Rent in Piraillan near the CAP FERRET appt of 90 m2 on one level in the pines, quiet ideally located on the edge of the conservatory park of the coast Piraillan 50m from the basin, 1km from the ocean.
Enclosed garden and shaded. Possibility to park car and bicycles.
Southwest orientation.
Appt offering great benefits: neat decor, very large terrace with barbecue, pleasant environment.

Parfait pied à terre à Piraillan

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Piraillan chez monsieur et madame GRANDJEAN. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et toujours disponibles. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du bassin et de l'océan, le marché à 300m est parfait pour faire ses différents achats.

Très agréable séjour

Avec un accueil des plus chaleureux, nous avons passé un excellent week end dans cette maison. Nous y reviendrons très certainement en espérant avoir une meilleure météo !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Piraillan. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L’appartemment est très bien équipé et la terrasse très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

Un séjour inoubliable!

Propriété aussi calme qu'elle est bien située. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes (+ éventuellement 2 enfants) et très bien équipé, il y a de l'ombre, toujours un peu d'air et pas de moustiques. Marché de Piraillan à portée de main, village du Canon à 15 min. à pied ou 5 min. en voiture, plages env. 45 min. à pied ou 10-15 min. en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont donné des conseils extrêmement utiles pour notre séjour. Nous espérons bien pouvoir revenir un jour...!

Exceptionnelle

Location exceptionnelle de part sa situation géographique, son équipement, sa propreté et son calme. Conforme à la description. Nous y avons passé des vacances délicieuses. Garez la voiture, louez des vélos à Cycloland en face du marché couvert de Piraillan et profitez des pistes cyclables pour vous déplacer facilement de Claouey à la pointe du Cap Ferret. Les propriétaires habitent, il est vrai, au dessus dans un logement orienté dans un sens opposé mais leur présence n'est absolument pas dérangeante. Ils sont très sympathiques, serviables et pas compliqués. Je recommande vivement cette location. J'y retournerai(s) avec beaucoup de plaisir. Les Bambis de Cologne

Un peu déçu

La maison est idéalement situé sur la presqu'île. La pièce à vivre est très spacieuse. Comme l'a fait remarqué un précédent locataire la literie n'est pas bonne et l'atmosphère un peu vieillotte. Pour votre information, les draps, serviettes, torchon etc ne sont pas compris dans le prix ni la taxe de séjour.

Excellent rapport Qualité / Prix

Nous (2 adultes + 2 enfants de 3 et 11 ans) avons profitez de la location durant trois semaines sur le mois d'Août. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et font preuve d'attentions très appréciables, notamment après une longue route : boissons fraiches et gâteau maison fraichement préparé ! La location est composé du rdc de la maison principale. Elle en est totalement indépendante et est très bien équipée (comme une maison d'amie et pas une maison de location). Le seul bémol, s'il devait en y avoir un, est la literie. Le soleil, l'ombre des pins, la discrétion des propriétaires, le calme du quartier et la localisation de cette location permet de passer des vacances "made in CAP FERRET" (abandonner durant 3 semaines la voiture pour passer au vélo et à la marche tant pour la baignade que les activités ou encore le marché). C'est exactement ce que nous recherchions et c'est précisément ce que nous avons eu ! Bref, d’excellentes vacances. Merci.

Très agréable!

Nous sommes restés un grand week end. Propriétaires très sympathiques et prévenants. Un gateau de bienvenue nous attendait, et ils nous ont prêté des vélos. Ils habitent au dessus, mais leurs accès au jardin se fait de l'autre coté. L'appartement est grand, très fonctionnel et agréable avec sa terrasse. La situation est idéale au milieu de la presqu'ile, et le calme est garanti. La déco et l'athmosphère pourraient être rajeunis, mais l'ensemble est tout à fait agréable. Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous y reviendrons.

Empfehlenswert

Wir (2 Erw. u. 2 Teenager) haben uns in der geräumigen und sauberen Ferienunterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist in ruhiger Lage und grenzt direkt an ein Naturreservat (Salzwasser, keine Stechmücken). Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, bereits der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung, bestens ausgestattete Küche, auch den Grill im Garten haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Auf der großen, geschützten Terrasse sitzt man unter den Kiefern wie im Wald. Dank der Markise konnten wir Ende Aug./ Anfang Sept. auch abends noch lange draußen sitzen. Etwa 200 m entfernt ist ein schöner Markt, der vom frischen Fisch bis zur Kleidung alles bietet. Der nächste große SuperU ist in Claouey (ca. 6 km). Kleinere Geschäfte gibt es in der Nähe. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder mieten.

un petit coin de paradis......

un petit coin de paradis à l'ombre des pins les pieds dans l'eau à 2 pas également de la réserve naturelle. Très bien situé pour profiter de tt ce que nous propose les lieux. Terrain clôturé idéal pour les enfants. propriétaires discrets toujours présents pour la bonne adresse. Photos du site tt à fait conforme à la réalité. Je le recommande pour passer un bon moment au calme

super séjour

location facile a trouver, tres calme. les propriétaires sont supers sympas. Ils nous ont donnés de nombreux renseignements sur les restaurants à proximités. les plages, les balades à faire etc... l'office du tourisme est pas tres loin à claouey. nous vous recommandons cette location. nous sommes tres satisfait.
