Just 30 minutes away, the seaside cliffs of Monte Conero with such pearls as Portonovo, Sirolo, and Numana. Rome is 2 hours distant by superhighway.
Nearer our location are immensely beautiful naturalistic and artistic attractions. In Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, don’t miss Piazza del Popolo, the Teatro dell'Aquila, the Duomo dell'Assunta, the Piscine Romane, and Palazzo dei Priori, and be sure to visit the Museo Archeologico Antiquarium, the churches of San Domenico and of San Francesco, and the Pinacoteca Civica.

Finger weg!

Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus im August 2018 gemietet. Leider entspricht das Haus nicht den Angaben. Es handelt sich vielmehr um eine Ferienwohnung, der Vermieter bewohnt das Erdgeschoss inklusive Terrassenbereich. Auch der mit 2000 qm vorgestellte Gartenbereich, ist ein umgepflügtes Feld, der reelle Bereich höchstens 200 qm, dient zudem noch als Parkplatz. Wir fanden einen Hundehaufen im Eingangsbereich, der gesamte Innenbereich war dreckig, das Interieur alt und abgerissen, Rohre, Putzmittel hinter Faltwänden versteckt, die Mückengitter vor jedem Fenster abgerissen, Kochutensilien quasi nicht vorhanden, zudem dienen Bierbänke als Sitzmöglichkeiten für die Gäste. Wir sind sofort abgereist.

Très agreable

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette magnifique région. La maison est ai calmé, à flanc de colline, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et les environs, sans pour autant être perdue dans la campagne ( 4 km de la plage et de la ville). Luca est très accueillant et chaleureux, il nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Le petit plus : les voisins sont maraîchers, nous avons pu acheter des légumes tout frais pour une bouchée de pain. A recommander!

Des vacances reposantes

La localisation de la propriété était idéale pour nos 2 familles (4 adultes, 6 enfants) : située légèrement en hauteur, dans le calme, mais proche tout de même de la plage (comptez 5 minutes maximum), des magasins. Luca, le propriétaire, nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Nous ne manquions de rien et nous sentions comme chez nous. La maison est conforme au descriptif, les chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût. A noter : des voisins maraîchers, qui vendent leur production bio. Nous nous sommes régalés, c'est vraiment idéal. Nous avons pu découvrir l'arrière pays (Monts Sybillins), mais également la côté, très belle (Sirolo, notamment). Merci encore pour ce séjour, qui était conforme à nos attentes.

Puro relax , e la Natura

La natura è indimenticabile. Mi ha Vista molto bene. Ogni Mattina con una Tazza di Caffè in Mano e la Vista sul Mare Molto le Montagne e la Natura. L'immobile era in buono stato. Il servizio fornito dal proprietario era di buona qualità. Consiglio vivamente questo immobile amici parenti. Ci sono molte Feste. Pastafest, Sagra Del Pesce.ecc Tante feste per Famiglie e Amici. Ogni giorno siamo riusciti a Contadini con Pomodori, verdure e Uova fresche di acquistare. A chi non piace telefona e il suo Riposo è a Campofilone in buone mani. Spiaggia vicino nina Bar/ Ristorante è pulito e non è pieno. Con i Bambini si può non andare in Bicicletta. Maccina è necessario. Tranquillità, Natura, Spiaggia e tanto Sole.

ottimale per famiglia e amici

se siete in famiglia, o più famiglie, o tra amici questa casa è il luogo ideale per passare delle buone vacanze. La casa è pulita e spaziosa, ben organizzata, familiare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e accoglienti. 4 camere più un enorme salone camera dove si possono sistemare diversi letti: il paradiso dei ragazzi! a pochi km ci sono le spiagge, ma non si é nel caos della riviera. la casa è su una collina e dalla terrazza si vede il mare. la zona del piceno e di Fermo sono magnifiche, anche d'inverno. tutti i colli hanno un paese medioevale, e a Natale ci sono un sacco di mercatini. consiglio vivemente Grottamare, il paese vecchio: una chicca. come pure Ripatransone. BAsta vagare e perdersi per la campagna per scoprire posti incantevoli. I marchigiani sono cordiali e aperti.

Idealer Platz

Sehr schönes Haus, wunderbar ruhige Lage, schöner Garten und großer Freisitz mit herrlichem Blick zum Meer. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen: die Nähe zum Meer, die ländliche Umgebung und die vielen wunderschönen kleinen Städtchen ringsherum, alles in allem ein idealer Platz für alle, die dem Rummel aus dem Weg gehen wollen, Strandurlaub und Kultur gerne verbinden oder auch mit Kindern und Hund unterwegs sind.Sehr nett und unkompliziert auch die Betreuung durch den Besitzer.

Relax ed ospitalità perfetti

Casa spaziosa, ben arredata e attrezzata con tutto il necessario, proprietari assolutamente molto disponibili ed attenti alle esigenze di chi ospitano. Super consigliato a chi cerca relax senza rinuciare ad avere posti molto belli da visitare nel raggio di un'ora di auto.

Molto consigliato per visitare le marche

Alloggio perfetto per chi desidera allontanarsi dallo stress e dal fragore cittadino. La casa pulita ,ampia è arredata con molto gusto senza perdere di vista la funzionalità e gode di una vista incantevole. Il giardino è grande e ideale per i giochi dei bambini mentre il terrazzo e il porticato offrono possibilità di relax agli adulti (ci sono vasi di erbe e aromi a disposizione). Molto consigliato a chi cerca quiete ed alle famiglie con bambini . L'ubicazione è perfetta per andare al mare (spiaggia in fondo alla strada e raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti o a piedi in 30 minuti)e come base per esplorare gli stupendi borghi dell'entroterra marchigiano.Fantastica la possibilità di acquistare prodotti biologici dal contadino vicino(200 metri)! Proprietari cordiali e disponibili .

The eclectic decor, mirroring the taste and creative flair of the owners, is comfortable and perfect in every detail. The 2000 m2 garden is the ideal spot for quiet relaxation, while the surrounding countryside is an open invitation to excursions, on foot or by mountain bike. The location is truly strategic: just few minutes from the sea but also from extraordinary medieval villages such as Montefiore dell'Aso and Moresco (both on the “Borghi più belli d'Italia” heritage list) and unique cities such as Ascoli Piceno and Fermo, farming and wine estates, including organic growers; and the Monti Sibillini National Park is less than an hour away.
