La Petite Suite

The property and pool was ideal for two people. The location was in a residential area 10 mins walk from the centre of Antibes, the railway station was even closer. The host Alain was very friendly and helpful. Alain made every effort to enable us to use the pool and garden and ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location and a private pool.

Location excellent, very, very clean, lovely considerate host and accommodation had some lovely features from the great wood work inside to the lovely old grape vine wrapped around the accommodation. Don’t be worried about sharing a home with the owner as he was the perfect host and you had the place 99% to yourself. Having access to the private pool was great, lovely temperature and we spent many an afternoon enjoying a wee dip. Accommodation was small but generally had everything two people would need for a comfortable stay. So well located about 5 minutes walk to bus , train station and supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the marina and old town. Lovely selection of restaurants in old town along with shops.

Lovely apartment!

The annexe was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet part of town so no noise or disturbance. We had our own private patio and also exclusive use of Alain’s pool. The location is superb! Easy walking distance to the train station and into town.

Perfect for two

This place is a gem if you want peace and quiet and privacy, but within easy walking distance of the transport systems and town centre. The private pool was a godsend and Although Alain, the host only spoke a little English, we managed to deal with each other easily. He gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and shopping and was a lovely man, We hired a car but it was not necessary and sat unused most of the time as everywhere was close enough to walk. We would definitely use again, thanks Alain

Accueil chaleureux de Alain toujours dispo . Location très propre mais un peu juste niveau équipement . Petit bémol sur le couloir de nage qui n'est pas compris dans la location 10€ par jour et l'utilisation du lave qui est également payant . Nous avons tt de même passé un bon séjour . De bonnes vacances !

Alain a pris en charge notre séjour comme il se doit! A l’écoute il est aux petits soins pour nous! L’hébergement est très agréable et parfait pour un couple! Un accès à une terrasse et la piscine est un plus! Enfin il est possible de garer sa voiture à l’intérieur de la résidence un must! A 10 min du centre d’Antibes à pied, vous profiterez de la ville sans voiture! Merci pour ce séjour!

amazing experience

We loved our time at la petite suite! Alain and Valerie are amazing hosts. I have an allergy to gluten and dairy so just expected some fruit for breakfast but every day there was a basket of the best gluten-free pastries and bread that I've ever had. And a fabulous breakfast with different meats, goat cheese, friut, jams, honey, coffee and tea. The pool and the spa were perfect. Out welcome dinner was amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. There's a kitchen but it's not ideal for cooking big meals, but fine for cooking simple things and there's also a wood-burning oven that you're welcome to use. We give it five stars and will come again! Thank you so much!

Perfect hospitality

Alaine and Valerie made every effort to make our stay at the la petite suite perfect. The suite itself was immaculate and has everything you need. The pool was very much appreciated and set in a beautiful edible garden. Everyday we were provided with an amazing breakfast which they somehow managed to change everyday so we got to try a range of french delicacies (sometimes direct from their garden). Couldn't praise it enough!

Wonderful suite and hosts

The Petite Suite was the perfect vacation spot in Antibes. Alain and Valerie made every effort to ensure our stay was relaxing, including an amazing daily platter of breakfast, wonderful homemade meal and wine the first night of our stay, and generous rides to and from the airport. The Petite Suite was exceptionally clean (with our hosts doing a thorough job of ensuring Covid-19 standards were upheld). The kitchen, which includes a mini fridge and hot plate, made it easy to have a night of cooking and relaxation at the Suite. The terrace directly behind the Petite Suite makes for a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy an evening glass of wine. Alain and Valerie also graciously provide daily changes of towels for the pool in the backyard, which was very private and is surrounded by a garden of beautiful and unique vegetation. Our time in the Suite was made all the more memorable by the occasional visits of our hosts' very friendly dog and cat, Dolly and Gatsby. The suite is also in a highly accessible location in Antibes. The Old Town is a mere 5-10 minute walk away (safe at night, many amazing restaurants and bars), and is 5 minutes walk away from a central bus and train depot (very easy to travel to Nice, Cannes, Cap d'Antibes, Juan les Pins, etc.). Alain and Valerie also happily provided us with many recommendations in terms of where to eat and activities to do throughout Antibes. It is immediately obvious the care that Alain and Valerie have put into making the Petite Suite a special location to stay. They make their guests feel right at home and the accommodation the same quality as a 5-star hotel, and easily the best BnB we have ever stayed in. Overall, we very much look forward to returning to the Petite Suite in the future.

Un plaisir total, un accueil chaleureux et familial, un confort digne d'un hôtel, un séjour dont nous nous souviendrons très longtemps ! La "Petite Suite" est plus qu'agréable ! Du rez à la mezzanine, c'est un cocon décoré avec goût et le sens du détail pour s'y sentir comme à la maison. La literie est top ! Les serviettes sont changées chaque jour et la salle de bain nettoyée avec soin. La climatisation est clairement un plus lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Alain et Valérie sont des hôtes comme rarement il y en a : très accueillants, toujours disponibles lorsqu'on a besoin de quelque chose, de conseils concernant les coins à visiter, les balades à faire et les bons restaurants. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! L'apéro le jour de l'arrivée et le petit déjeuner tous les matins... on en parle ? C'était juste un Scandale tellement c'était bon : copieux, gargantuesque, différent chaque jour et tellement agréable au bord de la piscine, avec le chant des oiseaux et le calme pour commencer une bonne journée ! Le jardin est très agréable avec les balançoires pour la lecture d'un bon livre, les chaises longues à l'ombre pour une bonne sieste et les matelas avec les linges pour profiter de la piscine à 28° et se détendre. La maison est idéalement située car près de la gare et près de tout finalement. Tout est accessible à pied : les plages, vieille ville et magasins. Tout ça dans le calme et retirés des bruits. Alain nous a fait une petite visite guidée avec la petite voiture électrique. C'était vraiment top ! Valérie cuisine divinement bien ! Clairement, profitez de manger sur place car les prix sont totalement corrects et les plats concoctés avec une attention spéciale : la Valérie's touch vient du coeur et régalera vos papilles, c'est sûr. Alain et Valérie constituent une équipe de choc qui ne pense qu'à vous faire passer un super séjour pour profiter un maximum de vos vacances. Ils sont assistés par Doly (une Golden hyper douce) et Gasby (un chat tout mignon) qui sont des compagnons adorables qui viennent vous souhaitons le bonjour. Clairement, nous y retournerons et leur souhaitons tout le meilleur afin qu'il puissent continuer à faire vivre à leurs futurs hôtes des vacances dans "la Petite Suite" ! Au plaisir de les revoir très bientôt.

Einfach gut!

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Suite sehr wohl gefühlt. Valerie und Alain haben uns sehr gut betreut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man mit Bus und Bahn die Cote d'Azur erkunden will.

Sechs Nächte haben wir in der bezaubernden "Petite suite" verbringen dürfen und waren einfach nur begeistert. Alles ist perfekt sauber, täglicher Handtuchwechsel selbstverständlich. Die Unterkunft ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. So stellt man sich Südfrankreich vor.... Was die "Petite Suite" aber so einzigartig macht, ist die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft von Val und Alain. Jeden morgen haben sie uns mit einem sehr, sehr guten , qualitativ hochwertigen und liebevollen Frühstück überrascht. Der komplette Gartenbereich inkl. dem Pool, sowie ein großer Parkplatz steht den Gästen zur Verfügung . Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hafen Port Vauban und in der Altstadt. Wir denken gerne an unsere Zeit in Antibes zurück und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Perfect location to explore and chill

We stayed at Val and Alains place for 3 nights. We were welcomed warmly by alain and and hour later by Valerie. She even brought us some champagne and an nice apero plate. The location is really cute and the pool and garden perfect to relax. Breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed the smalltalk with Alain und Valerie in the morning. We totally recommend this place! STOP! If you are a couple looking for your perfect hide away, look no further.

Really just perfect. Convenient to the city but far enough away to feel secluded. The hosts are present enough to make you feel well cared for, but discreet enough to not make you feel watched. The pool was a wonderful retreat from the heatwave we experienced while there. The property itself is done in an eco-friendly way, with solar power for the house and rainwater for the garden. We will absolutely book again during our next trip. Merci, Val et Alain!

Beautiful, cosy property with helpful managers - outstanding breakfast!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay with Alain and Valerie, from the pick up at the airport, to the beautiful, stylish facilities, gorgeous warm pool to the best breakfasts I've ever had. Once you've breakfasted on goat's cheese and lavender honey on fresh white bread, there's no going back.... The location is great, a short walk from the beach and town centre. There was a little noise from nearby houses in the evening, which meant we couldn't leave windows open to get a breeze but we were impressed by how quiet and efficient the air con was, so we used that instead. Alain and Valerie were extremely warm and helpful and there are thoughtful touches which really made our stay. Highly recommended.

We adored La Petite Suite

We adored La Petite Suite. It was perfect and the ideal base to explore Antibes and the neighboring villages. Alain welcomed us at the airport and taxied us to Antibes in the little electric car even though we were 4 hours early for our check in. The suite was perfect. Good air climatization, comfortable bed and private space. We could use the pool when we wanted which was refreshing and we could rest in the pleasant peaceful garden area to chill-ax. Breakfasts were a feast and varied daily with different meats, cheeses and pastries, delicious coffee with second helpings. This set us up for the day and our travels across the region. Antibes old town 10 mins walk and bus and train station 5 minutes away where we set off for Monaco, Cannes and Jean le Pins. (We will visit Italy markets next time). We didnt use the electric bikes as we enjoyed the walking along the "bord du Mer" to Garoupe beach and the "Cap". Alain and Valerie were friendly and caring, ensuring all needs were met and offering friendly advice. (They were very understanding about our limited French!). We were sad to say Au Revoir to Alain at the airport. Thank you for the wonderful vacances at La Petite Suite.

La petite suite qui a tout d'une grande

2 semaines de repos, de farniente et de visites. Outre la qualité et le calme du logement qui, de plus, est décoré avec beaucoup de gouts, l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse d'Alain et Valérie sont sans égal. Le logement est proche du centre ville et surtout de la gare, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en période estivale.
