Eine schöne, praktische Wohnung. Alles was es braucht ist da. Alles funktioniert bestens. Bequeme Betten! Eine bemerkenswert schöne Terrasse mit angenehmem Baumschatten. Castagneto Carducci ein malerischer Ort mit freundlichen Menschen. Wunderbare Toscana!

achtung objekt hat nur 57qm. keine 110 qm wie in der anzeige
die grösse des apartments stimmt nicht. sehr entäuschend, wenn man 110 qm erwartet und dann nur 57 qm bekommt. vermieter sagt, sie haben die terasse dazugerechnet. sehr unfair anderen vermietern gegenüber, die ehrlich ihre fläche angeben und die terasse extra ausweisen. wenn ich das gewusst hätte, dann hätte ich grössere wohnungen billiger mieten können. die küche und das bad sind sehr alt. die dusche ist eigentlich eine sitzwanne, so klein, dass man aber darin kaum sitzen kann. hat auch keinen duschvorhang oder ähnlich. so spritzt alles wasser auf den boden. besteck, tassen etc sind nicht ausreichend vorhanden. die messer schneiden kaum. Internet bzw Wlan machte oft massive probleme. teilweise fast den ganzen tag ausgefallen. mobilfunkempfang also sehr schlecht. die anrufe, die durchkamen, waren kaum verständlich. insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Bueno! Ottima location, ideale per famiglie.
La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è stata molto ospitale e gentile. La villa è in collina con splendido panorama sull'elba e corsica e giglio. Nel verde, tranquillissimo, ideale per famiglie. Si va a piedi a castagneto, in auto verso altre destinazioni. Spiaggia libera, tranquilla, poca gente. Arredamento funzionale, di spazio ce n'è. Un po' piccola la cucina e c'è da portarsi alcune cose (es. tagliere). Bellissimo mangiare all'ombra degli alberi da frutta nel patio, con sdraio per rilassarsi. Consigliata!!!

relax in Toscana
Eravamo già stati in zona d'estate (con sistemazione alberghiera) ma stavolta abbiamo voluto provare la settimana di Pasqua in appartamento. Siamo felicissimi della nostra scelta, grazie anche alla complicità del tempo soleggiato. L'appartamento è come descritto, 3 camere ben arredate e pulite, una cucina completamente attrezzata, e una vista spettacolare sul mare. La posizione appena fuori dal borgo di Castagneto consente belle passeggiate sia in paese sia nel bosco vicino. Da consigliare!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Lage
Das Appartement liegt rund 300 Meter außerhalb des mittelalterlichen Städtchens Castagneto Carducci. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 bis 10 Minuten im Zentrum mit mehreren Eisdielen und sehr guten Restaurants. Der Garten um die Wohnung herum ist voller duftender Kräuter und dank einiger Bäume angenehm schattig. Vom Garten der Wohnung aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das ca. 5 km entfernte Meer. Bei klarer Sicht sieht man sogar die Inseln Capreia und Korsika - genauso wie auf den Fotos. In etwa 10 Meter Entfernung vom Haus geht eine Straße ab, die nach ca. 400 Metern in den Wald führt. Dort beginnt ein ausgeschildeter Wanderweg auf einer alten Römerstraße. Die Wohnung selber ist ruhig, gepflegt und sauber, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Ausstattung ist landestypisch, die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Draußen gibt es einen Sitzmöglichkeiten und man kann so unter Aprikosen-Bäumen Frühstücken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

splendida vacanza sulle colline toscane
ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo appartamento immerso nel verde, con una stupenda vista sul mare e sull'antico borgo medioevale di Castagneto. Rilassanti le passeggiate sulla spiaggia e nella pineta circostante. L'appartamento era pulito e in buono stato; la proprietaria estremamente disponibile ed accogliente. Ottime cene nei ristoranti vicini. Tutto come da descrizione. Lo consiglio!
