Pratique!

Cet appartement fonctionnel est très bien situé au centre ville, 2 minutes du marché, 5 du port... Il est idéal pour un séjour court! Aucun souci pour garer sa voiture et enfin le propriétaire est très sympathique !

Apparentement idéalement situé en centre ville perfectible

Nous venons de passer 6 jours dans cette superbe ville. L'appartement est d'une superficie agréable, refait à neuf en partie mais perfectible. La chambre est spacieuse et donne sur un très petite cour intérieure, elle est extrêmement sombre. Cela un nous a pas dérange puisque nous n'étions pas présent dans la journée et que c'est l'hiver ! Il est idéalement situé en centre ville à deux pas du marché. Dommage de n'avoir eu de contact avec le propriétaire par téléphone que pour nous donner le code de la porte d'entrée.

Très bel appartement au coeur de La Rochelle

Appartement agréable, propre et très bien situé : au coeur de la ville. On trouve tout type de commerce à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette location. Photo et description reflètent bien la réalité.

Nur auf dem Foto schön

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine notdürftig hergerichtete leerstehende Wohnung. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmers gehen auf einen engen und dunklen Hinterhof, über dessen Treppe andere Bewohner des Hauses in ihre Wohnungen gelangen. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet, ebenso Bad uns WC. Der defekte Fussboden wurde mit preiswertem Laminat überzogen. Alles war wenig sauber und einladend. Der Vermieter war schwer zu erreichen und lobte die Wohnung als "stets gut bewertet".

super location

Que du plus pour cette location tip top tout à fait conforme à la description. En plein centre ville à deux pas du marché et du port tout en restant très calme. Super proprietaire et très à l'écoute, ne pas hésité à lui demandé, car il connait pleins de bonnes adresses. Location propre. En deux mots, location idéal pour passer un super séjour agréable. Pour ma part, s'était ma deuxième année, mais pas la dernière. A recommandé.

Un cadre agréable...

Un cadre très agréable dans ce centre ville de La Rochelle... Le marché n'est qu'à un pas, le vieux port à...deux pas! Le propriétaire très à l'écoute connaît de super bonnes adresses (Absolument faire les balades en catamaran!) L'appartement réponds à toutes les nécessités pour un séjour agréable. Cuisine fonctionnelle, Grande chambre très calme, Salle de bain agréable, pièce à vivre tout confort avec un canapé douillet. Appartement conforme en tout points avec les photos! Rafael&Céline

SEJOUR IDEAL

Sejour à La Rochelle avec le meme proprietaire. Appartement impecable et très clair, à proximité du marchè que j adore ! La chambre est au calme absolu. L interet pour nous fut de pouvoir tout faire à pied durant le sejour et d avoir un parking gratuit à proximité. L acceuil est très agréable, et permet de disposer de SUPER BONNES ADRESSES à La Rochelle, ce qui facilite le sejour ( Ne pas hesiter à lui demander ) . Merci encore. A la prochaine fois !

Super localisation

Situation idéale, centrale, tout se fait à pied, parking gratuit proche Appartement spacieux , bien agencé, calme, propre, équipement suffisant pour une location; Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Animaux acceptés ce qui n'est pas toujours évident.

L appartement assez grand mais pas tres bien entretenu, pas de menage a fond, le sac d aspirateur n etait pas changé depuis bien longtemps...L immeuble et les parties communes tres decevantes, voir dangeureuse s il s agit d escalier pour acceder a l appartement surtout si vous etes avec les enfants... les mobiliers vieux, la tele nulle. c est vrais que le prix n est pas tres elevé mais quand meme. cherchez ailleurs!

TOUT CE QUE L ON VOULAIT

15 a pied dela gare Genial ! Bel Appartement avec une tres tres belle cuisine; La piece à vivre est tres agreable Proprietaire tres sympathique qui nous a fait beneficier de bonnes adresses, en plus a proximité. On a tout fait a pied en une semaine On reviendra à coup sur !
