Charming house in full feet (repainted in 2017). It is located in the middle of the greenery, not overlooked. It enjoys an extraordinary sea view on the islands. The environment is extremely calm.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Die Terrasse inklusive der Aussicht ist fantastisch. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Bäder sind sehr alt und in einer braunen Badewanne möchte sich wirklich keiner waschen. EIn Glück gab es eine Außendusche - leider auch nur sehr lieblos gemacht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ok. Leider gibt es nichts - weder Salz, Pfeffer, ... Man muss alle Handtücher selbst mitbringen - damit meine ich nicht nur Badehandtücher, sondern auch normale Bad-Handtücher und Küchenhandtücher. Auch die Bedwäsche muss man selbst mitbringen. Ein Glück sind wir mit dem Auto gekommen, da ein Koffer zusätzlich voll war! Wenn man ein Appartment zu so einem Preis vermietet, sollte dies im Preis inbegriffen sein.

Beautiful property well located with amazing views over the sea

We stayed here for a week in July 2024 and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The property was well equipped, its decking with its stunning sea views was perfect for morning yoga, and there was a bbq/hot plate outside, which worked brilliantly for outdoor cooking. The outdoor shower was a great addition for washing off the beach sand, and even my busy husband relaxed here and went to sleep in the hammocks provided in a shady corner of the garden. The weather was very hot in mid July, but fans were provided and being on a hillside, there was a breeze sometimes too. Outdoor dining overlooking the Med was beautiful, and mosquito coils were provided. Beds were comfortable and the main bedroom had a en-suite as well as there being a family bathroom. Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Très bien !

Location tres agréable avec vue magnifiquement dégagée sur la Méditerranée. Parfait pour passer un moment de détente au calme sans vis à vis. Tres bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Vue et calme

Avril 2024, nous recherchions un logement situé au calme non accolé à d'autres logements et une belle vue. La maison a répondu à notre attente. Elle se situe à 15/20mn de Cavalaire-sur-Mer et 25mn du Lavandou.

Spacious house with wonderful views

It's a beautiful, airy house with plenty of space, a shady terrace and an incredible view out to the islands. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come again.

Beautiful house with perfect ocean view

We had an amazing time at Catherine's cozy house. We were max. 3 people at a time, which made it spacious enough for every guest. Definitely, the best part about it was the beautiful, huge terrace with breathtaking views on the islands in front of the coast. We had 2 dogs with us, that were able to stay without their leash on the property (even though it is not entirely fenced). The beach was just a few steps (max 10min footwalk) from the apartment, but you might also want to discover all the other beautiful beaches close to Le Canadel.

Schöne Terrasse mit grossartigem Meerblick

Die Terrasse mit Garten und Aussendusche sind wunderbar. Die Badezimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Standart. Es gibt weder eine Seife noch Abtrocknungstuch und Duschteppich im Haus. Auch ist die Bettwäsche extra zu bezahlen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3Km entfernt sind. Die Kommunikation war höchst mühsam, weil die Hausbesitzerin die Hauskeeperin verantwortlich macht. Mails mussten zweimal nachgefragt werden, die Antworten waren unfreundlich. Trotz schöner Aussicht, würden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten.

Un séjour merveilleux !

Maison très agréable à vivre, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La terrasse est top avec une vue vraiment magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas. Belle situation, au calme (même en plein été !) et plage du village, jolie, à 10 mn à pied (15 mn au retour, ça monte). Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Agréable séjour dans une région magnifique !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le mas de Catherine. L’emplacement est idéal pour sillonner aux alentours. L’accès aux plages est simple. Le mas est dans son jus mais très facile à vivre. La vue est incroyable. Deux petites suggestions : - une vraie poubelle fermée dans la cuisine. - le lavabo qui n’est pas loin de se décrocher du mur. Merci !

We had a lovely stay at this property with my family. The view was magnificent & well worth the price (which was not cheap). The only downsides were the complete lack of linens (bedsheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) which we were able to rent at an exorbitant cost from the manager. There is no village or town nearby so you must drive to the next town for supplies. The beach is lovely but small & the Tropicana Club restaurant there is lovely. Avoid la Cabane further down the main road which was recommended by the manager... it was terrible. Overall no real complaints about the property if you are looking for something rustic with a fantastic view of the sea.

Très agréable séjour

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et propre. Vue magnifique, emplacement idéal pour visiter la région et accéder aux plus belles plages. Propriétaire réactive. Le chauffage est très appréciable pour les températures fraiches des soirées du mois d'avril. Les seuls (petits) bémols sont l'absence de draps fournis (même en option) et le manque de modernité des salles de bains.

Wunderschönes ruhig gelegenes Haus mit super tollen Blick!

Wir haben 2 wunderschönes Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, 1 kleinkind, 1 Baby und ein kleiner Hund. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer hat mich jeden Tag gefesselt, einfach nur herrlich! Die Terrasse ist schön groß und mit dem Grill kann man sich Abends auch mal schnell etwas grillen. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Ich hatte Dinge von zu Hause mitgenommen, aber die hätte ich nicht gebraucht! Es gab sogar Kindergeschirr und eine Salatschleuder (lebenswichtig =D). Die Außendusche ist eine tolle Idee und gerade im Sommer ein highlight! Wir konnten sie an einigen Tagen auch im Oktober testen es war schön warm. Bei 2, der 3 Schlafzimmer hat man Meerblick, einfach schön am Morgen so aufzustehen. Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert ca. 12min. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto nach Cavalliere Sur Mer gefahren (15min.mit dem Auto, größere Stadt/Supermarkt). Oder nach Canadel, dort ist ein wunderschöner Strand (6min.mit dem Auto). Bäcker gibt es im gleichen Ort, oder den Nachbar Orten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Familie Kullmann & Goy

Schrecklicher Urlaub

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit traumhafter Aussicht und toller Terrasse. Auch die Küche ist funktional mit großem Kühlschrank. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist großartig. Allerdings gibt es eine Dauerbaustelle am Berg gegenüber seit April (Aussage der Nachbarn)bis Ende Oktober. Von morgens 8:15 Uhr bis abends 18:00 Uhr mit 1 Stunde Mittagspause schrecklicher Lärm durch Pressluftbohrer, so dass die Terrasse nicht benutzt werden kann.

Great view from a rustic house

The rustic house had a great view. The exterior and interior were in very good shape, especially the well equipped kitchen. The beach was lovely, once you took the 10 minute walk downhill. Bars, supermarkets, shops are within 5 minutes driving distance.

Joli mas avec une vue exceptionnelle

Le mas est situé sur la colline du Canadel à environ 10 min. De la plage à pied , la vue sur la mer et les environs est incroyable . La terrasse est très bien équipée avec des transats , store , tables, plancha un vrai bonheur et même une douche extérieure très appréciée . Un joli jardin a étage entoure la propriété avec deux accès par le haut et le bas. Le mas est bien équipé , il faudrait juste ajouter des ventilateurs efficaces ou une climatisation , les sdb sont fonctionnelles mais méritent un rafraîchissement . Attention les draps et linges ne sont pas fournis ce qui nous a surpris. Nous avons passé de très bon moments dans cet endroit magnifique et apaisant ,

Maison sur colline du Canadel

Maison pleine de charme avec une vue exceptionnelle. La plage du Canadel est facilement accessible a pied en 10’. Le retour de la plage a pied est un peu plus dure car cela monte beaucoup. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Blick!!

Uns hat das Haus wunderbar gefallen, die Terrasse und der Blick sind perfekt und es ist nicht weit mit dem Auto zu verschiedenen Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es waren allerdings keine Handtücher und kein Bettzeug vorhanden, was kein Problem gewesen wäre, wenn wir davon in Kenntnis gesetzt worden wären. Aber auch so konnten wir uns behelfen und es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
