House situated at the foot of the beaches (15 minutes walk), very quiet, comfortable with a large terrace overlooking the pool and a summer kitchen where you can organize party plancha and naps. You can go to the beach by car, on foot, by bike or on bike paths in proximity (50 m) !!! You can go hiking.
The herb garden will fill your salad and you will enjoy during your meals Orchids.

Idéal pour retrouvailles en famille

Bonne disposition des chambres dans la maison permettant à tous une intimité. Belle piscine au milieu d un grande jardin clos sans vis à vis et bien entretenu. Accueil très informatif et aux petits soins (apéritif au frais), maison bien équipée et très propre. Région ouvrant beaucoup de possibilités d activités. Mer à proximité (4 min en voiture mais aussi une belle balade de 20 min à travers la forêt).

Très bonne

Nous avons en juillet et août 2018 passé sept semaines dans cette propriété nichée quasiment dans la forêt. Si une ligne de chemin de fer se trouve à proximité (environ 200/250 m), ni le bruit ni le nombre très faible de petites "michelines" qui y passent ne sont une nuisance. Malgré la proximité de la forêt, nous n'avons eu que très peu de moustiques et la méthode indiquée par le propriétaire pour se prémunir des piqures est infaillible. La propriété est conforme à la description lors de la réservation et les aménagements sont même supérieurs. Le propriétaire est toujours présent et répond à tout problème qui se pose. Il entretient la piscine (au sel ce qui est un réel avantage) et les espaces verts. Il ajoute même des attentions délicates un peu partout, pour éviter de faire les courses dès le premier jour. Chacun a son intimité avec 3 salles de bain équipées chacune d'un pèse-personnes et sèche-cheveux. Quatre lits d'une place, à deux endroits différents, permettent aux parents de "garder un œil" sur leurs enfants Lave-linge de grande capacité et bien sûr lave-vaisselle. Un sèche-linge est bien utile pour tout et surtout après la piscine. Tout l'équipement est là, bien complet, même si certains sont un peu anciens comme la plancha mais comme la plaque est en fonte donne un excellent résultat. La terrasse est très grande et la table permet des repas de famille y compris tard le soir. La table et les chaises sont très faciles à entretenir même s'il a plu. La propriété dispose d'un coffre et d'une alarme. La climatisation est présente partout et très efficace. La propriété est entièrement fermée ce qui est important quand on a de jeunes enfants. Les espaces verts sont très importants et des fleurs plantées partout apportent une touche de gaité. La piscine est sécurisée conformément aux normes. La cour fermée par un portail électrique peut accueillir au moins quatre voitures. Nous y avons séjourné jusqu'à 8 avec quatre petits enfants. La vie a été très facile et il est souvent arrivé aux petits de rester jusqu'à 6 heures dans la piscine. Ils ont en plus : une énorme boite de jeux, des boules de pétanque et un terrain extérieur, une belle table de ping-pong avec raquettes. Le propriétaire avait même planté, à notre attention,des plantes aromatiques. En résumé : excellent séjour. A recommander PS : petits points pouvant être améliorés : éclairage de la table de la terrasse le soir et peut-être (pour les adultes) chauffage de la piscine.
