The seaside resort of PROPRIANO has the advantage of being on a human scale where the beaches are not crowded with people & where the sea of incredible clarity and color offers the possibility of doing all water sports.

From the geographical location of the apartment, you can visit all of South Corsica without doing a lot of kilometers.

All the most prestigious sites of Southern Corsica are at the most distant 60 kms you can enjoy the many beaches located around the apartment.

Traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer
Die Wohnung war schön, gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern einfach und sehr entgegenkommend. Einziger Nachteil der tollen Terrasse war die direkte Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. War noch okay, abends wurde es ruhig. WLAN gab es, war aber sehr schwach.

LE BIEN ETRE AU COEUR DE LA CORSE DU SUD
Magnifique séjour de deux semaines en famille. Très bel appartement, très bien situé, proche des commerces et du centre de Propriano. Environnement très calme et reposant. Côté confort et équipement, rien à redire, le top!!! Avec sa grande terrasse, il fait bon y prendre son petit déjeuner avec vue sur le mer et le soir son apéro et pour les couches tard, un petit digestif avec vue sur Propriano tout éclairé. Propriano est également très bien centré pour pouvoir se déplacer et visiter la Corse du Sud, région magnifique. Béatrice et Jean-pierre, les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, très à l'écoute de leurs hôtes et de bons conseils Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pleine de charme. Françoise, Jacky et Maxime.

MAGNIFIQUE APPARTEMENT au centre de Propriano avec une superbe vue sur la mer et les proches montagnes ! Grand confort et décoration de qualité, l'équipement mobilier très design avec de hautes prestations, une cuisine entièrement équipé et doté d'électroménager high tech et irréprochables. Une très grande terrasse complète ce bel appartement. Deux magnifiques chambres avec beaucoup de rangements et une literie d'excellente qualité. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, charmants et d'excellent conseil pour la découverte des bonnes tables, des bons plans et sites à ne pas manquer en Corse du Sud. Parfait !
Merci à tous les deux ! Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, la situation de l'appartement, le standing de la résidence et de l'appartement, et l'appartement en lui même : le TOP ! L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit, les matelas sont excellent, la clim au top, l'espace intérieur et la terrasse très très agréable. Enfin, le petit plus, la vue sur le couché de soleil tous les soirs sur la mer attablés sur la terrasse avec l'apéro ! Le bonheur ! Enfin merci à vous deux de votre gentillesse et de votre amabilité. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Les enfants vous remercient encore !

ON VA Y RETOURNER !
Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances dans ce bel appartement clair, spacieux et aménagé avec gout. Propreté irréprochable et nombreux rangements. Le top, c'est la terrasse d’où l'on peut contempler le coucher du soleil en prenant l'apéro. Grâce aux nombreux conseils d'itinéraires, de bons coins et de bonnes adresses de restaurants divulgués par la charmante et sympathique propriétaire, nous n'avions que l’embarras du choix pour visiter la Corse du sud. Un seul bémol: attention le temps passe trop vite dans cet appartement, la prochaine fois on y séjournera plus longtemps!

APPARTEMENT EXCEPTIONNEL VUE MAGNIFIQUE SUR MER
Nous pouvons vous confirmer la véracité de tout ce qui est mentionné sur l'annonce. Rien n'est exagéré, nous dirons même que c'est encore plus beau que les photos de l'annonce. La vue sur la mer est grandiose. Le propriétaire super sympathique et formidable n'a pas ménagé son temps pour nous expliquer ce que nous pouvions voir, découvrir, plus tous les bons plans, que des bons conseils pour le choix des restaurants... Dans ce superbe appartement on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Très hautes prestations, tout est neuf dans ce beau F3 magnifiquement meublé très design. une des chambres a une belle vue mer avec un lit immense... pour de belles nuits douces et très calmes. Pour chaque détail de ce séjour, on est obligé d'utiliser des superlatifs, cependant ce qui est à notre avis essentiel dans ce séjour, à part bien sûr la propreté des lieux, c'est la beauté de cette location. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait le choix de votre magnifique appartement, de vous avoir rencontré, et espérons vous revoir dans un futur proche. Merci pour tout.

High spec, great location, great owners
Location: Propriano is a great place to base yourself in Corsica with great views, easy access to the mountains and only ~an hour away from Bonifacio and Ajaccio and all they have to offer. Within Propiano the flat is extremely central - a short walk from all restaurants and the port, as well as convenient for a number of boulangeries and other shops Flat: The flat is a very high spec and includes truly awesome views (pictures here can't do justice). In particular there is a nice terrace which is ideal for having an aperitif and watching the sun begin to set. Inside the flat there is an open plan kitchen with a sofa but little extra living space, which isn't a problem during good weather as the terrace is large enough to comfortably serve that function. Owners The owners were extremely helpful, giving us a number of brilliant recommendations that we couldn't have found otherwise, they were also very quick, efficient and pragmatic in dealing with the check-out, which was great. One thing to consider for foreign visitors is that you will be required to give an €800 euro cash deposit which is returned at the end of the stay, meaning you can be left with A LOT of foreign currency at the end of your holiday! Overall, though I was extremely happy with the service. Restaurants: I'd recommend Terra Cotta in the town centre as a great place to get good fish, as well as Chez Charlot in nearby Viggianello for the amazing sunset views. For something more upmarket, Le Lido serves great food, albeit at very high prices. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay there.

UNE VUE UNIQUE : MER & MONTAGNES 1
UN SUPERBE APPARTEMENT : Après une recherche sur Internet, nous sommes tombés d'accord sur celui dans lequel nous venons de séjourner : UN CHOIX PARFAIT, une très belle location dans un grand F3 impeccable HAUT DE GAMME. Tout le confort comme décrit dans l'annonce avec une belle terrasse face à la mer : nous avons pu admirer de superbes couchers de soleil en sirotant des boissons rafraîchissantes et avons dîné face à la mer = SUBLIME. Nous n'allons pas oublier l'accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui n'a pas ménagé ses efforts pour nous conseiller sur la Corse du Sud, les restos.... Bien sûr nous sommes ravis et nous avons déjà donné les coordonnées à 2 de nos meilleurs amis parce qu'une telle location est assez rare, voire plutôt très rare. Merci de nous trois les Niçois.

VACANCES DE REVE...à PROPRIANO
Si vous voulez bénéficier d'une SUPERBE VUE MER dans un très bel appartement tout neuf, meublé design avec un grand confort, n'hésitez pas faîtes comme nous trois, réservez ce F3 très grand. Tout est parfait, la grande terrasse est un atout considérable, et le garage en sous-sol également. Cet appart. est idéalement situé à la fois dans PROPRIANO où l'on va partout à pieds et aussi pour visiter toute la Corse du Sud (intérieur et littoral : côte occidentale & orientale à 62km de Porto Vecchio) sans oublier l'extrême gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a super bien accueillis = le tout un séjour EXCELLENT! merci.

une MAGNIFIQUE Location LUXE avec vue MER
Parfait est le maître mot de cet appartement que nous avons loué à PROPRIANO. Tout Neuf, meublé prestations haut de gamme, une vue MER & Montagnes superbe avec 1 grande terrasse aménagée avec des lauriers. L'accueil des propriétaires chaleureux voir amical alors que nous ne les avions jamais vus. Vous l'aurez compris nous sommes séduits par cette location qui mérite la meilleure note qui soit. Un grand merci.
