Great location for beach and resort

Giovanni was extremely helpful during out stay and made lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. His flat is in a great location, very close to the Marina with on street car parking. It is on the top floor (so you need to be able handle stairs), but the terrace and is fabulous.

Superlativa terrazza.

Veramente splendida questa mansarda!! Il panorama e' superlativo. La casa e' molto comoda, ben arredata. I due bagni sono la chicca in piu'. A pochi passi dal lungomare pedonale. I padroni di casa molto disponibili e gentili. Che dire? Speriamo di poterci ritornare presto. Anzi prestissimo.

APPARTAMENTO SPLENDIDO CON VISTA SPETTACOLARE

A Marina di Ragusa a 100 metri dal mare ed a 500 metri dal centro paese si trova questa splendida mansarda con ampia vista mare mozzafiato dal meraviglioso terrazzo usufruibile in qualsiasi ora della giornata in quanto sempre ombreggiato. L'interno è arredato con gusto e provvisto di ogni confort, perfettamente pulito e funzionante. Il proprietario è persona gentilissima e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato frutta fresca e prodotti tipici locali. Molto utili sono stati i suoi suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti da provare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e non abbiamo trovato nessun difetto o mancanza. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo

Wunderschöne große Ferienwohnung

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in dieser phantastischen Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse, von der man einen großartigen Blick auf den Yachthafen hat. Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung kann man auf einem weiteren Balkon in der Morgensonne frühstücken. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt es an nichts fehlen, die Einrichtung ist überaus geschmackvoll. Solch freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen wie das Vermieterehepaar findet man selten. Wir fühlten uns geradezu verwöhnt. Wir werden immer wieder kommen!

bellezza gentilezza

accoglienza squisita, gentilissimo e molto disponibile il sig. Giovanni, abbiamo trovato la mansarda pulitissima, accogliente e luminosa, arredata con gusto e razionalità. Il terrazzino e la veranda (una verso sud e l' altra verso nord) attrezzati e pensati a soddisfare bisogni di grigliate o riposino romantico al tramonto, UNA COCCOLA. Speriamo di poterci tornare. IL sig. Giovanni, ci ha lasciato una piccola guida (redatta e stampata da lui) per poter trovare ottimi ristoranti di pesce, pizzerie, arancinere e PASTICCERIE di ottima qualità, per ogni gusto ed esigenza. Le spiagge sono grandi attrezzate e non, nelle località vicine si possono visitare chiese e ammirare architetture dal barocco al romanico. COSA DESIDERARE DI PIU'

Großartige Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen können in einer liebevoll und modern ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und sogar mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank sogar mit ersten Getränken bestückt. Für Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage auf jeden Fall 5*. Auf der geräumigen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Yachthafen haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Den wunderschönen Sandstrand, das Zentrum des Ortes und zahlreiche Restaurants konnte man in weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg bequem erreichen. Der feine Sandstrand war sehr sauber und das Meer auch im Oktober noch richtig warm. Wenn wir unseren Urlaub mal wieder in Marina di Ragusa verbringen, dann definitiv in Giovannis Appartment. Vielen Dank für alles!

La casa dei sogni!

Le foto non rendono giustizia a quanto sia realmente bella la casa. Curata nei dettagli, arredamento moderno e pulitissimo. A Ferragosto ci si può godere i fuochi comodamente seduti in terrazza, con la splendida vista sul porto. Il centro dista 5 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari per passare una splendida vacanza. E poi che dire del proprietario Sig. Giovanni...un vero gentiluomo, gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha proposto vari itinerari e accolto con il cuore in mano. Deliziato con frutta, gelati, brioche, granite ed un super cannolo per concludere la ns vacanza. Per non parlare del barattolone di Nutella per i miei bimbi. Insomma Giovanni è la ciliegina sulla torta per una vacanza fantastica. Grazie di cuore per tutto e arrivederci a presto!

Vacanza meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento per due settimane ed é stato tutto perfetto! L'appartamento é come lo si vede nelle foto: estremamente confortevole e accessoriato. Le nostre due bimbe si sono divertite tantissimo a correre da un terrazzo all'altro. Il terrazzo principale dá sul porto di Marina di Ragusa: fare colazione con quel panorama é stato davvero impagabile. Da ultimo va fatta una menzione super al proprietario, sig. Giovanni, che ci accolti come amici: al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dolci e frutta e alla partenza cannoli e riviste per le nostre bimbe. É stato una presenza discreta ma,allo stesso tempo, ci ha fornito tantissime indicazioni di luoghi da visitare, spiagge meravigliose dove andare e tanti ristoranti dove passare le nostre serate. Un grazie di cuore al Sig. Giovanni e alla sua mansarda per aver reso indimenticabile questa vacanza.

Accoglienza, Gentilezza, Pulizia e Comoditá

Staccare dalla vita frenetica quotidiana e vivere alcuni giorni senza pensieri era l'obiettivo della nostra vacanza. Grazie a questa meravigliosa isola e alla calorosa accoglienza di Giovanni (che in più occasione ha saputo aiutarci, consigliarci e stupirci) e della incantevole Terrazza, con vista spettacolare abbiamo realizzato il nostro piccolo sogno. L'alloggio dove abbiamo soggiornato, un bilocale al piano superiore, è molto carino, ben tenuto, pulitissimo e ha tutto quello che serve e si vede che é stato arredato con amore. Inoltre é molto comodo di essere a due passi dal centro. Siamo stati benissimo! .... Ci toccherà tornare...

Davvero Mozzafiato

abbiamo soggiornato dal 27/5 al 02/06 eravamo io mio marito e la bimba di 2 anni. i proprietari sono stati superbi. comunicazione velocissima e puntuale, mi hanno anche fornito il lettino della bimba. L'appartamento è nella miglior posizione possibile, a 1 minuto a piedi dal centro, così come dalla spiaggia. Dalla terrazza si gode il fresco e la vista superba. Locale completamente ristrutturato fedele alle foto, ci hanno accolto con frutta fresca, granita, gelato e brioscia! cosa volere di più?.. di più è stato trovare TUTTO l'occorrente in cucina, sacchetti del pattume, olio, aceto, sale, zucchero e caffè che così non abbiamo dovuto acquistare per pochi giorni (c'erano anche due piattini di PeppaPig x la bimba!) anche in bagno c'erano sapone e detersivo per la lavatrice. Davvero più di così non era possibile. Se torneremo in Sicilia, qui ripassiamo sicuro!!

Phantastische Ferienwohnung

Eine phantastische Ferienwohnung mit kompletter, sehr geschmackvoller und liebevoller Ausstattung in hervorragender Lage. Von einer der beiden großen, überdachten Terrassen hat man einen großartigen Blick auf den Yachthafen. Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! Das Vermieterehepaar ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, liefert Tipps und Informationsmaterial in allen Sprachen und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir werden immer wieder gern in dieser Wohnung unsere Ferien verbringen!

Meraviglioso Week End ...

Abbiamo trascorso una brevissima, ma meravigliosa, vacanza soggiornando in questo delizioso appartamento; la cittadina, direttamente sul mare, di Marina di Ragusa è stata una vera scoperta. Incantevole...spiagge attrezzate, mare calmo ideale anche per passeggiate e locali molto carini. Abbiamo gustato la prima colazione al Bar delle Rose, proprio nella piazza centrale ... ed è stata una vera delizia per il palato!!! La granita al caffè con panna e brioche .. lascia senza parole ... Anche i ristoranti sono di buon livello, offrendo piatti a base di pesce ma anche con prodotti della terra; i prezzi spaziano dai più economici ai meno .. L'appartamento, che abbiamo scelto, ha confermato le aspettative regalate dalle foto; è arredato e curato in modo impeccabile. I colori e gli arredi sono molto eleganti,e nulla è lasciato al caso. La pulizia degli ambienti è più che perfetta. Tutto molto, ma molto ordinato. Ho trovato tutto di mio gusto, piccoli dettagli veramente deliziosi ... Il terrazzo, antistante l'ingresso , permette di ammirare la vista sul porticciolo ( noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di captiare durante la festa di fine Estate con fuochi d'artificio fantastici )è arredato di tutto punto, ed è arrichito da piante mediterranee , in vaso, molto belle. E' presente anche un terrazzino nella parte dietro dell'appartamento, dove si può , anche cenare o pranzare. Ma la cosa che mi sento di segnalare è la gentilezza e cordialità dei propiretari; il Sig. Giovanni e la deliziosa consorte ... Persone estramente carine e disponibili , capaci di cuccolare i propri "ospiti" per tutto il soggiorno, offrendo consigli importanti e deliziando il palato , facendoci trovare alcune meravigliose leccornie di questa meravigliosa Terra ... ( granita e brioche, frutta fresca , bevande ... ). Personalmente mi sono sentita accolta in casa di Amici! Mi sento , quindi, di consigliare a tutti di regalarsi un soggiorno in questo appartamento. Sicuramente ritornermo ...

Spettacolare

Le foto non rendono giustizia alla realtà. La casa è in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle spiagge. Una colazione e/o cena sulla terrazza principale con la vista sul mare....non ha prezzo!! Arredata con stile e tinteggiata a nuovo...lavatrice, tv ecc...non manca nulla....se dovessi comprare una casa a Marina di Ragusa la vorrei così, anzi vorrei questa! Per completare la vacanza spettacolare....il padrone di casa Giovanni. Gentile, discreto, disponibile ecc.....come non adorare un uomo che ti porta il cambio biancheria e ti fa trovare, per colazione, granite e brioches. Da non perdere!!!! A.F.

Casa perfetta panorama veramente mozzafiato

La casa è veramente perfetta e le 2 terrazze sono una comodità infinita. La principale si frutta praticamente sempre essendo coperta, dalla colazione alla cena e ci si sta comodamente in 6/7 persone. Comodissimo per la spiaggia 5 minuti a piedi, e 10 minuti per il centro di Marina. Giovanni si è una persona squisita e per qualsiasi nostra necessità si è sempre dimostrato disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente ritorneremo qui.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse und schönem Blick auf die Bucht von Marina di Ragusa. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, bei Fragen immer sofort zur Stelle, und v.a. sehr korrekt - was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Der Strand ist nah (5 Min. zu Fuß) und flach, für Kinder ideal zum spielen. Bis zum Zentrum (Piazza centrale) sind es nur 10 min. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Giovanni. Le logement, avec une jolie vue sur le port est idéalement situé dans Marina di Ragusa, et constitue un bon point d'attache pour visiter la Sicile Baroque. L'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût et très propre : nous avons apprécié les 2 terrasses. Les propriétaires sont au petits soins pour leurs hôtes, tant au moment de la réservation qu'au cours du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Außerordentlich schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Umwerfender Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Die große Veranda lädt zum Verweilen ein! Schönste Ferienwohnung in Italien bisher. Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! Grazie Giovanni! Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Zentrum, nur 30 km vom Flughafen Comiso entfernt. Sehr netter Ort! magnifica...

Abbiamo da poco terminato le vacanze a Marina ..siamo stati in questa magnifica mansarda con questo terrazzo e questa vista stupenda.. E' tutto come nelle foto,anzi di persona è ancora più bello..le distanze sono proprio come descritto spiaggia sotto casa, nemmeno 5 min di passeggiata per essere nella piazza centrale(la casa infatti è nel centro,ma allo stesso tempo riesce ad essere isolata dai rumori e dal caos). Ma soprattutto proprietari di casa gentilissimi ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione "siciliana" appena arrivati(e omaggiati anche alla partenza), sempre disponibili ,ci hanno consigliato posti dove andare a mangiare e spiagge da non perdere..insomma consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione..!se dovessi tornare non avrei dubbi,sarebbe questa la casa sia per la sua bellezza sia perché non è facile trovare delle persone così gentili e accoglienti.. grazie ancora di tutto a risentirci
