Super Central Stay
Having been to this area a number of times it was nice to stay walking distance to everywhere. This property is half way up restaurant hill near Lanterna Velha restaurant so really is central. Beach is 5 min walk down the hill and everything is super close.
Apartment was very clean and pleasant for our stay. What looks like modern aircon unit in the lounge really did keep the room cool, kitchen had everything you need (would like to see some larger glasses) it all worked as it should.
Property has a terrace where can sit 6 people round to eat Al fresco.
The beds were comfortable the master was memory foam and no complaints there, bathroom was good size and nice over bath shower that for really warm and was powerful.
Apartment is traditionally furnished which was fine we just use it for a base, never turned the TV on so can’t comment about that.
Pool area was quiet when we went can imagine in peak summer might be hard finding a sun bed but that’s no different to some 5* hotels we been to. Previous comment mentioned about smelling of cat urine, didn’t notice that and there was one cat lazing around who didn’t bother us at all.
Helena communication was great she met us at the property with a smile and showed us round and was contactable if we had a problem which we never did.
If you want to be central to enjoy fabulous Carvoiero I would recommend this apartment.
Carvoiero is lovely place and we will be back
