est excellent et convivial. Guides et cartes sont à votre disposition pour vos nombreuses visites. Son emplacement exceptionnel permet de profiter pleinement des joies de la plongée, sans oublier sa proximité avec le parc national de Guadeloupe où vous découvrirez une végétation luxuriante. La région de Bouillante est préservée de l'urbanisme à outrance et garde un coté authentique et sauvage. Cette villa est idéale pour séjourner et pour se reposer en Guadeloupe et nous ne manquerons pas de la conseiller à nos amis et nos proches. Encore un grand merci à Madame POURCHERESSE.

super Ferienhasu mit allem Komfort

gepflegt, geschmackvoll, perfekt ausgestattet und mit allem Komfort: Villa Starbay bietet alles, was man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünscht. Die Lage ist großartig, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten auf der Route de la Traversée, im Réserve Cousteau oder auf der Souffrière, dabei trotzdem unglaublich ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants innerhalb von Minuten erreichbar und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr zurückhaltend. Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder. (Famile mit drei Kindern im Alter von 9,12,13)

wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful week in the most beautiful Villa Starbay. Whatever you wish for in a vacation home, it's there: Beautiful furniture, decorations and outdoor space; fully equipped, very modern and contemporary gourmet kitchen with every item you can even think of, luxury bathrooms and a great location: Close to the Cousteau underwater reserve and other nice beaches, close to every activity on the "Route de la Traversée" and "La Souffrière", but still in a very tranquil environment. And in addition to all that the nicest and most helpful hostess ever! We will definetly be back! The entire family (Parents with 3 kids at the age of 9,12,13) just loved it.

Sejour inoubliable

Magnifique villa entretenue avec soin, très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Propriétaire très accueillante mais discrète. La location est idéalement placée, à proximité des commerces, de la plage de malendure et de la route de la traversée, dans un quartier très calme, aucun vis à vis. Nous y reviendrons c est certain.

séjour en famille parfait

Nous (3 couples et un bébé) avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa. Nous avons étés accueillis avec gentillesse et attention par la propriétaire. La villa est parfaite, d'un équipement et d'une propreté irréprochable, bien entretenue avec une bonne literie. La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter Basse Terre et très proche de la route de la traversée pour regagner Grande Terre. A n'en pas douter, une adresse à garder et à recommander. Une seule envie, repartir et louer de nouveau!!
