Very nice Appartement

The Apartment is very well equipped And clean. It is a few minutes away from the Beach Promenade „paseo de las canteras“ and the supermarket is nearby. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only thing that could be improved is the bed which is quite hard.

Las Palmas has everything, a city with a beach.

The apartment is modern and well situated with everything you need. It is a short walk to Canteras beach and to Santa Catalina plaza. For a small charge, the owner Alexis picked us up from the airport, took us to the apartment. He explained the apartment, gave us directions to the local area and left his contact details if we needed anything. The apartment is very central and perfect if you want that little more freedom than a hotel gives. Alexis picked us up at the prearranged time outside the apartment to take us back to the airport, well worth doing it took all problems of arranging transport away.

Este piso esta a 5 minutos caminando de la playa, muy comodo, a mi parecer un poco caluroso pero tiene todo lo necesario.

Un diamante en Las Palmas

El propietario nos estaba esperando en el aeropuerto puntual y nos llevo al apartamento el cual tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, cerca de la playa de la canteras, el parque santa catalina y el centro comercial el Muelle. Está muy bien equipado y no echarás nada en falta. Todo está nuevo, muy limpio y moderno. El WiFi va muy bien y el apartamento al ser interior es muy silencioso,y a su vez es muy acogedor y me he sentido como en mi casa. Si eligen esta propiedad no se van a arrepentir. Great apartment, spacious, clean, modern and in a superb location. What else can you ask for???

Un très bel appartement

Un très bel appartement correspondant en tous points à l'annonce. Particulièrement bien équipé (il y a tout !), très bien décoré et très propre, cet appartement est bien situé dans le quartier du port de LAS PALMAS. Au 2ème étage, il donne sur une cour intérieure qui permet d'éviter les bruits de la rue et de passer des nuits au calme. A 200m du Parque de Santa-Catalina et de l'office du tourisme, à 300m de la Playa de Las Canteras, à 200m d'un hypermarché (offrant un parking gratuit de 3H), à 50m des arrêts d'autobus conduisant au centre historique (Compagnie Guaguas Municipales - Ligne 1 : Puerto-Teatro - 1,40€ le voyage), à 25km (30min) de l'aéroport. Le parking est payant dans toutes les rues voisines, cependant il est facilement possible de se garer gratuitement pour peu que l'on accepte de marcher ~1km après la Calle La Naval. Ce n'est franchement pas une contrainte importante. Le propriétaire Alexis, très sympathique, sait indiquer où trouver les choses. Gran Canaria est une île merveilleuse avec des paysages magnifiques !

Beautiful apartment, great location!

We had a wonderful stay here in Las Palma. The apartment was clean, and perfect for a couple or small family. Just minutes away from the beach, with lots of coffee shops, and restaurants near by. Definitely recommend the property if you're in Las Palma :)

Perfect location in Las Palmas

The apartment is located in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Las Canteras beach, shops, the port and Santa Catalina park and bus station. The tourist areas of Vegueta and Triana easily accessed by buses 1 and 12 from near the apartment. The apartment is modern and well equipped with quality furnishings, and is as shown in the photographs. The only absence is a terrace. The owner Alexis is efficient and arranged pick up from the airport (€25). I would definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday in Las Palmas.

you can go with full trust and confidence.

The appartment is brad new like the pictures show. It is located beetween a big mall and the beach: 4 mn each... so you can do all you want and need by walking. If you need you have taxi station in the front of bulding and master bus station to 7 mn. The appartment is located in a second line on the street so it is not noisy. Alex is a good owner and take the time to give you explanations as necessary and answer to your questions with patience. Summary: you can go with full trust and confidence.

Our home for a month

Very central, modern, well equipped and clean apartment. Great communications from the owner, Alexis and a free pick up at the airport made everything very simple for us. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment. Hope to stay again. Thanks

Un apartamento recomendable para dos personas

El apartamento esta muy bien, tanto por su ubicación como por la calidad de sus elementos (electrodomésticos, cama, sofá, televisión, ducha,..). Las pequeñas cosas que necesitamos (cada usuario tiene sus preferencias), el propietario nos las atendió rápidamente. Recomendable

Estupendas vacaciones!!

Vacaciones estupendas!! El apartamento tiene de todo y está muy bien decorado. Todo nuevo y estiloso. Alexis ha sido muy amable. Se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo. La única pequena pega que le podría poner es que al ser interior se ventila poco y hace un poco de calor dentro. La ventaja es que no se oyen los ruidos de la calle.
