Sehr schöner Urlaub an der Costa Rei

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Maria. Maria selbst war sehr herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch schön gewesen. Vielen Dank, liebe Maria für diese unvergesslichen Tage, die wir in deinem Haus verbringen durften.

Super Lage super Haus

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria war sehr sehr schön Ein super gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Garten. Selten so ein sauberes und gepflegte Unterkunft gehabt. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war super. Wir kommen auf alle fälle wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren ersten Aufenthalt auf Sardinien sehr genossen. Marias Wohnung war uns ein richtiges zu Hause! Die Einrichtung und der Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ob es ein Pizzaschneider, ein voll ausgestatteter Grill, Waschmaschine und Waschmittel, ein guter Kühlschrank, ausreichend Handtücher, ein Föhn, Ventilator und Klimaanlage oder Liegestühle sind! Die Matratze hatte für uns eine sehr angenehme Stärke (Ansichtssache) - das Bett ist vielleicht etwas tief gelegen, wenn man älteren Alters ist, im Allgemeinen aber kein Problem. Auch den Garten haben wir sehr genossen! Wir waren zu zweit, könnten uns Marias Wohnung aber auch sehr gut mit zwei Kindern vorstellen! Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber übernommen - es war, als würden wir in unsere eigene Ferienwohnung fahren. Maria ist eine besondere Vermieterin - sie war immer für uns erreichbar, sehr flexibel, fröhlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch mit Freuden erfüllt. Wir haben sie sehr ins Herz geschlossen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Zur Umgebung: Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür (fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten) nettes Restaurant - 3 min zu Fuß Strand mit Strandbar - 4 min zu Fuß kleiner, aber gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt: - 3 min zu Fuß weitere Restaurants und “Zentrum” - 5 min mit dem Auto. Ein Spaziergang von knappen 30 min. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. (Wir dachten, wir würden abends viel essen gehen, haben jedoch lieber zu Hause gekocht, einfach weil alles vorhandenwar!)

Wenn es 10 Punkte geben würde, würde ich sie geben

Grandiose Unterkunft, die Sauberkeit hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen, dafür möchte ich mich hier nochmal öffentlich im Namen meimer Familien bei der äußerst netten Maria von Herzen bedanken! Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, die Betten äußerst komfortabel, die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet, es hat an absolut gar nichts gefehlt. Unsere Anreise war super vorbereitet, Maria hat uns im Vorfeld über alles, wie Parkplatz, Wegbeschreibung etc, ausführlich informiert. Sie ist sehr herzlich und sehr bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, im Ort gibt es alles, was man brauch. Die schattige Terrasse hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet, die Außendusche im Juli grandios. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen, erholsamem Urlaub in dieser tollen Unterkunft!

Wonderful Holiday in a super nice House with a fantastic Host

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in dem Haus bei Maria.Es war wunderbar....alles wie in der Beschreibung.das Haus war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.die Küche ist relativ klein. alles wunderbar-gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern drei wunderschöne Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Maria und Ihr Mann haben uns sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen und standen den gesamten Aufenthalt für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen, insbesondere die Kinder-Ausstattung mit hochwertigem Hochstuhl und Buggy sowie Spielzeug für Strand und Garten. Sowohl der schöne Strand als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant und Strandbar waren fußläufig erreichbar und wir haben es sehr genossen, nicht immer fahren zu müssen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele weitere wunderschöne Strände, die schnell zu erreichen sind, und auch ein Ausflug zum Capo Ferrato ist sehr empfehlenswert - die Natur ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Maria, noch einmal für die schöne Zeit!

superbe maison

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans la maison de Maria Rosaria.La maison est superbe,parfaitement entretenue.Nous étions une famille de 5 et c'était parfait.Il y a un magnifique jardin avec barbecue et douche extérieure ce qui est très pratique en revenant de la plage.De plus, il y a la climatisation dans le salon ce qui n'est pas négligeable par grosse chaleur.La très belle plage de Costa Rei est à 150 mètres et les commerces et le marché sont très proches.Un très grand merci à Maria Rosaria pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa grande réactivité pour la communication. Nous recommandons à 100% et espérons pouvoir revenir.

Vacanza perfetta per la famiglia

Siamo stati in questo appartamento a inizio settembre 2018, con la nostra bimba di 5 anni, attratti dalle ottime recensioni trovate su questo sito, e che possiamo sicuramente confermare. L'appartamento è davvero comodo e curato; spazi interni più che sufficienti, patio e giardino ampi e molto belli dove abbiamo spesso piacevolmente mangiato e goduto momenti di relax. Il contesto in cui si trova è di piccole villette, molto tranquillo e silenzioso; la posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e da un piccola zona commerciale con tutti i servizi utili. Non sarebbe necessario spostarsi in auto, se non per andare in centro a Costa Rei (a piedi è un po' distante, comunque a mio parere non è un centro particolarmente interessante) oppure, come abbiamo fatto noi, per visitare le spiagge più famose della zona Costa Rei/Villasimius, che seppure affollate, sono davvero spettacolari e meritano una visita. La spiaggia vicina all'appartamento è comunque molto bella, e in appartamento sono disponibili tutte le attrezzature (ombrelloni, sdraio, giochi per bambini). Vorremmo anche noi sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, che curano con attenzione e passione la loro casa e i loro ospiti. In sintesi davvero nulla da eccepire... lo consigliamo a chi come noi cerca una vacanza tranquilla in famiglia, con tutte le comodità, mare stupendo, ad un prezzo equo.

Eine traumhafte wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Maria. Marias Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sie kümmert sich hingebungsvoll um ihre Gäste. Die Klimaanlage im Haus hilft sich bei den heißen Temperaturen nachts etwas abzukühlen. Die Nähe zum Strand den wir jeden Nachmittag besuchten war toll. Parkplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß zu erreichen.
