Fun in Scottsdale
Great house to kick back and enjoy what north Scottsdale has to offer. What we loved… Looking out onto one of our favorite golf courses Wildlife galore Access to hiking, community center, shopping and restaurants. The pool. We used it on chilly evenings and warm days.

Clean house with great pool!
Doug and Kris were very helpful during the stay with my family, and the location is an easy walk to the Legend Trail Golf Club and Community Center. House is as advertised and the heated pool was great for the kids, even in the cold winter.

Everything when great ! This lovely home was just what we were looking for. The location was within walking distance to our relatives who live near by. The climate was perfect for our daily outings, hiking, museums, & nature center and trying out the new Tiger Woods family golf center. Having Thanksgiving on the patio was perfect for both families with temps in the mid 70's sunny and breezy. We look forward to planning future trips with lovely accommodations in a safe environment. Great place, good location, quiet with good view out the back.
Very good host/hostess with excellent communication. Stayed 1 week in May of 2023. The property was very clean when we arrived. All the mechanicals (pool, water, HVAC, plumbing and electrical) look new and we had no issues. Also, had no issues with in/out nor with the fitness center "dongle". Close to shopping on Scottsdale road (Safeway and AJ's) and restaurants at Pinnacle Peak & Pima. No need to go south of Grayhawk unless you want to. Outside furniture was very comfortable and clean. Grill was spotless as was the inside. We will be staying again. Thanks to Doug and Kris for being such great hosts.

Had a wonderful stay in N Scottsdale * right on Legend Trail golf course !! Hosts Kris & Doug we’re great to communicate with. Property was easy access. Pool, garage, & other items were all easy-functioning. Easy check-in & check-out. All as advertised. Quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, & other amenities. Nicely quiet in the evenings & overnight. Hope to stay here again someday !! Thank you Kris & Doug !!!

quiet and relaxing
we loved this house! If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the usual Spring Break craziness, your fam will love it here! We were close to great restaurants and hiking, which we love. Not far from Scottsdale if you want to have a day with the rest of the tourists. We chose to stay at the house most of the time as the pool was our favorite place to hang out! The hosts were helpful with anything you may need! Easy to get in contact with. Really only needed to know how to heat up the pool:). Was a great time had by all!

We really enjoy the Cave Creek/Carefree area so staying in this property with its easy access to hiking, biking and nearby restaurants was enjoyable. Being able to park in a garage was desirable due to having our bikes, etc. and the hosts allowed us to check in early on our first day, all added touches that matter. Our only concern was that we did not have access to the community center as advertised due to a fob glitch. We had been looking forward to the added amenities. Our hosts were not able to resolve the issue from afar and due to timing. In spite of that issue, communication was good with them, but I would advise you that if accessing those amenities is important to you, that you make sure you access it early on in your stay so that if there are issues it can be resolved so you get the full benefit of your rental.

Another Awesome Stay
This was our second trip to Kris and Doug’s home in Scottsdale. It’s a great house and a great location. Everything you need is available in the house. Again the communication with Kris and Doug was stellar. Every host should take a lesson from them.

Amazing North Scottsdale Property
This was the perfect location for the wedding weekend up on Desert Mountain It was close to all the festivities and close to shopping and restaurants. When we were ready to relax, poolside was the perfect place to do it. Our hosts Kris and Doug were great at communication and have a perfectly outfitted vacation home.

I definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to get away from it all.
My girlfriends and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this home and we had a great time! First of all I was very impressed with the owners Doug and Kris, they were both very helpful with the check in/out process , quick to respond and friendly to boot. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The 3 BedRooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything mine has and more! Backyard is small but beautiful, pool was wonderful, neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. P.S. Be sure to watch the video tour of the home, pictures dont do it justice.

The property was ok. The floors were dirty. The kitchen not well equipped. Not much in the way of cocktail/wine glasses. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Some pans were dirty. The garage was dirty. Home needs updating. Lighting not adequate in living room. Owners not fair in their refundable policies. Will not stay there again.

This property has the perfect floor plan for vacation living. The kitchen flows into the dining room and living area. From there you walk out to more dining poolside with a BBQ which makes it uber convenient and relaxing.
