Vacance entre amis

Maison au calme ,bien située, proche de la rivière, piscine ,jacuzzi, tres appreciable. Chambre spacieuse, literie de qualité, tele ,wifi fonctionnel. Seul bémol équipement électro-ménager décevant manque prise ou multiprise ,pas d'éclairage extérieure .

Gîte Pépite

Quelle suprise d'avoir trouvé ce gîte, tout était parfait, la magnifique rivière en bas + le sublime canyon à une dizaine de min à pied nous on largement suffit en plus de tout ce que proposait la maison. De plus, le propriétaire, Pierre, est une personne formidable, d'une gentillesse rare ET cérise sur le gâteau, propriétaire d'un vignoble auquel nous sommes allés nous fournir pour notre semaine de vacances (vin très bon et avec une réduction pour les locataires du gîte). Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir l'été prochain ! PS : Merci Pierre :)

Tal van mogelijkheden

Leuke locatie met veel mogelijkheden, . Er zou wel in de advertentie mogen vermeld worden dat er veel trappen in het huis zijn. Voor ons was dit geen probleem. De nabijheid van de Orb was een groot pluspunt. De eigenaar is stelselmatig aan het vernieuwen. Er is nog werk aan het huis maar dit stoort niet bij je verblijf, vonden wij. We zijn dus benieuwd hoe het er in de toekomst zal uitzien! Ook een zeer sympathieke eigenaar!

Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent.

Toller Gastgeber, Haus und Pool gemütlich wie beschrieben. Ein wenig abgelegen von den Hotspots aber somit auch gut für die die Ruhe suchen. Gern Wieder!

Merveilleuses vacances entre amis

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine à Murviel-lès-Beziers, très bon accueil de la part de Mr Birot, beaucoup d'activités sur place pour ne pas s'ennuyer, accès au ruisseau, cette maison est idéale pour se déconnecter et profiter ! Encore merci ☀️

Séjour au top !

Si vous recherchez une maison adaptée aux grandes familles, une maison où on se sent bien parce que c'est une vraie maison de famille, alors vous ne serez pas déçus. L'accès à la rivière est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire, Pierre, est vraiment très sympathique et souple.

Un petit coin de paradis

La maison est très agréable et toute équipée pour un séjour détente au calme. Propriétaire très disponible et accueillant. De belles balades au départ de la maison et accès faciles pour des visites dans la région. Des vacances parfaites. Il est juste difficile de repartir!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter entre amis. Petit bémol pour le réseau et le wifi disponible dans 1 seule pièce, mais être déconnecté nous a fait du bien. Merci

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir (und unser Hund) hatten zwei entspannte Wochen im Haus verbracht. Es ist alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Pool und Jacuzzi haben zur Entspannung beigetragen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht besonders gut.

Plutôt maison de campagne

Nous sommes à la fois déçu mais il persiste un super point positif l'accueil et l'amabilité du propriétaire. Cependant les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité certes le lieu et calme et paisible mais l'entretien et la propreté sont plutôt négliger. Voici les points négatifs : - wifi catastrophique - entretien et accès plutôt négliger - terrain de pétanque et tennis à l'abandon - contour de la piscine vert - pas de climatisation - accès à la rivière compliquée pas d'entretien de la verdure - douche froide remplie de calcaire Point positifs : - magnifique piscine - excellent accueil dommage que l'on puisse ressentir que le propriétaire a l'air débordé mais super accueil - chambre à l'étage magnifique avec salle de bain privatif - lieu calme -

Murviel-lès-Béziers

Ein schönes, aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Toller, großer Pool, sehr schöne Lage mit viel südfranzösischem Charme und einer wunderschönen Flusslandschaft mit tollem Badespass und Felsenspringmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und meldet sich zügig zurück, falls erforderlich. Tennisplatz ist nicht wirklich bespielbar und die Boulebahn wenig einladend. Die Duschen in den Bädern funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Wir hatten alles in allem eine schöne, entspannte Urlaubszeit!

Traumhaft

Die Einrichtung und Lage des Hauses sind wie beschrieben. Man ist für sich, eine angrenzende Wohnung bekommt man kaum mit. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen, den Whirlpool auch und vor allem die Nähe zum Fluss und die Möglichkeit dort von Felsen hineinzuspringen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge, auch die Fahrt zum nächsten Strand ist mit ca. 30 Minuten gut machbar. Vielen Dank an Pierre - das Wilkommenspaket haben wir sehr genossen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très belle surprise , lieu très charmant

Belle bâtisse spacieuse et très reposante dont l arrière donne directement sur le fleuve et l avant directement sur des chemin de randonnée. Équipée pour toute la famille (tennis ping pong billard jaccuzzi) et une déco assez vintage mais qui a son charme. L accueil a ete tres agreable. Nous le recommandons

Anniversaire en famille

Séjour très agréable, idéalement situé au coeur de la nature entre rivière, terre et mer. Merci à Pierre pour son accueil et sa disponibilité mais également pour la visite du chai par Francis qui était très enrichissante. Maison spacieuse et chaleureuse ou chacun y trouve son bonheur, au départ de très jolies balades.

Wundervoll ruhig und riesig

Wir waren im Herbst als Familie mit Hund für 10 Tage hier und haben die ruhige Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Highlights sind: - direkter Zugang zum Fluss vom eigenen Grundstück aus - außen romantisch, innen eine gelungene Kombination aus alter Bausubstanz, Modernem und funktionellem Design - top Ausstattung in jeder Hinsicht (Whirlpool, Pool, Liegen, Heizung, Küche…) - viele gemütliche Sitzplätze - direkter Zugang zu Wanderwegen - extrem freundlicher, lustiger und verfügbarer Vermieter mit eigenem Weingut ;-) - nächster Nachbar mindestens 800 m entfernt -Nächstes Dorf ca 5 km entfernt mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - das Croissant zum Frühstück also per Fahrrad oder Auto ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Merci Pierre pour Tout!!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die alte Mühle ist wunderschön und liebevoll renoviert. Sie bietet viel Platz und liegt sehr ruhig. Dies war uns in der Coronazeit sehr wichtig. Mit Tennis, Boulplatz, tollem Pool und eigenem Flusszugang ist für reichlich Abwechslung gesorgt. Die nächsten Strände sind in 20-25 Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Pierre ist ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Vermieter, der auf An- oder Rückfragen sofort reagiert. Sein Wein ist ausgesprochen gut!!! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag, das Geschirr in der Küche könnte sauberer sein.

Excellent séjour

Emplacement idéal pour visite de la région. Piscine très agréable sans vis à vis. La baignade dans la rivière a fait aussi la joie de tout le monde. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. A recommander.

Magnifique séjour

Mes amies et moi même avons fortement appréciés notre séjour. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique toute la semaine donc nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du paysages splendides aux alentours. Ce petit coin de rivière est très agréable ! La maison est très charmante et chaleureuse. Pierre nous a reçu comme des reines ! Une gentillesse inégalée
