The house is surrounded by pine trees, is located two minutes walk from the beach. The area is very quiet and breezy, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and with the sea. The whole area is surrounded by beautiful bays accessible on foot; for those who choose Calaliberotto is impossible not to visit the Oasis of Biderosa, about 2 km from the house. The house has a gazebo, a barbecue and private parking and other amenities!

Urlaub im gemütlichen Garten oder den herrlichsten Buchten direkt vor der Haustür

Wir hatten in der Wohnung eine herrliche Zeit! Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Mit ausreichend Mückenschutz kann man es sich im liebevoll gestalteten Garten gemütlich machen. Fußläufig ganz leicht zu erreichen sind wunderschöne Buchten mit Sandstrand und herrlich klarem Wasser. Auch wenn in dem Ort im Sommer vermutlich recht viel los ist, liegt die Wohnung ruhig und allein, obwohl sie zugleich zentral und nah am Strand ist. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nella natura, quiete e tranquillità. Peccato che l'area esterna era in comune, ma io non lo sapevo. E non c'era aria condizionata. Di notte faceva caldo. Ed il letto duro e scomodo.

Ottima soluzione per famiglia

Ci siamo trovati molto bene come famiglia, 2 adulti, un adolescente e due bambini. La casa è pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con un bel giardino. Vicinissima a piedi a due belle spiagge (Cala Liberotto e Sa Prama) e a pochi km in macchina da altrettanto belle spiagge (Oasi di Biderosa, Cala Ginepro, Berchida). Insomma, per noi è stato l'ideale, perché potevamo goderci giornate tranquille vicino case o avventurarci più in là.

Ruhige Erholsame Ferien

Das Haus liegt wirklich an sehr Ruhiger Lage etwas abseits der Strasse und denoch sehr nahe am Meer. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist auch sehr Sauber. Wer mit Tiefergelegtem Auto zum Haus fahren möchte muss etwas aufpassen da es Baumstümpfe auf der Zufahrt hat die das Auto von unten bearbeiten ;) Vielen Dank das wir in Ihrer Wohnung eine schöne Woche Ferien machen durften. Die Fotos sehen besser aus als das Haus in Wirklichkeit. Es könnte ein wenig Farbe vertragen. Innen spartanisch aber sauber. Leider gab es kein Internet wie angegeben, was laut Vermieterin aber ein Fehler von Fewo direkt sei... Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig abseits gelegen aber sehr sehr hellhörig.

Preis-Leistung vermutlich für Sardinien i.O

recht ruhige Lage am Rande eines Pinienwaldes ( falls die Nachbarn mitspielen- im Haus sind 2 Wohnungen) Klimaanlage nicht notwendig , da das Haus scheinbar tagsüber nicht so aufgeheizt wird und Temperaturen in der Nacht recht angenehm kühl wurden (Aufenthalt 23.08- 09.09), Haus von außen nicht so toll wie am Bild, aber innen sauber bzw. iO., Küchenausrüstung eher mangelhaft , einfach; sehr nette und engagierte Hausverwalterin.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Zugang zu den Stränden innerhalb kürzester Zeit

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wer Lust zum Grillen hat kann dies jederzeit tun; Wunderbarer Grill vorhanden. Die Zimmer und die Küche sind perfekt eingerichtet.

La casa è bella, pulita e ben posizionata.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la signora e sua figlia gentilissime, La casa accogliente e ben organizzata. La costa che avevo visitato negli anni '80 l'ho trovata ancora più bella se possibile. Bidderosa, Berchidda sono piccoli paradisi ben protetti. E' stata una vacanza stupenda e già dal primo giorno a lavoro ho consigliato ai miei colleghi di andare nella casa dei corbezzoli.

Een heerlijk appartement, dicht bij zee

Het appartement was goed, prima prijs - kwaliteit verhouding. Dicht bij zee, binnen 5 minuten zit je op een heel mooi strand. Alleen het balkon is wat aan de smalle kant voor 4 personen....

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Cala Libretto. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet, jede Frage im Vorfeld wurde schnell und präzise beantwortet. Das Haus hat 2 Wohnungen. Unsere Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was da sein sollte ist da. Die Strände sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen und einfach nur klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Preis-/Leistung, kommen gerne wieder

Haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet, jede Frage im Vorfeld wurde sehr zeitnah beantwortet. Das Haus liegt sehr nah an mehreren Strandabschnitten, die Strände sind traumhaft. Das Haus selber liegt sehr ruhig. Im Haus gibt es zwei Ferienwohnungen (oben/unten). Fußläufig gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Cafe's. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Appartment spazioso vicino alla spiaggia

L'appartamento est modesto ma tutto e stato molto pulito, il letto e stato comodo, molto tranquillo, bella spiaggia......siamo molto contento e abbiamo intenzione di venire ancora una volta l' anno prossimo, si e possibile. Grazie Gesuina! The Appartment is simple but spacious and everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the area is very quiet, nice beach.....We are contented and we hope to come once again next year.
