small house located in the south west of the island, in a very quiet family residential urbanization overlooking the beach of Cala Vadella, fantastic views of the sea, the islands Bledas and Esparta and the west coast of the island.
the house is perfect for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 teenagers.
ideal place for those who wish to be quiet while being close to the beach. you have access to the beach by a small path with stairs in 10 minutes.
the accommodation has 105m2 of living space + 120 m2 of terraces, 3 with sea views, all en-suite, one with mountain views and a large rooftop landscaped relaxation area.
all the most beautiful and famous beaches of the south and west coast are within a radius of 10km, such as: Cala Carbo, Cala d'Hort, Cala Yundal, Cala Moli, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa ...
supermarket, bars, restaurants and bus stop for the line San Jose- Ibiza town on the beach.
