The house has its 25m2 covered terrace with its barbecue, and its sunbathing area, 2000m2 of garden, a car park.
It consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms (each with 1 double bed), a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. An outdoor shower to rinse off or rinse off the equipment when returning from the beach.
This house is terraced but has its private terrace and access.
Comfort: air conditioning in all main rooms (bedrooms, living room-kitchen), TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sofa bed, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, cupboards, internet by wifi.
Location: Quiet location with a few neighbors but not overlooked, facing south with a view of the garden, the sea in the distance (2 km as the crow flies), and Sardinia.
2 minutes walk from amenities (general store, post office, bars, restaurants, pizzeria), and 5 minutes by car from superb beaches.
